They were hired to remove a dish and most importantly the wires off my home before it was painted. the just took off the dish and left ALL the wired up. I called and they said they would come back out and remove the wires same day. When that didnt happen I called again and the receptionist apologized and said she would submit a refund request to the boss. its been a 2 week run around with this boss . Ive call and called again requesting him to call me. and no refund was issued. do not hire them.. they dont do the job and are extremely unprofessional when it comes facing the customer they and blows them off.

Really happy with how everything ended up. I saved a lot of money on my monthly bill and the installer went above and beyond to set up all my TVs. Highly recommend!

I did not post the 5 star review, it has been anything but 5 star. We lost some of our channels (approximately 10-12) so I called to have someone come take a look and fix the issues. An appointment was set for Thursday afternoon between 3-5 pm. No show, no call just nothing. I called 2x Friday, got nothing, no call no visit, NOTHING! Called Monday and left a message, finally got a call and set an appointment for Tuesday at 10am, the tech (Lance Pack) finally shows up just before 1pm, comes in and looks at his previous work and asks what did you disconnect?, we never touched the system, we are not technicians. He then insists that he was under the house through a crawl space in the bedroom...WRONG! Our access to the crawl space is outside, and he was never under the house to set up the sysyem. He finally determines that it is the antenna and he needs to go get a new one and come back, he said in a couple hours. Its now Wednesday afternoon at 4:30 pm, I called this morning and left a message, no call, no show, just silence. Im done! Tomorrow I will be finding a new service! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE GUYS!

I am very glad I took the time to meet with David. I had no idea that I could own all my own equipment and pay for the TV channels I wanted on my own terms. The technician was very helpful and took his time to make sure we understood how to use our new system. Highly recommend!

Communication in this situation got much better after the initial complaint. Worst service I ever had to start with. The salesman did not do what he said he would to start with. Several scheduled appointments with the tech were “no show”. Waited on the phone for customer service in position #1 for 20 minutes-NO answer. When they do call back, they only will set another appointment. Very disappointed and frustrated to start with.After David Reyes finally came back, things went much smoother. He was terrific help. We love the service and the picture is so much better than regular cable. I did find that texting them works much better than phone calls. We all learned from this experience. This COVID-19 had messed up the supply chains for them.

I got a huge upgrade and pay much less. This is how TV should be.

Probably the best experience with customer service I have ever had. I was having the typical issues with my television; high price and flimsy reception, and I was hating it. The quality control representative that showed up at my home was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He found a solution that saved me a ton of money and fixed my reception issues to boot. The installer was equally knowledgeable and helpful, showing up at early within the appointment window (no waiting around for hours) and quickly taking care of his business and showing me how to use the new equipment. This Company is very unprofessional. The Financial and Installer staff are not well trained on the products they sell or install. Very bad experience. We were forced into a loan, within 2 days we were not happy with the product they installed. So they came back and removed there equipment. Now we have to wait 7-10 days for our $64.00 refund plus they never canceled our loan, so we now have to make the first payment to the bank. My husband has made several telephone calls, sent several emails and texts to the financial representative we dealt with and he never responded.Sales/Financial Representative name is John Schuster. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to let them know of the deceitful business practices of this company.

I’m not one to write reviews or fill out surveys but I feel compelled to do so because of the great experience I had..It really was some impeccable timing, when Robert from Genesis Satellite showed up, as I was on the verge of ditching cable completely and going with some sort of streaming device. Instead, not only did Robert answer all my questions, but also had solutions to the problems I was having as well as some that I weren’t even having yet but eventually would be having soon after. Best of all, I got the NFL package comped, just in time for preseason. He was confident, informative and knowledgeable, and most importantly honest.As I reminded him a half-dozen times within our encounter, he is welcome a back anytime and has my highest recommendations. I have had a security system from them for almost a year and out of that year it has not worked the majority of the time.its never online and I can never get a technician to come and fix it. on top of which the package that was recommended for me isnt even possible for my location because I am not set up to accommodate. ..but even after telling me theywould downgrade to what I am actually receiving have continued to charge me the higher amount

Uh nope! Cannot recommend these guys at all, sorry to say. Long story... Thankfully we did not buy, but we endured a pretty bad sales visit.Heres the funny part... After they were gone, I called my cable company and negotiated a better deal than I previously had anyway! LOL I should have done that to begin with!My opinion after this experience... Not sure these bundler opportunities are worth the hassle. My advice is play it safe and stick with the trusted sources and negotiate a better deal on your own. It doesnt take a guy with a custom shirt and a clipboard to do a better job than you can do! So I learned something from this. :)
