Will just start by saying our family has rented several houses while on vacation, especially around Disney and the Disney Lillian House is by far the best house and location we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. The owners are so pleasant to deal with. They truly want you to get the most out of your stay.The home is very well stocked with amenities that most rentals don’t include or just include the minimal of. You are steps away from the clubhouse while still having privacy and a phenomenal view of the lake. The staff at the clubhouse are friendly and accommodating. The kids loved movie night at the clubhouse theater and we enjoyed walking to the fitness center each morning.You’ll be 20 minutes to the WDW parks and the community is gated with 24-hour manned security. We didn’t use the clubhouse pool because Disney Lillian House has a HEATED SALT WATER POOL & SPA!Salt water pools are extremely rare in our experience and just as rare is the fact that the owners do not charge the extra $30-40 per day the majority of others do to heat the pool and spa. It’s not cheap to run heat to a pool and spa 24-hours per day, 365 days per year so you really have to understand what a major value this is to have included when comparing costs of other properties. And, was so nice to not worry about the chlorine damage to the kiddo’s hair and were able to leave the special swimmer’s shampoo at home.We spent so much time in the pool that we didn’t get to enjoy the game room that much. However, in the past, every rental game room we’ve had was too hot to enjoy. Not this one.The Disney Lillian House game room is awesome and they take extra measures to ensure it’s at a very comfortable temperature (thermal blankets, ceiling fans, etc.). It really feels like it’s own space. The pool table is beautiful and professionally leveled.Once the kids were asleep it was really nice to relax and unwind in the hot tub. We got to reconnect as a family and it was a vacation we’ll never forget. If you’re thinking about booking this property and are lucky enough to find your dates available, jump on it!

Kristine was very helpful with all our queries, a very professional service which we highly recommend. It is perfectly located close to the US 192 and Disney World, the resort is very well maintained with lots of communal amenities which are a stones throw from Disney Lillian House. The house is in a perfect spot, just a minute walk from the clubhouse, the house decor is classy, relaxed, but also fun. Each room has its own atmosphere, and not forgetting the games room, I love this room, its like a bar without drinks, excellent theming. Every need is catered for, whether you want to relax in the hot tub after a busy day in the parks, or spend a rainy day playing foozeball or pool in the games room, and its just 5 minutes drive from a huge Wal mart.

From the time that we booked our vacation to Disney Lillian House, hands down was the easiest and most seamless transaction working with Kristine. She was informative, and accomodating to every question I had.... from tickets to the amusemement parks to where the nearest grocery store is located.I am rating Disney Lillian House 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Location, location, LOCATION...down to the beautiful decor to the cleanliness to the comfort of this amazing vacation home. YOU ARE LITERALLY WOWED when you walk in. Game room to the left with a pool table, flat screen tv and fuse ball. The kids had a blast!!!! Then a beautiful sitting area to the next formal dining room. The house is stunning...AND CLEAN!!!!!This tops our last vacation when we stayed on Disney property. Why? Our family of 5 had their own beautiful bedroom, bathroom with flatscreen tvs. We had a gourmet kitchen to prepare meals and entertain guests. We had our own open bar that was stocked with wine glasses. You have your very own pool and hot tub. The location of this property trumps the others as Disney Lillian rests and is located near the community pool, but has a non obstructive view of the Terre Verde lake. Perfect and beautiful location. Not to mention my oldest son and husband fished every night catching 4 lb award winning bass. Memories that will last a lifetime!!!Our family had the best time and this is our favorite vacation yet due to this awesome home. Honestly, I dont know if anything can top this beautiful and comfortable home. When we come back to Disney...we will always stay here!!!!!! Brought my wife and 3 children here in February. Great house, good space for us all. Was clean with updated furniture. The kids liked the colorful pool lights at night. Youngest daughter was hooked on the photo collage in the game room. My wife found this house on google and insisted because of the location to the clubhouse. Good community pool, bar, and basketball court. We didnt use any of the other amenities but they looked nice. The resort is hidden behind trees off the highway, you feel like youre in your own hidden place. Kristine is really nice and responded to any questions fast. Hope to bring the family and my brothers family next year.
