They do a great job and I’m always satisfied!! My manicure lasts at least 3 weeks!

First busy nail place we walked into on a busy Saturday where they were friendly and acknowledged us immediately. Went in for a fill and was so pleased with the service that I stayed for a pedicure! Awesome pedi and they took their time with my fill. Definitely recommend.Edit. After taking my time after shopping and running around I was able to examine my nails. They are perfect!! They are beautifully smooth and shaped around the cuticle! I expect they will grow out nicely! I will definitely return. I do recommend making an appointment as they are a busy shop.

I took my niece here in the early afternoon today to treat her to a mani/pedi. We walked in, and we were not greeted at all. No, “Hi, welcome in!” or “How can we help you?” The lady at the front of the salon sitting with a customer said, “What service do you want?”, and I said, “We’re here for a mani and pedi please.” She responds saying, “We don’t have time for that!” I was dumbfounded by her response and tone, so I stood there for like ten seconds incredulous to the fact that she had actually said that. Also, that was ALL she said. No, “I’m sorry we can’t accommodate you today, could you return later when we’re less busy?” or “Could you come back another day?” She just let good money walk out the door. Free advice: learn some customer service skills. Your business may be doing well now, but if you continue treating potential customers inconsiderately, you won’t be in business for much longer. Trust me. Also, hire someone to greet customers and advise them of your wait times, etc. You literally have “Walk-ins welcome” on your website and on the sign outside your door. You didn’t live up to that business proposition because my young niece and I did not feel welcome at all. It was actually embarrassing. So frustrating that I took time out of my day to write this review. It was really disappointing. I wanted to try this place because I recently purchased a home in the area, and it’s a couple blocks away from me. I will be returning to my usual manicurist at Jack & Jill Nails Boutique in Renton. They’re “appointment only”, but their customer service is impeccable, and they do an amazing job.

Wow paraffin wax...hot towels AND a super pedicure...will come back again

We called around 4:30ish too book an appointment for 3 @5:15 and it was accepted once we got there it was pretty busy but we finally got seated at the pedi seat and although it was busy we did not feel rushed. 3 different people did my feet and they all did an amazing job! I was so relaxed and almost fell asleep twice!! They took their time with me and was also efficient at the same time. I don’t know how but they were!! The only downside was there was no available WiFi and the AC was down? Off? Not working? Other than that they did great my toes are super cute!

This morning went in for a mani and pedi and the sign says walk in are welcome, so I preceded in and they asked what services and I politely said mani and pedi. Their response was (we dont have time for that) and said their next avail was at 2pm or tomorrow.They were unprofessional in their customer service and basically was tossed out cause they didnt have time. Then why have it say walk in available?

My mom and I just went here for the first time and got pedicures. They did a great job! They have massage chairs, liners for the chairs, hot stone massage, paraffin dip, and all very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this place. Call for an appointment.

Was going to try this place but when I came in I sat for 15 mins before anyone even came up to us then lady told us she had no time to do nails. Maybe put that in your description that you need an appointment. Pretty ridiculous since no nail salon I ever went to needed an appointment. Today is Thursday not weekend.

Very unassuming. One of the best parts of my visit to Seattle area. So friendly, very professional and clean. Maybe one of the best gel manicures and pedicures ever. And Ive been too a lot.

Ive gone to many nail places to see which ones can give me the smooth, nice shaped nails that I want and this place has been my favorite. They are so nice. I once got a little cut there but she made sure it was clean and good before continuing. 5 stars for sure

I had my nails done here just before Christmas. I love dip manicures and frequently do my own! I called ahead and made an appointment for about one hour later. They were great. Nice and clean salon, and very pleasant technicians. Lots of color options for dip manicures. The technician even helped me decide how to arrange the 3 colors I wanted.

Perfect nailes every time!! Clean place, friendly ladies, good idea to call and make an appointment or to see how busy they are because they get busy!

First experience was great... 2nd n 3rd was okay... Took friend the 3rd time cause she wanted nail art and was highly disappointed in the fact they dont do nail art unless its a sticker.. Words on window state otherwise... Please dont promote something you dont do.. Smh

The best pedicure ever! Ive never had a pedicure where they spend just as much time massaging your feet and legs as they do with everything else. Plus, all pedicures come with paraffin wax dip - so so so relaxing! On top of that, everyone is so kind and pleasant to be around. I truly enjoy coming here and am a life-long customer at this point.

Entered, was taken in right away. Woman working on us was very kind and made sure not to rush and was focused on doing a good job. Decided to get a pedicure as well, was very relaxing and came with paraffin wax. Overall good experience, would recommend!

My nails turned out beautiful. But we got there before these other customers and they where attended to first. Also when the lady was putting my nails under the blue light she decided to smack my hand because I was not supposed to turn the light back on after it turned off. I found that very rude because she could of told me out loud to not turn the light on.

Incredible service, my sister took me here for a treat. I was blown away by their friendliness and professionalism. I had both the mani and pedi. I have been to many salons however these ladies took the time to really take care of me. They weren’t in a rush at all, I’m super happy with my nails and with this establishment.
