Definitely my go to nail salon! I have been coming to these ladies for over a year now. I am always happy with the beautiful work that they do. The fact that all the ladies are super nice just makes it that much better. Over time, I have started bring in all my girlfriends to this salon. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

The service here is amazing, everyone that works here is so funny and outgoing. It feels like a family owned business qnd they make you feel comfortable. I come here to get pedicures with my mama and I’m never disappointed

Love them, all was nice no mater how much you spend little or alot they still really nice! And good fix my nails and was less then what I paid at place before my new nail shop!

So the first time I came here they did an excellent job with a basic base color gel nail with some sparkles. So I came back another time, this second time they did not listen to me at all. I showed the main guy and the nail tech Linda a picture and described in detail what I wanted; I said I want a pointed shape, she gave me rounded, I asked for a dark pink base, she gave me a light pink with sparkles, I asked for black hearts filled in on the tips and he gave me his Interpretation of black hearts not filled in. Meanwhile what I mean nail tech, Linda I was doing my nails I tried making conversation with her because she didnt even say hello to me I had to initiate the conversation. Then I asked her how she was doing and she gave me a one-word response and didnt ask me anything in return. All in all she was quite rough with my fingers and wasnt very friendly either. Addition to that the underneath of fingernails were dirty and it was quite obvious that she hasnt hadnt brushed her fingernails or washed them in a while. Not to mention that as she was handling my fingers she kept digging the tip of her fingernail into my hands each time she would handle them. I let her know that she was doing so, and she lightened up with the stabbing of my hands but its hard to teach an old dog new tricks. Throughout the whole process I continuously let them know, thats not what. I want this please do make it more narrow please. fill in the hear be please but they would not listen. Maybe their specialty are acrylicss and basic solid colors? I see a lot of great reviews on those. Or maybe they didnt listen to me because I walked in with a satin bonnet on, and maybe they thought Im poor. Idk. All I know is Im buying my own nail stuff and doing everything myself from now on... Smh Not to mention the nail tech Linda was very rough with my fingers, squeezing them, pulling and tossing them to and fro. I didnt give my time and money to be manhandled. This was supposed to be a relaxing treat not omg I cant wait till this is over... yeah so I know then my nails are shorter than the picture I attached, however they still could have filled in the black hearts and followed my instructions. I feel embarrassed with these nails, these would have been cute if I was 12... 😓😓😩😩

Ive been here a few times now and I can honestly say this is the best place Ive been to for my nails. The ladies are kind, patient, and talented.UPDATE: Im not sure why my review says it was posted 2 months ago, because I posted my review the same time as my friend and that was 8 months ago. BUT, this business is under new management and the new people are horrible. They dont listen to what it is you want, they rush you and rush through their work, the nails were uneven and bumpy, and we paid almost twice as much as we did under the previous management. I have changed my stars from 5 to 1. Do not go here if you want your nails to look professionally done.

So i went n showed a picture, i got nothing like it. Nails were done in a rush because they kept taking in walkins. My nails did NOT look even or shaped right..... they told me go back next day to get fixed and i still walked out of there unsatisfied. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I got my nails done at this location since May 2021 its now October 2021 and Im just pretty upset. I got my nails done 3 days ago and they already broke off

Everyone here is super friendly and very welcoming. It doesnt feel like they are talking about you when they speak thein their own language. They acknowledge you and the prices are not bad. Compared to the other places in kent this one feels very homy.

Very rude, I miss the old manager and people, they raised the prices the whole time I was there was talking badly about the previous owner and workers. He did 2 of my nails crooked and will not be returning.

I have gone several times since moving to Kent, and they never disappoint. Also, I take my grandma here; she has a hard time seeing/getting around. They are always super helpful and accommodating to her.

The guy did such an amazing job. He takes his time and works to perfection on your nails. My mom has always been to this place but I cameToday for the first time and wow I’m totally impressed ! I won’t go anywhere else. And I won’t change him for any other nail artist ! Or the place !

Ive been going to nails 2000 for over a year now and just love the atmosphere and the people!!

This place... oh man. They were kind enough but everything seemed held together by tape or not working at all. After buffing down my nails, my hand was wiped clean with a PAINT BRUSH missing its handle. The drying station. Was a table with a light. The UV didnt work... there was no fan. I wont be going back, thats for sure... I feel I got lucky not getting an infection!

Great customer service. Cheapest place I came across since moving back to South king county . I got a long full set with glitter ombre shellac for under $40. My nails are not crooked or slopy looking she took her time to make sure they where perfect. This is my new favorite nail salon in the area. Thanks for your service keep up the good work 🤗

They have bad customer service and the owner is straight trash. The lady who does your feet your mostly to get feet fungus no one over there knows how to do design and or paint

CHRISTINA!!!! SHE is BEYOND amazing. She is the only woman i will let touch my nails. She is a sweetheart, and holds steady & genuine conversation. Shes so open- and follows up on where we last left off, and passes ABSOLUTELY no judgement when we have our gossip/confessionals.... I LOVE this woman!! Im a generous tipper PRECISELY because of women like her. She does her job like no other, and she has a REAL SMILE- no matter what day you catch her.

The new management is differently what this place needed! My nails are amazing and the customer service is excellent! I love that my nails have a different design every time I come never the same design. They have a customer for life!!!

They try to not turn people down, but for been in a rush always tunr out bad. i always like to give more then 2 chances just, because am trying to understand they are trying to make a leaving. but then when i came back to fix it the next day or wih in hrs that the shellac peels they try to have me wait 30 minutes to 1hr to fix 1 messup nail, but they still taking new clients instead of fixing there mistakes.... sadly am done giving chances, i wont be coming back.....

Worst manicure I have ever gotten. There are hairs trapped in my nails. Every brush stroke left polish on my skin. The solution was to repeatedly remove the polish covered skin - which left a few wounds on my fingers. And the polish on the nails is very patchy, they didnt apply enough coats! Go to the nail salon by Safeway instead, Ive always had great service there.

Out of the three women working in this shop only one does a good job. Theres an older lady there who can be extremely rude. She always seems to be the one available when I get my nails done. My nails are uneven and the gel only lasts about 2 days. Once she caked on so much nail polish and she insisted that my nail was uneven and thats why it looked that way. I asked her to do the nail over she said she would do it on more time and thats it because she is doing me a favor. I called and wanted a color change for my nails and toes and she spent so much time on my nails that didnt turn out right, that other customers were coming in and she told me she didnt have time to do my feet. She expects a tip and she does a horrible job. The best nail tech is always doing the pedicures. They also change different prices each time I go although Im getting the same thing.

I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done. They ARE the best! Their shellac they do is thick and it never chips at all. Last almost a month on my nails.

Good job with acrylic sets. I would say its a typical nail salon. Every place is different and every salon-ist does nails differently. 2 of the times I went here I had different women doing my nails. One was better than the other so I try to request her when I can. Its enjoyable to sit and have someone manicure you for 30 mins. But I only give 4 stars because of cleanliness. The work stations need to be cleaned more often. Its not fun to look at old nail dust coating the table and tools.

Last night I was really needing some pamper time, went to my regular spot and they were super busy. Remembered this place and drove over. The store was empty as they were getting ready to close, yet the owner said she would stay late and do my pedicure. She didnt rush, took her time and gave me a really great pedi! The price was right too! $20! The store was clean and the massage chairs were super comfy! Im coming back for sure!!

I had a great experience. The artwork was fabolous. The tec followed all my request for my nail design. Everyone was very courteous and nice. I have been there 3 times now.

They use cheap acrylic powder and leave big gaps when you get fills done. The nail surface comes out uneven. Also dont trust them with designs or bring expectations to a low level.

Honestly i wish i could give them no stars. It was horrible. Please dont spend your money you will be very disappointed. I was so close to walking out and leaving but i didnt because i knew groupon wouldnt give me a refund. I had another issue with a different groupon and they were of no help.Anyways the ladies were so rude and rough. I ended up filling my own nails because the lady left jagged edges and was repeatedly hurting me. It seemed to me as if she hated her job. I asked her several questions and she straight up ignored me. At the end I sat in the fan area 4 nails to dry lady told me to go because they were dired i tired telling her they werent she just gestured with her hands and said they were okay you fine you go. she basically kicked me out. I left. nails were not dried.. by far the worst place i have ever been too.

Lashes dont last that long,havent even had my lashes for a week and I already need a fill (had my lashes done before and this never happen, they usually last for a month before I need a fill)

They did a great job on the pedicure and manicure. The place is kept really clean and the staff are very friendly.

Dont waste your time or money at this place! Yet another non English speaking salon. Wont ever go back there again! Manicurist was argumentative when I asked 3 times that she not use the drill to remove my shellac. Kept me soaking in acetone for twice as long as necessary (I was able to remove the shellac with my finger before she finally came back to my station). Spent most of her time with me taking on her cell phone. She also left me under the UV light for much longer than necessary while she worked on another customer. Not even with a star!

Horrible place. They do fully polish your WHOLE nails, I showed her where she missed and she said no,no,no I dont polish the skin Im looking at my nails where u could see the acrylic part of my nails with no polish on it smh....yea never again.

I never get my nails done unless its a holiday or a special event. I went to this nail shop because I got my hair cut a couple shops down. I never such a horrible job on my nails.....they cut my skin and didnt fill the top of my nail (thinking I will come back soon to get a fill). The girl who did my nails would not except how I wanted my nails done I would tell her I wanted the tip painted and she would tell me no white tip nails look better.i told her no I want it painted she would say ok then and roll her eyes. I would never recommend them to anyone . I got my nails done friday and I already need a fill. Im pissed

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN. Its a good nail salon to go to if youre catching them on a really slow day, or going in right before closing. The employees do not know how to communicate with you well to make you happy - 1st visit// I said I wanted a gel manicure and the employee was prepping my nails and another customers at the same time then forgot I wanted a GEL mani. She thought I wanted acrylic like the other girl she was helping and cut my long natural nails off:( totally pissed me off and defeated the purpose of me getting the gel mani I wanted. I gave them a second chance and went in on a slow afternoon. I gave a courtesy call, to which they told me to come in 30 min. Upon arrival 30 minutes later, I had to wait by the desk for a little while for the only 2 employees to make contact. I waited for about 10 minutes for them to finish up on the two customers they had. Then 3 more customers(in one party) showed up after me and got seated right away - I waited 10 more minutes to get some kind of heads up that there would be another small wait and still nothing. Walked out and went to a different salon right across the street and got 10xs better service!

The service is horrible!! I went in for a fill, the nail techs were very cold like they didnt want to wait on me. While fliling my nails the tech kept nicking me didnt ask if I was ok until like the third time it was done when I snatched my hand back and looked at her crazy! The tech painted my nails horribly. I will never patronize their business again.
