These are the nails I walked out with worst nail salon I have ever been to waste of $80 very unprofessional and sloppy with their work. The polish isn’t even coated on right they aren’t shaped right and very thick and bulky. The white design is what they offered when I told them I wasn’t satisfied. Which is ugly also they consider these long nails when you can clearly see they are short my friend got those super long nails and paid the same amount as me which doesn’t make sense because if that was the case I could have got them long like here’s instead of paying $80 for short nails. Don’t waste your time or money coming here I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I went in yesterday 8/19/21 to get my nails done for Vegas. Suffice to say it did not look like the picture I brought it. A basic French tip in a neon color. While they are nice, nice doesn’t mean they are good. And nice is dependent, because when I tried to go back and get them to fix the shape and color, they stared at me like I was demented and then told me they were too busy and to come back. Without an apology or a date/time when I should come back.I get having a bad day and not doing your best but I do expect you to fix your mistake. This cost me $55 plus I gave her a $10 tip. With those prices I expect satisfaction or at least some ownership. Although I’ve had some good experience there before, it doesn’t make up for the poor quality and bad customer service, there are too many other places that will take my $.

These ladies are down to earth and down to business. They do quality work, have ample product choices and always make me feel welcomed.

I wanted a gray hombre but they didn’t have the gray dip, but I love these colors.

Affordable and *quality* service. I will be returning!

The owner of this nail salon has absolutely no people skills whatsoever, she is completely rude and unprofessional, also I would like to add the fact that her eyelash work is also cheap, unhealthy and my lashes wont even last me a week. DO NOT go here, not worth it. Cheap & unhealthy.

Tina is the best along with the other ladies that work there. I’m so satisfied with my nails I haven’t been this happy with my nails since forever. You get what you pay for so I ended paying more but I love my nails. I’m definitely coming back.

Took my daughters to get their nails done, when you are dropping $80, this is not what you expect. I absolutely CANNOT believe they thought it was ok to send her out with them looking like this. 1st pic is what she showed them that she wanted, 2nd and 3rd is what she got.....I did not have to pay the extra charge for the design, but she left feeling embarrassed about how her nails look and I am going to have to go elsewhere and pay to get them fixed. Ridiculous.

So, overall good experience. My sisters were not too good, but for now let’s talk about mine. Mine were 40 including designs. Pretty and the ladies were very nice. Only thing was my sisters experience that is holding me back from a 4/5 star review. Let’s just say hearts are simple, and Tetris blocks are what we received.

Hana is wonderful! She has an amazing memory! Ive only been there twice within 7 months and she remembered me!

Made an appointment yesterday with Tina, when I got there I felt as if she was rushing the whole time. She shaped my nails fine but when she did the gel on my nails it was VERY Sloppy. The gel is already chipping off and I just went in yesterday at noon. As she was shaping them she was rushing because someone else walked in . Why are you double booking yourself ? So disappointed. I would give them 1 star but I was happy with my pedicure done by Hanna. Will not be going back.

I had an amazing experience here at Royal Nails. One lady started on my nails, but she used the wrong color 😧 and they ended up being to short. Lets just say they looked terrible, and I felt like she was rushing.Then I explained how I didnt like them, and the manager did my nails just the way I wanted them. I had to wait for dip to come off, I felt so bad that they had to restart. The manager that did my nails was amazing. They look beautiful and just the way I wanted them. This will be my nail salon from now on. They have so many dip colors to choose from, I couldnt decide but in the end I walked out the doors smiling.

I have been here several times and I love the ladies here, they are so sweet and professional. Michelle does an amazing job with her manicures and mine last weeks; I only had to come in for a fill. Hannah did a great job on my pedicure too! I definitely recommend these ladies, always smiling!

Been getting my lashes done here for a year, after trying 6 other places when I was new to the area. The price is super reasonable, Tina is fast and very sweet. She always gets me in same day with my crazy schedule, love this place!

Im from out of state so I had to rely on the reviews to find a good nail salon, and I was not disappointed. Michelle and Lisa did an incredible job on my gel nails! Michelle started and then had to shift me over to Lisa because she had a appointment scheduled with one of her regulars. They did a great job at communicating my desires and I ended up with one of the best final finishes Ive had away from home! Highly recommend this salon!!!

The woman was to busy talking to her friends the entire time ...she was even a bit aggressive when adjusting my hands and my fingers.... the nails were uneven and bumpy. Was EXTREMELY disappointed and shocked.

My husband found this salon for me based on their Yelp reviews. I was tired of going to another salon where they did a good job but werent friendly at all. The ladies at Royal were very nice and Michelle did an amazing job on my nails! I will definitely be back.

So, I gotta say that there wasnt much talking going on and a couple of my nails werent completely even.. But they got me in and out and they were fixing another salons mistakes that were done when I got them done last time. Also, I didnt notice it until after I left, and its an easy fix. So, all in all I feel like it was good and will be going back.

Nice attention to detail, fast and friendly service. Amazing results! I will be going out of my way to come back for sure!!! Thank you ladys....

Wasnt a huge Fan how my Lashes turned out when I explained how I wanted my lashes to be done. So if you decide to get your lashes done by Tina make sure that you are 100% verbal of how you want them done.

I love the girls here. Tina is fast with the lashes and they look great. You dont have to sit there for an hour and a half to get your lashes done.The price is right if you have a few services done she may give you a discount.

Rarely do I make an appointment and they are always very accommodating. Pricing is super reasonable. Everyone is friendly. Great group of employees. ❤

This was my first visiting this location, and it will be my last. I went in asking for a regular manicure with a french tip, I confirmed more than twice, and she responded yes and that it would be $21. When I got to the cash register, she charged me $ 30 for a shellac manicure that I never asked her to do. I told her that I did not say Shellac Manicure, and she just said oh really. She acted like she didnt understand. On top of that, she was in a rush and left nail polish on the side of my nails. If you want to get tricked into paying more, then come here.

Customer Service was mediocre!

I have been going here a long time and today was my last . I went in after the gym and felt good wanted to get pretty nails and sat Down and the owner Tina says out loud looks like u have gained a lot of weight . I literally lost it got up left crying and I will not be back nor refer non of my clients here again . She has not right to say that to no one very unprofessional and rude at that .....
