I love that place! The best and friendliness girls in the Kent area! They do great pedicure and silk full set service, which is not easy to find!Lately I got my eyelashes extension done by Van. I Was little worried about getting them done at the nail parler, after my horrible experience at The lash, brow & nail bar on Kent- Kangley (helpful tip: AVOID THAT PLACE !!!!!! ). I told the girls about my unpleasant experience. They assured me to trusted them. I did and I wasnt disappointed !!! Van was very professional and very gentle when working on my eyelashes.I highly recommend this place!

Such an amazing place!! The women here are so sweet and funny. They spend a lot of time making you feel beautiful and very detail oriented. 10/10 would reccomend stopping by here.

Thank you thank you Pauline’s yesterday spa day with my husband was amazing. I have been going to different places for years always looking for great prices nice atmosphere best customer service but over all amazing work. Finally after 25 years I found it. I’m defiantly staying here as a regular. I had never gone to a place I could get my husband in the doors and this place made him feel so welcomed he already set up times for him and his friends to go. He loved getting a pedi. A husband who wears heavy boots 12 hours a day for construction and gets ingrow toe nails was blown away by the service he received he felt so pampered. He will be going monthly now to relax and to treat his feet well. As for my pedi it was amazing so relaxed in our own private room. I called my bff told them all about it. This definitely ins a hidden gem. I loved the way the owner and staff treated us. My nails look so good the process blew my mind silk wrap omg her way of doing each nail taking the time to make sure no curves or bumps. I was blown away she is Thulley a expert. I willing give a five star. I highly recommend this spa. Here are several pictures of how my day went Before and after . Don’t forget to make your appointment she said she works by appointment so she don’t get the store to full so she can concentrate on her customer at hand soft relaxing music. The place sure feels like a spa. Many services available can’t wait to try them all. And best of all prices are amazing. So dang Cheap with a beautifully decorated store and amazing workmanship. Can’t wait for my next appointment I’ve never been so excited to return to a nail salon.

First time there the owner was great but the second time I got a different girl who I had to correct on the shape, get her to repaint where she had obvious missing polish, and had to correct her sealing where my nail had popped up because she didnt do it effectively.Now 3 days later and my nail comes off, so angry I even recommended this place.

Appearance says a lot about a place to me- I was not very impressed.

I got my nails done there, and feet done there. Five days after having my nails done they started breaking off!! The lady didn’t listen, I wanted them so much shorter, the shape was all with as well. I will never go back

I really liked the lady that did my nails she did a wrap and a full set, I am used to getting a full set with acrylic. It lasted 2 weeks and they popped off completely so I couldnt do a fill and the price was 70 bucks, if you have natural nails this could be good, wish I was asked if I want a wrap.

My daughter and i had a pedicure here. The ladies were very friendly and sincere. The salon was clean and inviting. There are two rooms for pedicures so its a nice change from a row of chairs along a wall environment. The seating area to wait is also spacious. Good music, not too loud. The ladies working there is the main reason i will go back and enjoy this salon.

I treated a friend to a pedicure and it was a great way to celebrate her birthday. The service was professional and we really love the results. Jenny and Julie are so gentle with the foot massages and very creative with painting a variety of flowers on toes. The price was worth the relaxing hour.

I’ve been coming in to Pauline’s for years and have always been very happy with their service and the comfort of the salon - I highly recommend them!

If I had the option to give them nothing I would. When we walked in all the women just stared at us nobody spoke. So we said two pedis please. Then one shouted in their language and said they couldnt see us. We asked is it appointment only. She said no and walked away. Very rude and disrespectful. This is the closest place to our house so its disappointing that the service was terrible.

I paid $130 for lash extensions. They didnt even last a week. She used so much glue, I couldnt even comb through the lashes. When I called to get some resolution, the lady on the phone said Oh, its the way you sleep. Are you kidding me. I will never go back.

Not recommend this salon!Dont like have they did my nail. Some one didnt know how to take off gel nail, it was crazy, she demage my nail. they speak mostly their own language and laugh (maybe laugh at the customer)

The Spa experience was quite nice, my nails look great. My stylist was very good & gentle. But I wont be going back. I will not go to a place where the stylists talk in another language to each other while working on me.

Paulines Nail Spa does amazing Silk nails. I always get compliments on my silk nails and they are super friendly.

I go here regularly for pedicures and silk nails. I have experienced quality work from all the ladies there.

They are my favorite! Bee going here for a couple years now. Always get gel manicure and eyebrows.

Price is a little higher than other spas, but the service is excellent. They spend much more time on my feet and the pedicure than any other spa ever has and I feel great after it is done.

My friend and I thought we would get our nails done after having an amazing lunch in down town Des Moines. We heard good things about Paulines nail spa online so we thought we would give it a try. Worse mistake ever!! My friend and I were waiting soaking our feet for 30mins before someone came to do our feet. They had a very hard time doing designs and over priced for their attempt. Both my friend and I have chips/cracks in our nail polish not even 6 days later. I paid $95.00 for shellac feet and hands it didnt even last a week! So very disappointed...

Went to this place 3 days ago to get a fill. Shellac to be exact now my paint and nails are chipping! I really hate I wasted $35 on a fill to only be at a different nail salon 3 days later to get their mess fixed!

Wow. Went in to get my eyebrows waxed and made me wait 45 minutes so I just left didnt even get my eyebrows done. Bad service and long wait.
