Cindy is very good at what she does she dont have you there all day and your nails dont break a few days later highly recommend

She os awesome always has claws on point. She doest give u cheap acrylic or rush she takes her time and o I like different unique designs and love how she does my nails-

Cindy was quick, they had protective dividers at the nail and feet stations, they were wearing masks and I felt safe and my nails look amazing

I pulled up to this nail shop and call to inquire about pricing. The lot was full but there was only one customer in there getting her nails done and she was letting them dry. There was a kid and a guy sitting in the waiting area. The nail lady was there but that’s it no one else. This is 5 and the sign says they close at 7pm. So as I’m watching this lady let the phone ring she finally answered I asked if she had any availability for a gel manicure she told me they were VERY busy and told me I could come in the next day. There’s no one in the shop!!!! Even if there were people what nail shop turns down money?!? A shop I don’t want to get my nails done at. I was so shocked I’m just watching her tell me this.

The ladies here were very rude. The older woman started my nails at about 4:00. First she used way to much acrylic so much that it was dripping off of my finger nail in huge globs, she was extremely rough and scraped my finger with a file she went on to the next finger without an apology, I said owe and she just ignored me. While she was doing my nails I watched the younger women do like 4 different french manicures. It wasnt until after I have been hurt and the older woman asked the younger woman if she could help or at least I think thats what she had asked. Since the younger woman started finishing my disturbingly thick, ugly, painful nails at about 5:45, finished my nails at 6 or 6:15.....This was Thursday 2/11/16 I had gotten them done again for valentines day, they hurt so bad by valentines day morning. I will never go here again. I get my nails done regularly, I have been searching for a permanent place to go. These woman did not care because I wasnt a regular that is terrible customer service.The lovely ladys at Sky nails down the road helped me out took them off and soaked me in wax all for a low charge, Im going here from now on.

I moved from Tacoma to Federal Way and randomly came across this shop and I love everything about it. From the customer service, the quality of my nails, to the environment. I go there every two weeks. They even have affordable prices.

The only place i have been to that im happy with my nails every time.

The reception is somehow poor, .the lady who made my pedi does not have customer care, she couldnt even give me sandles to go to the dryer, when I asked her afterwards she told me that she said she thought I wanted to put my own which I stepped on because she was asking me to walk bare foot, the floors are not that clean...please try to respect all people it us a noble thing..Thanks though
