Ive been to several newer nail salons in the Tri-Cities, but I keep coming back to Lasting Nails. Theyre the best nail service in the Tri-Cities.

Im a dude; I like to save the nail pampering for my wife and her girly friends. Mothers Day 2018, Susan decides what she wants is a mani/pedi...with her husband (for the slower, somewhat confused dudes out there, that would be me). Needless to say, I was not thrilled with this development, but hey, happy wife = happy life. The folks at Lasting nails made me feel welcome. They say me in a massaging chair, put my feet in blue, jetted, water, and preceded to not only put my feet into heavenly bliss, but managed to carefully dig out an annoying hangnail that has harrassed me for 3 decades!Now, my wife has me here again. The chair already waiting for me, to say warm. Back being massaged, wife getting painted...these are really sweet people here. And hey, if Pastor Sagundo can do it, who am I to resist?!?

I really enjoy coming here. They remembered me after one visit and remembered what shape I liked and everything. The people are very kind and like to make conversation which is nice. My nails always come out great. The only reason I’m doing 4 instead of 5 stars is because sometimes they won’t take no for an answer on the more expensive services.

Been trying to find a good nail salon since I moved here. Well it’s not this one not only did the lady remove my gel with a Dremel tool but she barely scrubbed my feet or clean the extra skin around my toes. Terrible pedi and wasted my money. Boy do I miss my old salon.

Clean, tidy salon and good value for the money. I always ask for Olivia. She does a consistently nice pedicure and always uses sterilized tools. I always see them washing down each pedi spa with disinfectant after finishing with a customer, and Ive never picked up some mysterious nail fungus from this salon (but I have at others). Their prices are reasonable and I can usually get in within a few hours from the time I call -- that fits my hectic work schedule.

Lasting Nails is the best place in Kennewick. They are friendly, competent and affordable. I’ve been going here for three years and I’ve never been less than satisfied. Their equipment is up to date and the massage chairs are to die for! Love this place!!! ❤️

Absolutely one of the WORST places Ive ever been to get acrylics done! Ive had nails on for 17 years, I know my stuff! First, the owners wife did my nails. I got a new set, it was time. She put the tip way too far up my nail, so my real real nail didnt seal with the fake plastic tip. This left a gap. Anyone who gets their nails done knows how bad this is! I went back the next day because my BBQ ribs were stuck between real nails and fake nails. The lady tried to blow it off claiming that with white tip she had to put it further up so theres not too much white. I told her that she should always take risk out first and that I never asked her to do that. I then asked her if she could fix them. Her answer? When they grow out!!! She fixed a couple others that were screwed up and tried to clean them out a little. It didnt work. Three days later my thumb nail popped off! 😣 I go back in. This time the lady is rude to me and then tries claiming I was in there before the holidays!! I asked her what holiday because I had my debit card record on my phone so I can prove the date! She used her hand to blow me off again!! Her husband put a new nail on and did do better than her. However, 2 weeks out and Im missing 2 nails and my nails look absolutely awful!! I recommend nobody go here! Lasting Nails?! I think not! Try Losing Nails!!

I went two weeks ago and they did a very good job. They were clean and didnt presser me with what number pedicure I wanted. They were fast and polite. I plan to go back tomorrow.

I didnt get the mans name. But he did a excellent job on my nails ! No pain. Very gentle. First time going into lasting nails and I will be going back !

Don’t bother making an appointment because they don’t care. They take walk ins even with people waiting that made an actual appointment. I waited 25 minutes past my scheduled time and when I complained I got a 15 minute pedicure (instead of the regular 30 minutes) so that the owner could get back on schedule. No tip and I won’t be back and I definitely won’t recommend! 👎🏻👿😡

Horrible pedicures. In town for a baseball tournament, had a few hours to spare so three of us got pedicures. I had shellac on my toes and they removed it with a Craftsman Dremel tool. Id never had one so wasnt sure if that was correct but it scared me. The other two I was with were done with their 15-20 minute pedicure (quickest most non personal pedicure Id ever seen) before my old polish was even removed. She then painted my toes over all the grooves/divots shed just put in my toe nails and decided to only paint 9 out of 10 of my toes. I didnt notice til Id left. Do not make the same mistake we did!

Only lasting thing about the employees at Lasting Nails was a crummy pedicure job and discourteous service - they were very impersonal. Employees talked among each other and laughed while completing the pedicure - felt as if we were the butt of their jokes. Did not clean out the foot tubs prior to the following customer. Also told my so to get out of the chair for the next customer as he was waiting for me. I will most likely will not come back to this establishment - best of luck!

Turns out I have an infection from getting a pedicure here. I usually only go to lasting nails as its the closest to my house. Very disappointed. I knew something was wrong when I could feel the dead skin/flakes of stuff floating around in the water from the previous costumer...

Great gelish nails, not impressed with the pedicures. I still had tons of rough skin after I left, no other options except the basic pedicure were offered.

No thanks. Here now and will not return. Chair didnt work..talked about it in front of several people and noone helped..the staff are just staring at my friend and I. Noone is speaking to us. Im getting a pedicure and they barely did anything with my feet. As Im typing this the woman is staring at me..its very uncomfortable.

Like how the girls do my acrylic nails but the guy sucks big time..the last two times his done them because his the only choise there is so im not going back..if u go dont let that guy do your nails

Went in for a fill. Ended up with a very sloppy job. Had to point out to the tech spots that had been missed. Never going back there!
