How rude! They are quick to take money and slow to produce quality work only the daughter is half decent Mother is always rushing and does a very poor job had to redo my polish 4 times because I wouldn’t let her rush me out with bad shape and bubbly polish! Don’t waste your money or time Bought a mask it smelled like breath ugh

They don’t clean your nails as supposed to be . They’re were in hurry to get done to you so they can get into the next customer . ESP . The owner of the spa .. she’s so fast and didn’t clean your nail well so she can get to next customer .. they don’t say no to everyone coming even they can’t accommodate them anymore .. what she do is just hurry on yours. She most of the times hurt you too because she’s in a hurry

I made an appt 1 month prior, got there right at 4:45 and was asked to wait in my car. It was freezing this day. I sat in my car and watched thru the window as she STARTED on a different customer. I thought maybe it was a polish change so, I was patient. At 5:15, I lost my patience and went somewhere else. I will NEVER return to this place. Totally unprofessional and rude to do that to a regular customer with a scheduled appointment. This was the young girl everyone prefers since she can actually do a design unlike the others. Inconsistent pricing as well.

If i could rate this i would give 0 stars from all this years getting my nails done this was the most horrible job Ive had on my nails, the lady was super rude when doing them, she blame me that it was my fault when there was an excessive amount of nail polish. The photo below was only after 2 days from their job.

After 8 visits the quality is inconsistent 3 different times after spending ever 70 dollars each visit Even after COVID place is NEVER clean very nasty waxing area Older lady ALWAYS rushes and makes errors on not just me but several other customers. Never get the designs I request Only one lady OK at designing and she’s selective Even my daughters basic mani pedi has chipped within a day I gave several chances. Great job like always fabulous pedi was so good older lady started young girl stepped in to help out took out my ingrown nail omg it was so painful wearing shoes didn’t even know I had that nail growing in my toe I’m so glad I went. Then Quinn did my nails exactly what I asked for is what I got I’m so thrilled.

I went in for a fill and pedi. I got the full decided against the pedi. It was a little stuffy in there. No one did designs. I called first and asked twice if they did Xmas designs..... just be honest. Ended up with plain nails. But I did like that she trimmed my cuticles before polishing

She rushed the curing on my nails and laying gel polish you need to make sure it’s even! This was not even my nail curing I still have lumpy and moving matte polish

If you do not like this nails shop please dont even try to come . I really appreciated.

I come here to get my nails done semi-regularly and I really love this place. The ladies are really nice and its busy pretty often but I can usually get in sooner than expected ❤️2021 edit: still my favorite place. I moved further away and tried some places nearby but Hollywood Nails is still my favorite. They always get the shape I like, lots of different colors and type of polish to pick from, and theres always good stuff on tv. The prices are low so make sure to give them a hearty tip. These folk are awesome and I dont want to go anywhere else.

When I went in they were so nice and helpful, so when they were going to paint my nails I decided to pay but the lady charged 30$! So I asked why and she said because it was going to be gel which I didn’t even ask for! So here they go with their “it’s good for you” and I say no that I didn’t want the gel because I like to change the color a lot. The owner than proceeds to take $5 out to return to me and she THROWS it at me, RUDE AND HORRIBLE save your time and money

I come here to get Mani/pedi and I dont have any issues. Always get shellac and it last for at least 2 weeks. Not as cheap as you would think by looking at the establishment, very small and gets crowded easily. Would give 5 star, but the salon is very small and cramped when full of customers and only one person can really do designs or up to date nail styles

Went there today around noon and waited for 30 minutes or so as it was kind of busy, but it was worth it! The process was quick and got exactly what i wanted!! Would definitely go again and most likely keep that as my go to place for my nails :)

Then I asked for 3D art, rhinestone, and mood😅😅😅what a joke and she knew she from the start she shouldnt have touched my nails you can tell my jobs cost 120.00 and up for fill in🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️she charged 25.00 so for that price it was basically free so someone can fix it. Please ladies dont believe the pics if you like designs and art.

Small quaint little shop, offers full line of Mani/pedis, waxing, Large selection of nail color to choose from. When we arrived, the place was full, but the wait time was very short. Very pleasant environment. Friendly staff. They did a great job.

Worst customer service out of ALL the Nail shops in Kent, Wa ... Everyone gets what they pay for, if you like getting cheap prices on nails then this is your place! Just be prepared to get disrespected and not treated right in return. The mother which is the owner is extremely rude and thinks she can talk to you however she wants just because it’s her shop. Even though you pay for what you want she still will telll you “no it’s fine” when you ask for something to be fixed or tell her somethings wrong.

I went in expecting meh service due to reviews left but I loved it! Got a full set for cheap and good quality! I LOVE my nails and am glad I went here!

Was able to get me in very fast, but the customer service was horrible. They cut my finger pretty deep and didnt seem to care. Way over priced $10 more than average price. Then to make it better I paid for shellac nails and my nails are chipped not even 24 hours later. Wont be going back.

The ladies working there are very rude and barely acknowledged me when i came in. All i needed done was a nail repair. Only one other customer was being worked on and the other ladies working were eating. I waited 15 minutes before asking if i should just come back because it didn’t seem like anyone working actually cared what i needed, and I got a very rude “sit down” so i walked out & i won’t be returning. Horrible customer service.

Went there for the first and LAST time today. The only reason i give 2 stars is cause my daughter was happy. Rude customer service. I complained because a few of my nails were uneven and the elderly lady in there grabbed my fingers aggressively and was mad that she had to fix it. Then basically threw my hand back at me telling me to check it now, is that good enough. I literally never been to a salon like that. They work too quickly.

Definitely not going back to this place nor would I recommend it to anyone! My nails look like I went to the local grocery and purchased pressed on nails! The lady who did my nails was rude and when her daughter was asked to fix my nails, she (dtr) had an attitude! Oh and because the shop is tiny, they will rush to get you in and out; wont take their time at all!

Im only giving them 1 star because they have a good selection of colors for Shellac. BUT Ive gone here 3 times & the 3rd time was my last. I had gotten a Shellac manicure & the polish was already peeling OFF less then 2 wks of me getting them done. Not ok. & i tip generously. So dont go here. Waste of your money ladies. Ive moved on to LUXURY NAILS by Rite Aide in Kent. They are so good! They are detailed & their shop is clean!

So the lady acted like she knew how to do matte dip nails, in the middle of the process she took everything off and had someone else do them. The new lady did my nails in a way Id never seen. My nails look patchy and streaky. The lady told me they would look better if they were shiny... yall said you knew what you what you were doing... now 2 days later, my pinky nail just broke off for literally no reason.

Very friendly employees. They go above and beyond to please you. I didnt have a toenail and they actually gave me a acrylic toenail so I wouldnt be embarrassed to wear open toe shoes.

They quoted me $15 on the phone but charged me $20 once the job was done. The nail job was nice, but it felt rushed, like steps were skipped. The place was not dirty, but it was not clean either. The TV was on but the reception or something was really bad because it would freeze up and then every 60 seconds it would randomly flicker on with voice and then freeze again. The ladies were nice, but they had their young child running around which i dont think was very professional.

I would never recommend this shop. 4 of us went in for hands and feet. all 4 of us had issues with the nails within 2 days of service, the paint peeling off even though we were promised a month...spent 240$ and when we called with in the 2 days of this happening, we were told they wont redo them and will not refund, but were offered to come in and get redone for half price...that is not how these kind of services work. we were beyond rushed even after i made the appointment for all of us, in advanced. they made my friend wait for over an hour after they started her nails to finish them, because they had more people come in and started working on them and left her to sit at the table for an hour, i am not exaggerating....not to mention, i kept telling her that i wanted my finger nails and toe nails cut short and she kept telling me NO!! and just went into painting them right after running the emery board over them.

Very small, pedicure chair we very worn out and hard no places to sit and wait. I ended up with nail fungus on both hand and feet.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and they did a terrible job, they were slightly uneven and I had to direct her to a bunch of stray hairs, then when she kept missing the hair she laughed at me and said it was only one hair and that it was little. She did take a few dollars off the price but I will never go back there again, I can only imagine what their nails come out looking like!

Terrible job. There was no customers and they still rushed my nails and did a horrible job. They would not fix them either. I dont pay 20 bucks to have to fix my own nails... so disappointing.

I don’t have ordinary nails by any means and willing to have them done and paid for but I went here based on a recommendation of a friend and I regret it! She plopped a but ton of acrylic on my nails and didn’t clean it up becuz it wasn’t they way she wanted it! If I’m paying for nails it needs to be done my way not how they want it!

Horrible customer service and why does it take a hour in a half to complete a pedicure by two separate people on one persons feet and you don’t get a discount or nothing. Even when they’re closed the owner will still let multiple people come thru the doors causing everyone to rush. They don’t greet you when you come in and don’t clean the pedicure stations I watched 3 different people come in at seperatw times and the station not be cleaned or sanitized just drained the water out. They always seem like the have attitudes or hate their jobs too.

Did shellac and after day one they were peeling. Went back to be fixed and they seemed mad that I went back, they asked me to sit down and spoke in their language the whole time.
