Amazing service, love the lady who did my nails 💅 will be my go to salon

Beware! Prices dont match and they will charge more! Online and their services board has one price but their pedicure prices went up $10.Pedicures are inconsistent from visit to visit.Eyebrow services are severely lacking. Going to have to go to another place to have them fixed. My sisters dont even look like they were waxed at all and the tech didnt wax underneath her eyebrow on one side.My sister and I have been coming to this location for over 5 years and the new ownership leaves a lot to be desired and its really disappointing.Off to find a new location that provides quality services for the price they charge!

Not sure if it was just a bad day but one of the techs was extremely rude. She was super aggressive with my nails. I felt like they were rushing to get me out but at one point I was the only one in there and at max there were 2-3 of us. My nails are just ok, some are crooked & polish is not done right on them all but I was so frustrated I didn’t say anything about them, I just wanted to get out. The tech who did my toes was great.

75% of my eyelashes were ripped off from here. I knew it was too good to be true that she did a full set of extensions in just under 40 minutes. Turns out they were applied HORRIBLE with glue everywhere. I had beautiful, long, thick lashes before and now they’re RUINED. I’ve never been more frustrated because I’ve always taken great care of my lashes. DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE. This is my biggest regret.

Walked in (they have a sign that says they take walk ins) and asked if they had time to fit me in for a dip. They said yes, and then when I was getting my pedicure done they said they wouldn’t have time to do a manicure. It was 6:00 and they closed at 7:30 and there were only two other customers there and 3 workers. If you’re too busy to squeeze someone in, that’s fine but just wish they would have been honest in the beginning so I could have gone somewhere else and got everything done.

As a local resident and the convenience in terms of location I attempted to get my lashes done. During the first visit I waited over 43 minutes and had to leave for other reasons and did not receive service. The second time I was told to come back on Friday after making an appointment (wed)because my eyes weren’t relaxed. I have had my lashes done many times and I could feel the discomfort in the materials used in which I addressed. She told me that someone on Friday can do it better. This overall gives me the impression of a lack of experience. Some reviews are great but it appears that this nail salon picks and chooses who to provide good services too. Won’t be going back... customer service and experience is major for my bucks☺️.

They have the best service i have ever known here! I love the atmosphere and the way everyone greeted me when I entered. I had a full set and diamonds added on. Probably going back in 2 weeks to get another one! I definitely recommend this place, you will love it like I do!!!

This was the worst experience ever, the pedicure nail polish all ruined, and to top it off the lady cut into my skin and started bleeding and now it wouldnt stop bleeding. I have been coming to you guys for awhile this has been the worst day ever and experience I will not be coming back.

I used to come here a lot when my own nail tech was booked because I knew they WERE good ... idk what happens over years ... they only care about their money ... I had really bad experience I got my feet done and the lady cut my toe with the blazer .... and than also scraped the bottom of my feet and I couldn’t walk on it for a week . Also the lady who did my nails cleaning my cuticles cut my nail and started bleeding .... this all happened at the same time ... last time I would ever go to this place . I called to talk to the owner but never got response from him . Anyways if you don’t have a nail tech I suggest you invest in one ... nail salon places aren’t that great as they used to be including this one

My nails are crooked - no matter how I asked her to fix them she just ignored me. They advertised acrylic nails for $25, but I was charged $41 - the nail polish was old and did not go on smooth. I just will not go back.

They did an excellent job on my nails— I’ve had nail techs before be afraid to go all the way down on my nail and not go all the way to the side, but this manicure is flawless. Great environment, too!

Do NOT get your eyelash extensions done here!!!Note: this review is for eyelash removal service. Hands down the WORST experience Ive had with eyelash removal. This review highlights the unsafe and unprofessional practices at this place of business. Please read in its entirety. Below is a detailed account of my visit:I was having emergency eye surgery for a detached retina that evening, so I needed to get my lashed removed quickly. Normally, I go to Deena (@deena_eng_chikamura) in Bellevue. She is AMAZING! But given the short notice I decided to just find a place nearby to have my lash extensions removed.I arrived at Rubys and was taken back to the room that they do lashes in. The lady had me lay down and put on a glue-removing substance. Within 1 minute my eyes began severely stinging and burning . I called for the lady (because she had left the room). When she came in I told her what was happening. She grabbed a cloth and started aggressively rubbing my eyelids. I told her Ouch, please be gentle with my right eye, its injured, Im having surgery on it. Please be gentle. Maybe she didnt understand, because she continued to press deeply on my eye sockets as she scrubbed and pulled off my lash extensions.She then GRABBED MY UPPER ARM (much like when an angry parent yanks their kids arm at the grocery store that makes us cringe). Her grip and nails dug into the skin on my arm and was very uncomfortable. She pulled me off the table, and marched me to the sink to have me rinse my eyes.She took me back to the table and continued to pull off my extensions. Keep in mind, the substance that is used for extension removal takes between 5-10 minutes to loosen the glue. I have mine on for about 60-70 seconds. So when this lady was yanking the extensions off it was painful and also broke and tore off a lot of my natural lashes. She kept telling me the stinging happened because I opened my eyes and looked around. This is untrue. I am very conscious of my eyes (especially with an injury) and I follow instructions very precisely. I never opened my eyes or looked around. When I spoke with Deena (my lash lady) about it a couple days later she was horrified by my experience and said it was most likely because the lady got it on the skin of my eyelid, which can cause chemical burns, allergic reactions, etc.The lady who did this was unsafe and unprofessional. She very likely made my eye injury worse from the aggressive pressure she put on my eyes. I paid, tipped her, but will never return to that salon again.

Loved the fact that if there is an issue the owner calls you personally! They treat you like family and want you to come back. For the customer service I give them 5 stars. The staff is also very friendly.

Will never go here again had a appointment at 4:45 the lady said wait 5 minutes I said ok 5:03 comes still waiting a lady walks in and said I have a appointment at 5 they tell her come sit and started doing her nails and left me sitting at the front then I said I’m leaving told the tech why did she go before me she just looked at me crazy horrible customer service

I had such a great experience at Ruby Nails and Lashes. It was my first time there and I had eyelash extensions done with Linn and I love them so so much. They are long and fluffy and stay in pretty good. Also price is very affordable. Linn is amazing. She paid attention and listen and she gave me exactly what I was asking for. Linn is very knowledgeable and experienced. She cared about what I wanted and gave great suggestions. She is passionate about her work and it showed. I love love my new eyelashes and I highly recommend. Thank you Linn!!!!

First time customer here! I was scheduled for an appointment for a pedicure and full set shellac manicure. I was asked to check in and choose a color then sat immediately. The prices were good, I paid $60 plus a tip. The facility was clean and the staff friendly. The owner was there and made sure to individually acknowledge each customer which was nice. The facility has a variety of colors and brands to choose from. My pedicure was not rushed which i definitely liked, the lady took her time to make sure I was comfortable and took detail to my pedicure. My gel manicure was fast and efficient, they are generous with the layers of polish they put on. I’ve been to places where they add a very thin layer of polish which you can easily peel off a few days later. That is definitely not the case here, I really appreciated that about this nail shop. I was in search of a new nail shop, as I am new to area. Happy I found this place. I will for sure be back!

Never go back to that place again. Worker are so mean and they even double charge me just for doing manicure and pedicure

Came there to get my lashes done. Since it was the first time ever getting them done, the tech informed me of every step and the aftercare of them. My nails also looked perfect. Im definitely a new routine customer for them now.

I have always been the girl to go to whatever nails salon is available and when I found Ruby nails I’ve never went to a different salon! They are super friendly and welcoming! Complementary water is available by request and they have a super convenient online scheduling! I love Sarah and Helene are the best and have always treated me so good and nailed ever Pinterest photo design I have shown them! Safe to say Ruby nails and lash will not disappoint!

Ruby nails is an amazing salon. They are up to date on all the latest styles and their customer service is EXCELLENT!! They offer beverages of your choice as soon as you walkin.....I love being able to relax with a glass of wine while getting my nails done. One thing I look for in a nail shop is cleanliness. Thats HUGE!!! and ruby is extremely clean. They line the pedicure bowls with plastic for each customer and they open a new package of utensils in front of you which is AWESOME!!! I recommend this place to everyone!!!

Nails for the 2nd time are bumpy, super thick, not shapes well. Thought Is give them a 2nd try. Good pedicure. Very Clean and nice people. Not so good with my nails.

Worst experience ever, booked an appointment for 1:30 and was not served until 2.15. And before finishing on me she started working on other customers. She started on me later than my friend and finished first. It was not just us, I could see that other customers were also facing the same thing.

We had a nail appointment for 3 people at 11:00 and I did not get my nails started until 12:50! We drove 35 minutes to go to the salon because of the services they offered. I had a Dr appointment at 2:00 and I was 20 minutes late. They had ONE girl to handle all the appointments. There was 2 other girls there that just sat around. I’ve never been to a nail salon so understaffed. We were charged $160 for 3 ombré fills?! Wow! That was our first & last time at this salon.

I got powder and the nail tech did a terrible job. The powder is so thick, bumpy and my nails are so crooked. Also, the clear gel she used at the end started to peel off two days after my manicure.

Got mine and my mom’s eyelashes done with Lynn she’s is very nice very professional and she’ll make sure you will get what you paid for! ☺️ Ill recommend this place to get ur eyelashes done with lynn This is the Perfect eyelashes I’ve ever had thanks again lynn!! ❤️

I had to wait for the nail tech to finish getting HER nails done before she started on mine. The nail tech was extremely rude and I felt like it was a bother for her to do my nails. I had the dipping powder done and my nails are much too thick and clunky. I will not be back.

Nice, the lady who did my pedicure was a bit hard and the nail polish is slightly chunky on my right big toe, but it was nice, clean, they gave me wine, we all had mask on, and they washed their hands alot. So no complaints.

Their pricing is deceptive. I went with my daughter. She needed a fill..Price $18 and up. I was getting full set of acrylics.. $25 and up. I was charged $75. The fill was $40. Ok they had to fix 2 of my daughters nails so that made her fill more than my whole set? They dont tell you what $25 plus means. Why did it cost $35 instead of $25 for mine? No one had any answers.

OMG!!!! I love my lashes and nails soooo much! It was my first visit at Ruby nails and I couldn’t be more happier! The prices can’t be beat. Very quick but precise and very detailed too! I can’t wait to come back!!

I went to get my nails done and I wanted a ombré the employee said she couldnt do that so I picked one color after I thought it was done drying I accidentally smudged the nail polish which I know is my fault but I asked the lady to fix is she said yes so I sat back down and she used her finger to fix it I thought eh oh well but the smudge was still there and her fingers prints are all over my nail and took some of the polish of to this was unsanitary and unprofessional.It also seemed as the employee doing my nails was angry at annoyed.My little sister came with me as well and they did her nails so bad some of the polish was on her fingers and some parts didnt have polish on her nails.This was however done by one employee but I wont be coming back ever again.

If would have any option of giving 0 star i would have given them. Really bad service, was my 1st and last time going there i went there with my mum they Charged me $60 for shellac nails just a single coat of nail paint.

Went in to get full set gel and the lady did a horrible job by the next day the paint started peeling off and a nail broke im very disappointed.

I went in there last week thinking I was all cute and stuff, until the manicurist had everyone stare at my feet, just some feed back, no one likes to have all employees just huddle around and stare at my already self concious feet then proceed to laugh and joke about them. I went in there as a bday present to myself and I ended up leaving embarrassed and with my head down. All the laughing and side comments and sighing through the whole thing was unecessary.

I came here with my nails looking so disgusting and the nail tech made my nails come back to life! The coffin nail style was so cute and perfect! I am incredibly satisfied and will for sure be coming back!!!
