The internet is literally the worst I have ever experienced. The lag in video games is unbearable. Watching Netflix is nearly impossible. Literally everything about the service is horrible. Recommend no one use it and waste there money. It aint worth it.

Seth at WhiteSky Communications was absolutely amazing to work with. I live in a brand new community in South Florida and its routers had an issue where they would not allow my wireless printer to remain wireless in order to print. Seth quickly set up a some special provisions in the router that would allow me to use the internet and my wireless printer just as I would, were I to have lived in a private home where have no 3rd party communications provider was involved.What I thought was going to be a painful process with many hands in the pot turned out to be rather easy once I asked the Tier 1 support person to connect me to his manager -Seth!Thank you WhiteSky, and thank you Seth.

The speeds are great when the internet is up. And emphasis on “when”. I have come to expect outages twice a month, sometimes more. And these outages aren’t the cute little 10 minutes and its back up, you might as well mooch internet off your friends that day or two. And when you need internet for school and work, haha hope you enjoy spending hours in coffee shops. The reliability of comcast is better than this. That should be enough of an idea of why to avoid this company. It’s one of my criteria that my next apartment does not contract with WhiteSky.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Hands down the WORST internet provider you could possibly have. You will constantly lag out of anything every MF 30 seconds and whitesky does absolutly nothing about it. BY FAR THE WORST INTERNET PROVIDER YOU COULD POSSIBLE HAVE

Terrible. I have called several times over the span of three days and my internet has been done for almost a week and everyone I’ve called are at the “end of their shift” and half do my quest so I call back and it continues. I wish I could give negative stars. Do better.

Loved my new apartment complex for the first two months but then they switched the cable and internet from Xfinity to WhiteSky and it has been horrible dealing with them. The internet signal constantly drops in and out, the connection is horrible, and the box connecting our unit to the internet only has one ethernet port. The bedroom farthest from the connection box doesnt even have enough of a signal to connect my desktop nor my printer. Mind you, this change began in the summer of 2020 and with most of the classes and work being online it was a huge issue. I had to find hotspots on campus and around town just to get anything done. Ive honestly had dial up that was better than this.The two star rating is because the people I talked to in customer service were nice, but their product absolutely sucks.

The internet here is great, very high speed. Connected to Ethernet I can get up to 500 Mbps download speed. One problem... it can’t maintain a steady connection for more than 10 minutes. It will be a nice and flat, steady speed and then it will taper off for a few seconds, then drop out completely, full disconnect, for anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes. This is more than long enough to kick you out of your exam, out of your phone call, your Zoom, your online game, you name it. And yes, you heard me right, that’s every 10 minutes. Truly outstanding service to say the least, highly recommend it to anyone looking to fail their online exam, dodge FaceTime calls or quit playing video games.

I’d honestly give zero stars if I could. I’d rather get my internet connection from the UK on dial up then Whitesky. My service was basically non existent for 7 months and every time I called it was always the same standard script. I had to literally scream at someone on the phone to be able to get a technician out to my apartment to get it fixed. You’d thing it would be fine and dandy by now, but boy was I wrong. Worked for about another month and instantly went back to dog water. It really pains me to even remotely think about this but I’d rather have Comcast again

If I could give zero stars I would. We’ve lived in our apartment for over 5 months and I can count on one hand how many days our wifi has actually worked. On top of that the wifi is so slow. Xfinity may have awful customer service but atleast their wifi works.

My apartment complex switched to this company for internet and cable, let me just say IT’S TERRIBLE!!! WiFi barely works unless you sit right under the router, which they chose to place in my kitchen.. I’ve been kicked out of tests, videos and movies barely load and when they do they’re not even clear enough to see, video games do not work at all, and we’re pretty much unable to connect in the back bedroom. I’ve been in contact multiple times and have been told over and over that it’s working fine, but obviously it’s not! Also, when this company installs it’s services, I guess it buys the whole area so we’re unable to even pay for other WiFi. Very upset that I’ve been dealing with this for months and nothing has been done to fix the issues. On a positive note, staff is very nice!

I have lived in my new apartment for a week and can confidently say Whitesky has horrible internet. I cannot even watch a simple stream on the internet without it buffering constantly. Packet loss is horrible in the afternoon and nighttime. I called and asked about it, just for the person on the phone to know absolutely nothing about packet loss and to escalate my ticket.

Had an issue with my internet in my apartment complex and it was very frustrating to deal with. They came to replace the box in my apartment and it just made the internet worse, but after a few days it was fixed. Very awesome customer support staff as well as the technician. Big thank you to Wes on the customer support end of things, very awesome guy that genuinely wanted to help. Great customer service, just a little on the slow end of things in repairs but that could be due to COVID but who knows.

Called and emailed because of coverage issue. I was attended but the problem was NEVER solved. He kept saying they would do something about it and get back to me. But after 3 to nearly 4 months, he still DID NOT reply my mail or whatsoever. I have to put up with bad WIFI because my complex is subscribed to Whitesky. Sad really, horrible service.

James the technician from WhiteSky came out as soon as he could and helped fix my internet and cable. He was very cool and helpful throughout the process and taught me a few things as well. 10/10 would recommend him. He did a great job.

The apartment complex Im at decided to change from Comcast to WhiteSky for cable and internet and i have hated ever since. Dont have nowhere near the same amount of channels and the internet is absolutely horrible. My computer keeps getting disconnected from wifi and because of the connection placement, its hard to find an ethernet cable long enough to reach without having to completely rearrange my room. Other times, my ps4 says that it doesnt have internet access even though it is connected. Its honestly frustrating especially with how school its online thanks to covid. The only good thing I found so far is that the two customer service people I previously spoke with were nice and they resolved the initial issues I had with connections when the complex first switched a month or so ago....

Id like to offer a perspective as an IT worker and geek. WhiteSky is fantastic - Ive used them for 3 years across two different buildings. *Fantastic* speeds (~300Mbps -> ~400Mbps) wired. Im a heavy user, download and upload, and never heard a peep about a data cap.Their support staff is also fantastic. When I had specific issues, their tier 1 techs were great at helping me get to the bottom of it. Fast and courteous response at great hours via email tickets. If they were nation wide and offered private internet I wouldnt choose any other provider.Not a cable TV person, but I do wish their cable came with a channel guide, but that might be an apartment-level decision.

Never had more issues with an internet provider. Random outages almost daily. No help from techs over the phone. They seem to never know what’s going on and all they try to do is “reset” the internet with no improvement whatsoever. If you live under a rock they’re the perfect company for you.

White sky has been nothing short of awesome! Their service is unrivaled in my area. There has been almost zero downtime. I think the only downtime I have experienced was during complete power outages. Streaming videos, uploading and downloading files while others are playing games and streaming music and videos all without a pause or glitch.

Lightening fast speeds. I’m blown away by the quality of this service over my previous providers. As to the other negative reviews, maybe they called the wrong number. The worst cable provider I have ever dealt with. Constantly goes out, even if it is a clear and sunny day. Always going out on days of major sporting events (Iron Bowl, Super Bowl, etc.) I am writing this review right before the Super Bowl and the specific channel it comes on is out. I only have this service because the land lord required it for everyone. If you want reliable cable, use Charter. I am contacting my land lord and requesting our service to be changed.

Hear Ye, Hear Ye. I am not related to Whitesky and I have no stock in WS. I am not getting a discount nor am I being flown to Ibiza for this review (but I wouldnt turn it down if offered) :-). WS has crushed it for our business and the uninterrupted internet service (plus lightning BOLT speeds) has been ma ma ma mind blowing. Tech staff is super responsive when we need enhancements made....and MOST IMPORTANTLY, THEY ARE NOT COMCAST....DA$#%M the cast with their overcharges and BS taxes for basically breathing air. WS is no non-sense, transparent and laaaahhhh jit.

In the past 5 days alone, my internet has gone out twice and I’ve been without internet for 4 of those days. It is completely ridiculous that this has been going on for that long. I have called about 5 times and every time they read the same script. “We’re sorry for the inconvenience, we don’t have an eta of when it will be restored.” They have literally been saying that for the past 2 days with absolutely no update and seemingly not even trying to fix the problem. I strongly suggest that you avoid any complex that uses this company. Not to mention that they advertise 100 up/down, and I barely ever get 60mb/s down.

Please have a tier 2 or manager call me i got God awful phone support and talked to a rep that is not a tech and was clueless to anything IT related. Im a system admin for my company built our switch setup and p2p access across our entire company so i request to talk to a actual technician that knows the company he or she is representing as real tech support please! I just moved into my apts (920 Sterling Terrace) and supposedly you guys are our ISP. This technician was awful i called around 5:45 to 5:55pm Arizona Time and would like call pulled seeing i signed up to give feedback after the call i can not wait to because this was the worst IT Support rep i have ever talked to and not trained at all.WhiteSky Communications if you create a Helpdesk after work hours please make sure they are trained to actually provide technical support.

This has been the worst customer experience I have ever received. They advertise 24/7 customer service on my property, and what that means is you get to speak to somebody who only has access to one solution and when that doesnt work they upgrade you to a tier 2 tech, (who isnt in the office because its not really 24/7 customer service.) I have been waiting 3 days and i have NOT been able to do my job (livestreaming) for my student organization on campus because I am receiving less than 1mb/s when i should have 150 with my package. This is garbage, if your apartment complex has whitesky ask them if you can opt out and just get your own internet provider. ALSO! a key thing in fixing slow speeds is to refresh and shut down the router in your house or apartment. Anyone with any experience with networking knows this. However they screw this box over top of your router so you cant access its cables, and with that they threaten to fine you if you try to do the most basic step in fixing your router. I am extremely frustrated and I have lost 3 days of work with my student organization which is holding us back from growing as an organization on campus. THANKS WHITESKY................
