Not worth $90! They didnt even clean up under my nails. Me and my 8 year old received a manicure and pedicure that honestly, I couldve and shouldve done at home for FREE!

Enjoy my pedicures here every single time. Great place, friendly staff. They will always try to fit you in. Massage chairs are a plus.

Small shop. They didnt have the color combo I wanted for my nails so I decided to just get a manicure and the manicurist did the bare minimum. I still have some shellac residue, my corners are sharp, and the top of my nails were left rough.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!I am extremely disappointed at their work and service. I have come here a total of 3 times and each time with the hopes that they will do better than before. I must admit the second time was not bad so I figured I’ll come back a third time.It’s supposed to be a simple removal of the dip I had and buffing/shining and do a neat manicure so my nails can take a breather. Instead I received an impatient lady who didn’t bother asking what it is I wanted and when I finally asked her before she started applying my “neat polish” she got upset and buffed the living hell out of my skin.All in all, I will not be returning to this establishment. Granted the 2 gentlemen are great but I am not sure what training the ladies have, especially when it comes to what the clients need and expectations.

This place is so unpleasant its sad, the guys that run it are so rude. They own the salon and treat people so badly. i was in a group of 3 and all our sets of nails are so bad. Save your money and stay away.

I got a full set gel acrylic and I loved the polish and color. However my nails were rushed and crooked and no it wasn’t my fingers the acrylic itself wasn’t clean she didn’t take her time and I’m sure she seen how crooked the nail looked or how she left a lump on the acrylic. I still tipped because they are essential workers. I was just disappointed on the work.

My new favorite nail salon!! This is the cutest my nails have ever been. The prices were very very reasonable and the staff was amazingly friendly. I got a full set acrylic nails and my mom got a pedicure. We had a little bit of a wait because we didn’t make appointments but it was not long at all. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I will now only go to them when I come into town from Oregon!

Apparently with a pedicure you don’t get a massage & you only get lotion rubbed on your legs then wiped off with a Cold towel.

Owner told me he doesnt service trashy customers. Wow. I was never trashy, I am soft spoken, and quiet for the most part. Do not go to this establishment.

BEST NAIL SALON EVER !!! My boyfriend and I went in on a Saturday and they were somewhat busy but saw us as soon as they could. My boyfriend and I both got Pedicures which were AMAZING my nails have never been done this nice before ! I then got shellac on my hands they were quick with their service but absolutely loved every aspect of my nails ! I’ve had so many bad nail experiences in different salons. I am never going to a different salon ! And to top this off the customer service was ABOVE AND BEYOND had the whole salon laughing about all the funny stories ! ❤️

Great service with a lovely calm (but not oppressively quiet) atmosphere. They have done custom tricks with my nails (I use SNS, though they also offer plain manicures and regular acrylics as well as gel paint (both four hands and feet)).I happily return to the spot to get my nails done.I highly recommend them!

Horrible service!! Came in with my Daughter on 4/20 her Birthday to get a fill and full set for her, the nail techs were very rude and under skilled. I have lumps in my nails and she told me after she paints it you wont be able to tell. Its very visible and I hope I can find someone to fix them. THEN the owner spoke to everyone in the shop except the 3 people of color that were in there. They charge way to much for the level of work they put out.

Ive been coming here for more than 10 years and they are wonderful! Salon is clean and welcoming, everyone is friendly. They do a great job at very reasonable prices.

This used to me an awesome place to go. They usually did a really great job with my nails but this last time I had a nail break a few days after being there and the polish started fading. I had to wait over an hour to get my nails last time I went in and they took someone before me that cane after me. Earlier today I went in to get my nails done and some lady walked in after me and they got starred with her first; its as if they forgot I was there. They always say it will be just a couple minutes yet it takes forever to get started. And on top of that you can see air bubbles in the nail polish. I will NOT be going back. !

This place didnt listen to how I wanted my nails done. They rushed through my manicure and left several air bubbles. When I mentioned the air bubbles they said dont worry about it. The polish started fading and chipping a couple days after i had my nails done. I ended up having to go elsewhere to get them fixed. I will never go back to this place.

This is my 2nd visit to Luxury Nails. The staff is very friendly and interactive. My 1st pedicure lasted 5 weeks with no chipping which is surprising because I wear work boots on a daily basis. Nice, intimate shop..!

This is the best salon I found in the Kent/King County Area. Services are great and pricing is fair and reasonable. Khoi is very detailed and talented and is very wonderful to his customers. The girls who do nails and pedicures are the best and really take their time and try and make you feel wonderful. Ive been coming here for several years and have always been very happy.

If you want to spend $30 and have your nails look like crap in 6 days then go here. I went in to talk to them they told me that basically it normal for the acrylic to be pulling away from the nails. The girl didnt even touch my cuticles before application. I will be finding a better salon with better service

Ive been going here for a couple months now, its is a fabulous little shop. Im always pleased with their finish product and have never seen a nail shop with such great customer service. The shop is clean, always a quiet, calm, relaxing environment. I was in this morning and was again amazed at the depth of their care. An elderly woman with a walker came in for a mani/pedi and they were so careful and caring with her, made sure she was comfy and escorted her from chair to chair as needed. They do really go above and beyond. I appreciate you guys! See you in a couple of weeks!

Disgusting n dumb ppl!!!! I had a apt I scheduled as I came right on time, the guy was with someone already an sat me down with a lady! Who attempted to put nails on my nails n two were totally going to the side so I told her she removed the two n put others on; at that point I already wanted to leave! So I asked nicely can I wait for the guy I had a apt with he popped up n said something and started being rude! He said I don’t have to see you and do your nails your not in my books! Wth????? N his yelling while helping a client?.! Wow I was so in awwee; he said I don’t need clients I’m already rich! I’ve been here 25 years! Wow what customer service!!!! Over absolutely nothing! I wish I flipped out n cursed them out; but I’m better then that! Let me do them; it will ruin them on their own!

New location for me since Im attempting to search for something new here in Kent, why are these location not clean facilities, cuz its Kent! Ive never had a worse experience at a nail salon. My cuticles were uneven, dig here dig there...horrible experience! I could tell the staff was tired and not friendly at all! Oh and when asking for Gel, they acted as if I didnt know what I was talking about and proceeded to apply Acrylic nails. Bad business never going there again!

Best shellac manicure ever! they lasted a full three weeks and I was so impressed with the service.

Had been going there for 2 years. My last manicure was herendous. When the polish from my last manicure was removed they left polish all around the edges and put the new polish over it. The old pink polish could be seen at the cuticles and sides. Went back in 2 days later and showed the owner (Coy). Coy said to come back for a redo no later than 2 days from now or else he wont do it over. I went in 2 days later at 6:15pm. They close at 7pm which was plenty of time to redo it. He was literally irate and went off on me like u wouldnt believe. There was around 12 people in there and it went dead silent while he (Coy, or Koy) was yelling at me and everyone was looking right at me. Totally unprovoked, degrading and sooooo unprofessional. He scared me with his temper. I didnt get the redo that Coy said they would do and left. I will never go back there again and will spread the word around about the owner and the service I got.

Refused me service because I would not pay his so called “sister” from Hollywood nails because she did a very bad horrible job after the police came she told me to get out and not to pay so I went to Luxury nails and they refused for no good reason what a same don’t come here

Ive been in Washington a year now this is the first and place a have found anywhere in puyallup Kent auburn burien sea tac I have been everywhere and every other place was THE WORST!!! This place was fantastic !!!!! They were inviting and friendly I knew it was going to be amazing when they took their time!!!! I even decided to get a pedicure after seeing how awesome my nails looked!!! I will be back for sure!!! They got a customer for life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😀
