Helen the new management of Levon been doing my nails for such a long time now I used to specifically go to her at the previous salon she worked at in Federal Way because she’s the only one that truly does my coffin shape seriously PERFECTLY and she perfects all the inspiration I have ever shown her! Love it here! The best nails Ive ever gotten. I usually dont get powder because its too thick, but I asked to have it as thin as possible, and they did exactly that. Very pleased with the end result!

The employees were very nice walking in. When my fingers were knicked, they checked to see if I was okay.My appointment was at 6:15pm, it is now 7:51pm same day- Ive only driven from Kent to Federal Way. Someone else grabbed the doors, my keys, and wallet, so no real reason for any bumps to be honest (I know how spoiled this sounds 😅). The gel was not colored black all the way, what was colored was not all the way matted on the edges. There is a veiny air bubble on both my thumbs.I cant fault for the sizing because I have really short nails and use these to not chew my nails but the confidence I usually get when getting nails done is not here.Gel nails-$50.

I’m not sure how I feel about this place I went in to get a pedicure the nail tech rushed the service she was done with my feet within 11 minutes right after that she worked on my hands she was rushing that as well I’m not gonna post pictures but my nails are not even and you can see where some of them did not get a good coat of nail polish. I know they are new owners and I wish them the best of luck I just hope that they train their staff to take into consideration the clients needs. Honestly, I wish I could say I will go back to give it another chance but my experience was not the best I paid way to much for what I received! With that being said, I wish the best of luck! I truly do miss the OLD OWNERS they definitely knew how to take care of their clients.

I was needing to get my nails and I just landed in Seattle so I started googling some local nail salons. Le’von nails made an instant impression because the reviews were good and the the pictures of the salons were adorable. When I get my nails done out of town I am very careful to just go anywhere. This experience for me was an amazing one. The ladies were so kind and she took her time on my nails to make sure they were the same shape. I wanted a thin long nail with one matte nail. If you are a local you need to go to this salon. If you are flying in and need to get your nails done, it’s a 10-15 minute drive south in Kent. I’m mad I didn’t ask my nail techs name because she did an amazing job and really made this a memorable experience.

Called to make appt . Had to wait 20 min to get started on nails and they called me 5 days after my appt to confirm an appt I already went to. Come on. Get your English together.

I used to get my nails done here years ago by the owner...went today to get chrome, was charged $10 extra and got a very pretty sparkle but not chrome, the shape was not even, they were super bulky and the edges of the polish were unrefined. Will not go back.

OWNERS SOLD BUSINESSI’m not quite sure if the new owners are going to keep the business as it is. I didn’t find out till I ended up having to message their Instagram account for an account (my nails were ripping off as I needed a new set). I had called multiple times and messaged their Facebook for a week. Finally got a response back from the owner letting me know they sold their store. Their male nail technician went to Amazi Nails in federal way. I’m sad to see them go as they did amazing work. Place was nice and clean, staff was extremely friendly. I do wish they had posted about their business closing on their Facebook page and Instagram account.

I have been coming here for quite some time and Ive always had excellent service. Since I moved away I will no longer be visiting this place and I have missed it dearly now. One of my favorite things was that they would work on doing a pedicure and a manicure at the same time which for someone who is always on the go like myself this was perfect. The staff is great the place is clean and the work that they do is amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone whos looking for great service friendly staff and great prices. I was hoping I found a place that was on my home from work. Not only did I pay $45.00 for a fill and shellac, the shellac chipped after a week!!! I knew when I seen the off brand on the bottle I should of gotten CND shellac. But I thought “no it should be fine” obviously it wasn’t fine. I have never had shellac chip after a week. Let alone ever chip on acrylic nails!! I’ll never go back.

Update: I went in to get a mani/pedi and its an all new shop. The owner was being rude and prices are ridiculously higher than before. I walked by to see the quality of the work on a customer sitting in the chair and I was not impressed! So, I left.Previous review for previous owner: My nails always look great here and the shop is hygienic.

Ive been going to this salon for a year now, and everything has been fine except during my last two visits. Interestingly enough, the last two visits have been after the salon had a change of ownership. Now its owned by a man whos politely rude and cuts corners when doing nails, while still charging the same rate.Ive had two ombre fills done by him and Ive been disappointed both times. But every other time prior to those times, Ive left the salon very pleased.I definitely will no be going back here and will instead go to Evons (previous owner) nail studio thats right down the street.

First time at this nail shop, a friend refer me so I wanted to try it for myself, let me tell you worse experience for me, they sat next down sat my nail down to soak it not even 5 mins later they take it off my powder dip was still on it and lady cut & burn me many times then once she got to doing my nails it was the worse Ive ever seen it. I told her twice I dont like my nails yet she kept fixing it still not how I like my nails. My nails were long enough to do coffin shape she sand it down to where its super short now and now my nails are not even coffin shape the corners arent sand down right. She cut me so bad to where its bleeding. All my fingers hurt so bad. At end they didnt even offer to discount me for my unhappiness or even cutting me to where I was bleeding. This is so bad. I wont be going back there again. I paid 80$ for my toes and nails

Pros: Its very inexpensive and easy to get an appointment.Cons: You get what you pay for.I got a full set. They were put on well, but the acrylic was thicker than Id like. My polish was way too thick and my nails were shaped weird. In the end, they looked ridiculous. I abandoned the place mid pedicure and I redid them as soon as I got home.I wouldnt go again, but it was cheap and no harm done. People are nice.

Great staff! But their products suck...this review is mostly a reminder for myself since I love trying out new places.Got shellac done for a trip I was taking the next day. Two hours later it chipped and air bubbles appeared. Went in the next day to get it fixed and she recoated each nail with top coat just to be safe. During my visit a lady came in with the same problem on one nail. On my trip, three nails chipped again. Not returning for shellac here.... didn’t even last me three days with minor activities.

When I first came in I had a really good experience so I decided to go ahead and get a classy nail design that I knew would cost a good dollar also that I knew would be time consuming and so I came today on the seventh my appointment was at 3:30 mind you I was a few minutes late I would say about seven minutes late I know thats unprofessional but I tip good so I figured it would be exceptional plus I called to let them know that I will be running late before my actual time start. I ended up being passed over from the person I was supposed to be sitting in front of to get my nails done to go to her protégé. he did a good job on my nails Im not going to complain about them because he took his time and he perfected on my nails were actually not shaped right prior to me coming there because I also had to pay for a full set from someone else and then get the design done by Yvonne. Due to her not taking on any new clients so that was fine I figured she wouldve put some time aside to get my nails done but I guess she tells me that she thought I was going to get a 15 minute polish I did not drive all the way from Seattle to Kent during traffic hours to get a 15 minute polish I showed her my design she passes me over I ended up getting it done once it came time to wash my nails I see that I have a purple rhinestone in my nails I did not Initially see that but I ended up seeing it after so I let them know it does not go with my color scheme of my nails and I dont like it and want it fixed. The gentleman complained about his time and also tells me that I seen it and I okayed it. First off it shouldnt be for debate if I dont like it fix it thats what Im paying you for its my money. Then they total me out and the total cost was $65 for the design plus a five dollar tip that I gave them so mind you they did not do my full set I went to a separate location and paid $45 for them. And still did not get what I wanted. I had a very poor experience and I do not think I will be returning again I did not like their attitude I did not like how she passed me over when I waited 3 1/2 weeks to even sit in her chair I feel like she just felt as if I wasnt a priority and I just dont like that experience at all. Next time Ill make sure to READ THE REVIEWS!!!

They dont do a bad job on nails.. The customer service needs some work my sister and I went to get her nail fixed ended up waiting an hour then they started and stopped in the middle to help someone else. Something that should have taken 20 mins maybe ended up taking almost two hours.

To begin with, it seems I got the only woman in the business that didnt really take pride in her work. All of the rest of the ladies there seemed kind and their customers seemed very pleased with their service. The lady working on my nails seemed meticulous when she kept going back to fix things but the result was less than satisfactory. She was extremely hard to understand so without having conversation (due to the awkward nature of not being able to understand her muffled and somewhat broken engish) it was a very uncomfortable hour long appointment. She was extremely rough on my nails and cuticles to the point to where less than an hour after my acrylics were finished my nails and the tips of my fingers started to ache and havent stopped yet. I asked for short round tips and even with multiple requests she gave me medium long oval tips (and might I add that none of them are consistent, one being round multiple oval and one nearly square.) Normally I wouldnt mind, im usually easy to please, but working at a restaurant I have strict guidelines to follow. I wouldnt have even written a review BUT this visit was an anniversary present from my boyfriend because he wanted to pamper me with my first set of acrylic nails. Hes upset at the cost of the visit verses what low quality of service and product was given, and it looks like Ill be spending the evening angrily filing my nails into the correct shape and length before work tomorrow rather than spending time giving all my attention tof my boyfriend on our special day. Not pleased with the service in any aspect at all.

IM VERY PICKY AND MY NAILS MATTER ALOT TO ME!!So I went in with very high hopes because of the reviews and was a lot less satisfied then I thought Id be. So I went in for a full set and a pedicure. My pedicure was half effort. Two women did touch my feet in this process and the woman who did the pedicure part skipped around my cuticles and didnt clean them properly or well, polish was sloppy looks likes my toes have been painted for almost a week. Theres polish on the side of my toes and all over cuticles bottom of the nail bed very sloppy painting.Next I got a full set I wanted a short coffin like tip with square sides showed her a picture she said she understood but not really. She did try but came short in the end also polish job was not good. I got a very light delicate color and they didnt take the time with the polish so theres like polish lines darker nails then others my sides are sloppy and overall they could have done a lot better.

Expectacular! Absolutely loved my first visit here. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep, and will most definitely return and with friends as well!

Was able to get a mani pedi eyebrow was in less than an hour and the polish selection was fantastic!

I got acrylic gel on my nails and not even a week went by when my nails started to lift. also There was uneven acrylic powder on my fingers and it was chipping.., it looked like I needed a fill. Wasn’t too happy with the shape.

I went and got my nails done a week before Christmas. Two days after I got them done, 2 already broke off before New Years. I’ve had them for barely 2 weeks and it looks like I’ve had them for a month. They never fully paint my nails, they always leave a gap right above the cuticle and it looks like they’ve already grown out.
