First of all, they are way low on professionalism. The first time I went, I had an appointment at 5:30 and ended waiting another 30+ minutes to be helped out. They argue amongst each other & the guy who answers the phone is rude.I tried adding people to an appointment and he said he didn’t wanna do all of us because he wants to leave by 7:30 on point and he doesn’t wanna stay. I understand they have lives and families to get to but he was so rude about it. AND I told him to just keep my original appointment and what does he do? CANCELS it bc “It was not confirmed” like I told you OVER THE PHONE.That just goes to show they’re money hungry bc they’re willing to cancel an appointment to secure another.

This place was horrible. Not only did my Friend and I have to wait about 30min with our feet in the water.....as it got cold, but the pedicure itself was horrible. The lady barely did anything with my heels....I came out of that with my feet looking the same as when I went in.....no tip!!I get pedicures often, and in different states from traveling for work,....and let me just say.....THIS WAS THE WORST PEDICURE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I get staff was low, but that should NOT reflect the quality of work. They should not be rushing through the process. I dont understand how this place has such good reviews.

This place is overpriced to the max! First, they think they can talk on the phone while doing your nails. Next, the lady I got didn’t even know what she was doing, she kept rubbing off the powder of my nails like 30 times. The owners were also arguing among them with customers in the store. I do not recommend anyone going there, a simple set will be 70+, they don’t care about the customer, they only care about winning money!!!

I cannot believe how over priced this place is. The nail tech was literally on FaceTime while doing my nails which is super unprofessional especially for an over $70 full set. The nails are fine I guess but there are several imperfections. Definitely not worth the money. There are way more places I’d rather go.

$75 for a full set (simple French tip) no massage or paraffin wax. When I say simple, I mean in and out, nothing fancy. It was not only rushed but expensive and did not even include my feet. When asked if they could do pedicure, nope too busy. Hai ya Yai… never again. Oh sign said free beverage with every service, still waiting on my tea 😕

2020 UPDATE: This is probably the best nail salon around the Tri-Cities with a cozy and lush interior, friendly staff, and excellent service. They can be very busy during peak times and I previously left a negative review noting that they often will not pick up their business phone during these times. I have not had this as an issue as of recently- I look forward to continuing business here.MY PREVIOUS REVIEW:Really lovely place, clean interior and great staff. They offer great service, and from the time you sit down until you leave, you are made to feel like a priority. Great variety on services and tiers, and offer complimentary drinks. Unfortunately, they can be very busy at times and it is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment as they often do not answer the phone during business hours.I have continued doing business here due to the great atmosphere and kind staff, if this issue is resolved Ill update my review.

One of the ladies came to remove my old, grown-out acrylics at the tail end of my pedicure. they knew from the beginning that my old nails had to come off to get a new set. but instead of soaking them off or grinding them off, she just slid a new nail between the acrylic and my natural nail. the old nails had been on for quite a while with a few fills done, so they were REALLY stuck to my natural nail in a few places. at one point i screamed n yanked my hand back, but she kept on removing the nails this way. on my second hand, i almost cried when she pulled one off that didnt want to come off that easy. she ended up ripping a chunk of my nail bed off with the old nail. so there was a hole in the middle of the nail bed and let me tell u, when she put the primer on, i almost lost it! but i had been there for over 2 hrs by this point and just wanted to get done and get out of there. my end result was very pretty, even though i had to shape them myself at home cuz they refused to make them as short as i needed and the shape i wanted. AND it was A LOT for the basic pedi with gel color and a full set of colored acrylic. so, 3 hrs of my time, plus an injury with tears AND had to finish them on my own=$120.00!

Took my mom out as a late Mothers day gift for a fill and pedicure for us both. The pedicure was extremely overpriced and incredibly sub-par. When it came to getting a fill, there was very little options offered for colors, they advertise a complimentary drink but neither my mom or I were even offered one or made aware of it until we left, and I was cut with the drimmel on not just my cuticle but also my fingertip. Come to find out so was my mom and they didnt offer a discount for this painful mistake they made. As I was leaving I noticed that I had some weird adhesive on some of my fingers (not where I had been cut by them), my nails were not uniform in shape, and in the light I could see their terrible job of painting my nails. My mother had a few nails that had been painted only halfway. Terrible experience and ridiculous price for their horrible service.

We went in for two full sets of nails. I had asked for square tips with orange gel polish. The tech started to put coffin tips on and I had to tell her that was the wrong tip, she had to remove it and start with the correct tips. After showing her that three of the tips were not aligned correctly, she got upset and left the table. I had to wait another 15 minutes before someone came and took over. The new tech completed the set and when she s done with the orange polish she then uses the magnet to give tiger eyes on the nails...I did NOT ask for her to do this and she continued to do it AFTER I told her I didnt ask for the tiger eye on my nails. Meanwhile they are talking about this and laughing. It wasnt until after we left that I realized that they didnt even glue the tips on correctly, there is a gap between my nail and the tip, which can lead to fungus. On top of all of this, my daughter whom also got her nails done, had 3 fall off two days later. $120.00 plus tip, I will never go back to this place, nor do I suggest this place to anyone!!

We have been going here for a year, it had been a pleasantly good until the last two times we went, I brought 2 friends in with a appointment and they did my two friends and I waited and then my friends had to wait until mine were done before we could leave, today we made a appointment and arrived early only to wait a half hour with no acknowledgement we got up and left, I would think they would know they had appointments and be prepared, I thought they might call since they had my number but we heard nothing. We won’t be going back

Excellent pedicure. Leg massage was terrific and french pedi well done.

The nail technician did a bad job on my nails. She was a little rough as well. I paid $71 for a messed up French tip full set. The nail tech almost scrapped my skin with the electric nail file. She was on her phone too much also. Which is very rude. They were on time for my nail appointment. But, that’s about it. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I made an appointment for 4:15pm and waited almost an hour to be attended. Very overpriced, my boyfriend treated me to a full set of acrylics for Christmas as a present and I was so embarrassed of the amount of money they charged him for the most basic Coffin nude nails I’ve ever seen. I was greatly annoyed because the total came to 70$ dollars! FOR NUDE COFFIN nails, they had ONE tiny round stone in each nail, and three on one nail. The overall experience was horrible and will not be returning.UPDATE; it’s been 5 days and most of my stones fell off already! For $70 it should be lasting me waaaay longer!!! 🙄🙄🙄🙄

My mom and I went to get pedicures. My mom got a guy that had zero experience. He cut into her cuticles three times. She finally told him to stop. He then barely did the rest of the pedicure. Someone else had to clean up the polish that was around her toes. We told the manager about it. He didn’t seem to concerned. He finally gave her a 20% discount. It should of been free. Never going back

I 100% recommend this place, especially for anyone who wants long coffin or ballerina nails. They do phenomenal work. This is the 1st time I’ve left a nail salon completely satisfied. My nails were perfect. Will be coming back again and again.

I initially left a nasty review and, although my acrylic nails are still not what I wish they were, the owner offered to fix two of my nails and gave me a 10% discount on a fill since he saw that they hadnt cleaned up my cuticles and had misshapen my nails.Although the owner tried to remedy things I just decided to redo the review. I did not add any stars because I still left like the job was not worth it. When I went back all the staff kept passing by and saying things while giving unwelcoming looks.

Beautiful place!! I loved it!! This place definitely beats a lot of nail salons here in Tricities. Customer service was great. The guy that did my nails was had great customer service and definitely took his time. Wish I would have gotten his name. Went in and they got me and my sister in right away for pedicures. Definitely check this place out it has now officially became my go to. Plus they have complementary beverages.

I got my nails done here a few times and it’s always been one of the pricier places I’ve gone but the quality is so good, I didn’t mind. However this last time I went it was about $40 more expensive. I can’t justify paying $130 every time, so I will probably not go anymore but if you can afford it, it’s great quality work

I had excellent experience at this nail spa. I got a full set and pedi at very reasonable prices. The setting is relaxing, very modern and clean. They even give you a complimentary drink of your choice. The choices included water, soda, wine and even beer. The entire staff is very friendly. I went in when they were completely full, but the owner offered to stay after business hours if needed to accommodate to my schedule. That wasn’t needed, but it was thoughtful of him to offer. I’ve found my new nail spa and I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a new nail spa.

I walked in to get my nails done with my sister. I decided half way that I also wanted a pedicure and they immediately started that after getting my manicure. This place is great. The staff is amazing. Free drinks! What else can you ask for? I will not go anywhere else.

Love the atmosphere, classy spa vibe. Call and make an appointment with the receptionist/host - yes they keep an appointment book & have knowledgeable receptionists, what a novel concept!!! Receptionist helps you identify what services/designs you’d like, books your appointment, provides nail color samples (clean & well made), provides the colors to your manicurist and serves you beverages. I was a walk-in and was immediately impressed by the receptionist and how sparkling clean it was - no chemical smell. While booking for another day someone called in with a cancellation - my lucky day! Vinhn, the owner, personally did my nails after asking for my preferences on the shape and colors. Pedicure was excellent as we’ll - she did just as I requested & my ingrowns are now back under control!

Went in yesterday for my first time and Kaylee (I probably spelled that wrong) did an amazing job on my nails! I walked in and the first thing I noticed was how CLEAN the shop was. It’s very beautiful inside. They have complimentary drinks and the environment is very calming! They also have tons of colors to chose from and everyone there is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Got a great pedicure then a very painful chin wax. The wax pot was covered in old wax and hair which should have been my first clue to walk away. She ripped my skin off and I haven’t gone anywhere today without being asked what happened to my face. I’ll be taking pictures/showing my face to the manager tomorrow to respectfully ask for a refund.

Nice atmosphere. Great acrylic fill; best Ive found in Kennewick. Good pedicure with lined basins, comfy chairs and packaged tools. Competative pricing, but the only issue is that I did not know that if you use a credit card there is a $2.00 charge. Had to use all my cash to avoid being charged the $2.00. Hate to pay cash for anything, but will still go back because of the good job that Lisa did on my nails.

Love coming here! I used to go to them frequently when i worked in prosser and was not aware it was some of the same faces that i used to see back then. They actually recognized me first. Besides that they do an amazing job with gel manicures! it lasts a lot longer compared to previous gel manicures I have received locally. Weekends are extremely busy which i HIGHLY suggest booking appointments if you could only go on a weekend. But if they are that busy that means they are doing something right obviously.

I love the customer service Hena provides! I recommend if you want Great Nails or pedicures to go with her. She does a Awesome job of cleaning your nails, getting All the Nastys out, And takes her Time doing her Job RIGHT.

This new salon is wonderful! The space inside is utilized well with many pedi and mani stations and plenty of technicians. You can tell they’re dedicated to making the customer comfortable and welcome while providing thorough and efficient nails services! The decorations are very classy and contemporary and the menu of services is very good and reasonably priced. A nice touch was the beverage service, (water-soda-alcoholic drinks) which was complimentary, at least at the time of the grand opening. Can’t wait to return in the future!

My daughter and I went in for mani/pedis. The service was not great as they advertise for a free drink, and we never received ours. After asking a few times we just forgot about it. Then they infected my daughters toe. Not going back....ever. I would display the picture, however its not letting me.

I loved it they were so politely, and gave us something to drink. I definitely will be going there again! 🙏🙌🙏🙌

Staff are very friendly, been in a few times and the service has been great. The first time was wonderful, their first week of the grand opening. I went in for a second shellac mani and it wasn’t a very good job, but they were more than willing to fix it at no cost which I appreciated! I also got a pedi, the tech was very attentive and friendly making sure you were happy with what she was doing. Pedis are the best!

Was very excited to try this place out! Originally heard about it through Facebook decided to go treat myself for my birthday. The receptionist was very rude to me, I came in for a pedicure and she just turned on the water where the pedi chair was and walked away I assumed it was for me didn’t bother putting the arm rest down, water was kind of hot but no one bothered to ask if it was ok and once I picked a color I told the receptionist the water was too cold already because I had my feet soaking for about 15 minutes and she just walked away. They barely even put paraffin wax on the pedicure it didn’t even cover my feet barely even reached my toes which is ridiculous since they charge extra for it. It’s a nice clean place but the service wasn’t great, pedicure sucked, and receptionist was rude rolling her eyes chewing her gum so loud.

I heard good things about this place; great manicures & complimentary drinks. I took my girl friend with me to get mani/pedis. With my pedicure - they only removed calluses off ONE foot, the nail technician stopped working on my massage to watch TV, cut my big toe with the nail nippers, & only painted HALF of my pinky toe? With my manicure - they were already coffin shaped & they charged me to do a coffin shaped, they got the gel polish on my cuticles & on the side, and didn’t give me any lotion for my nails after the fill. With my friend’s pedicure - it looks like they applied one coat on one toe. With her manicure - she had bubbles on her fingers.I’m not sure about the recommendation that my friend gave, but I experienced none of the good things she was sharing. Maybe you’ll have a good experience, but I would personally recommend going somewhere else.

Powder/dip nails takes 1 and a half to two hours even with an appointment. Made an appointment with one person and two other people jumped in so I had three people do my nails in one visit.. they also cut a lady doing a pedicure so badly she was bleeding. I will not return

Asked for a certain design and he told me no I don’t think so and had me choose just one color. Not going back.
