The other day I got the help from party in Dickson. So was so helpful and took care of explaining things to me. Above and beyond happy. Ask for her!

This is my first time dealing with a financial company that will advance you cash when you need it. The Advance Financial in Dickson Tennessee is fantastic. Their employees always have a smile and are always eager to help you and walk you through things that you may need. Daniel just took care of me and he is fantastic. He cares about you and also cares for the company that he works for and does a fantastic job, and leaves you with a good feeling. Daniel you’re gonna go far in this business. Daniel was the best! He was an amazing multitasker (answering phones, tending to customers in house all at once, etc) and kept a smile on his face and everyone else’s. Someone get this man a raise!

Their sign says we never close but yet they close at 4 pm? Also they said they care about customers when really they are just trying to Squeeze all the money they can out of them. During the first months of the pandemic they said they cared and would Help anyway possible so if you couldnt make a payment that was OK, what they forgot mention is that each time your payment was deffered they would double/triple your payment amount for the next time so really it hurt you More than helped. Yes I realize the interest would still be adding Up in the mean time but I specifically asked if I was going to have to make a huge payment later on and they said no. But that was false.the employees are not to blame For This however, the employees at this location are very nice.

I go to Advance Financial at least 4 times a week and I am always greeted with a smile. I love to go to Pattys window she is always very friendly, smiling and so courteous and knowledgeable.

They just take money every day out of my checking account without authorization!!! When I tried to talk to customer care they hung up!!! Don’t do business with this company!!!

Store 13 has been the best loan service I have had. Patty has been one of the nicest people that I have met and she always seems genuine and kind. Always has a smile on her face.

I came in on Thanksgiving having huge issue getting money off of a netspend account after somebody tried to hack my information leaving me locked out. Having to purchase a car the next morning with said money (and it being thanksgiving) I almost found myself in quite a pickle. Ms Jenn and Ms Tina were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to retrieve my money when nobody else was available.. On my way to pick up my new jeep because they were there.. Super friendly and helpful.. 5 stars ladies!

Misinformation. Poor customer service.

Awful. The flex loan is a joke. I have paid and paid and paid on this loan. If it hadnt been an emergency I would never have gotten this loan. I know if paid several hundred dollars on this loan but with the interest so I owe way more than I even borrowed. Its like Ive paid nothing. I missed one payment and ever since they keep hitting my bank account and debiting three and four times a week. They harass you and they are loan sharks. Do not do this!

This is the second time Liz has helped me here and both times she has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help. She listened to my problems and found solutions for everything that i hadnt even expected to solve those days.

I use it simply for the free money orders. There are no hoops to go through just give them your phone number and name. However get ready to listen to their spill of the services they offer while they print your order.

Mary was a complete assest, she helped thought everything I needed as well as everything that I didnt know. She was not only professional she was elegant.

Predatory Lending. Our son who has no credit, in fact he has BAD credit due to his medical issues from drug addition and treatment was able to walk in and get a line of credit for $1800 that he promptly spent on heroin in a weeks time. We had taken control of his money temporarily while he was in treatment and of course Advance Financial helped him find a way around that. Its not their responsibility where people spend their money but they do have a responsibility to lend within credit guidelines when they knew he was not credit worthy. PREDATORYNow he is in legit treatment and paying off this debt but if he had died of an overdose after getting all that cash from AF we would be in an attorneys office and filing suit.

I have never been so rudely spoken to by a customer service representative in my life! This is by far the most hoooooorible experience I have ever had with a company!! To be clear, I dealt with a call center and not the in store employees who have always been very pleasant to deal with but due to the absolute disrespect and downright mean way I was treated when I called to ask a simple question, if their western union was working before I transferred money there, I will never step foot in any advance financial again and when I voiced this fact to the customer service representative I was promptly informed that they could care less. What a disgusting way to treat customers. The rep would not give me her name or it would be plastered all over this review so her management could listen to that phone call and remove that disgrace that calls herself a customer service representative.

The employees were all so nice. Even though I just used their ATM machine, several employees said hello to me when I walked in the door even though they were helping other people. They were busy but took the time out of their busy day to say hello and greet me with a smile. I was having a bad day and it just kind of hit me that even though I was just there to use their ATM, they thought I was important enough to say hello to. I will definately be back to use their other services when I need a money order or two. It really wasnt much they did but it did make a difference to me. Thank you employees of Advance Financial in Dickson, you made a difference in my bad day.

As I entered your store I was greeted by Daniel, welcome me. Daniel waited on me and went above and beyond his duty, helping me! I worked in customer service for over 20 years, and Daniel is the description of customer service! I just needed to send a fax, and couldnt get it to go thru, Daniel kept sending it and tried again the next morning, and kept trying till it went thru, and then called to let me know it went thru! He always had a smile and a cheerful attitude! Your company should be proud to have such a wonderful employee! You get my vote as Daniel being the employee of the month! I look forward to do more business with Daniel!!

TERRIBLE COMPANY! They lie and mislead customers on this flex loan. They make it out like its a simple loan but its NOT! Advance Financial FAILS to mention that only 3% of your monthly payment goes towards your original borrowed funds. After 7 payments of $197.00 a month (borrowed $850) we have only paid $176 toward the principle of over $1400 already paid to them!DO NOT DO THIS SO CALLED FLEX LOAN. Youll never get it paid off!

Amir was the staff member I had thepleasure of dealing with. She was friendly, professional and explained the process in detail.
