Terrible company. Bought a custom hot tub cover from this store. They came out to measure it and then installed a cover that didnt fit and also screwed up the cover lifter. Many promises to fix the problems. One of their guys does finally come out, remarks that they messed up, but does not have the right tools to do the job. After many missed appointments over TWO YEARS the problem still isnt fixed. Even wrote the store a letter about the problem, and they didnt even respond. It would be best if they went out of business.

These guys rock. Ive been doing my own repairs lately just to save money and they have sooooo helpful. I called and talked to Randall, he helped me track down part numbers and told me they were in stock in Lynwood. Go up to Lynnwood and they gents at the counter are just a nice as anyone you would want to work with. The part worked! As long as Im a hot tub owner, Im getting my stuff from Aqua Quip. The in store staff are great, extraordinarily helpful and friendly. A shout out to Ananda at the Shoreline location.The service department can be tough to get through though sometimes. With a new tub I had ordered a smart top installed, but there was a manufacturing defect.  It never really closed correctly. There was a 1 inch gap on the rear side between the tub and top. It was cause for a lot heat loss. They had come out multiple times and each time the service guy (who is really understanding and kind) took photos, admitted there was an issue and left to consult the home office. After almost a year of bureaucracy the manufacturer agreed to replace the top. Once the new top was installed. Every thing was great! Not only is the gap gone, but it’s easier to lift as well. A very happy customer in the end!

I bought a spa here a few years ago and have always received excellent service and support here, including free tests of my spa water. People here are knowledgeable and courteous. Dont miss the free filter cleaning days!

Got a great price and good install. Very happy with new gas fire place insert. Install wasnt perfect but they did the best they possibly could have with a old uneven house. Would definitely use them again.

Earlier this year I purchased a variable speed pump and a UV filter for my pool. I have saved about half of the cost of the pump and filter after running for the first two months through reduced electric consumption and reduced chemical usage. The manager and his employees have been extremely helpful in testing my pool water and getting me what I need to maintain my the water.

Friendly staff - no pressure for any sales. They will test your water for free - you can of course buy chemicals from them. Their prices are reasonable vs buying online (better if you pay shipping).

We purchased a new gas stove from AqualQuip. Andre, our salesman, and Regional Manager helped us through the entire process without any pressure. He was able to accommodate all of our requirements as far as painting the new stove and removal of the old one. He offered us a good price on a quality stove. Mike and Andre showed up on time on the scheduled installation date and completed the install in less than an hour. They offered a professional service, with a bit of humor in the mix. We had a great experience!

Last winter our family bought a gas fireplace insert (Regency LRI4E) from this store, and we love it! So warm and cozy. Andre Lavigueure went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and he helped us resolve an issue with our rebate from Seattle utilities (which we got!). Definitely visit this store if you are shopping around for a hot tub, fireplace, pool, or grill. They are really friendly and the sales team was relaxed- they werent doing any high-pressure sales, which drives me nuts. They were just trying to help us figure out what would work best in our home.

Ananda at Shoreline Aqua Quip is Amazing. I am a local contractor building decks and have sent 7 customers to Amanda to purchase hot tubs over the years and each and every customer I have sent has been extremely satisfied with Ananda customer service. She also calls me to check in and is always super kind, we are very thankful and plan to sent a 7th customer in next week to purchase another hot tub from her for install.

We needed sanitizer and water treatment for our new above-ground pool. One employee spent over a half-hour explaining the options--including options they dont even sell--and was very friendly and helpful. Their showroom was very clean and well-organized.

The crew at shoreline aquaquip are great. I visit 4-6 times yearly for water quality testing and they are always friendly and able to offer advice when challenging water conditions present themselves . They always have my supplies in stock !

I called for a technician to fix a problem with my pool. John arrived a little early and immediately went to work. In less than an hour he had the issue fixed . He did a great job and explained how he took care of problem. Great job! Thanks, John.

We went in to look at HotTubs and Jarrod Dean helped us. Jarrod is very professional and really knows his product... and we changed our mind his professionalism really showed through. We will be back and AquaQuip is a great company with great people!

I can not recommend the installer but, AquaQuip stood behind the product they sell and made everything right. I would buy another wood burning fireplace insert from AquaQuip but, I would not allow the same installer in my house again.

My wife recently purchased a GMG smoker/grill as a gift for me. It worked great for a couple of times then something went wrong. Not obligated to, Aqua Quip stepped in and went above and beyond to help fix the issue and replaced it with a new one. Not only is the GMG an awesome toy, Aqua Quip Shoreline became a favorite.

Friendly, competent, and free water tests.

It took over 3 months to fully install my gas fireplace. It would have taken longer, but the Better Business Bureau intervened and encouraged AquaQuip to complete the work. Once I paid in full, I went to the bottom of the priority list at AquaQuip. I called and emailed and received a different excuse from everyone I talked to. The new installation date would approach and pass without any word from AquaQuip. If you decided to use AquaQuip, insist on retaining a final payment until after they have completed the work or you may spend several months with an incomplete installation.
