This was a below average experience over all1) I was being charged extra for multiple things without being told about it until the very end2) the lady doing my nails cut my skin open and not even a small scrape as in my skin was cut open bleeding while she didnt mention it and acted like it didnt happen till I said something3) I asked for a design and she said no because my nails were too shortTried to add a good pic of the cut but Im telling you its been the worst cut Ive ever had doing my nails

My first time there! Why havent I been there before? This place is fantastic! All the staff was friendly & so welcoming. It was a busy holiday weekend, we had made appts to be sure to have a time slot. As busy as they were, they were all in such a great mood & did not rush us. I had such a relaxing pedicure & they gave me a great pampered experience! I will be back for sure!

This is the first time i go to this place. It was absolutely great. Last time i got my nails done at another place my fingers were extremely sore and not well done. The lady that did my nails was so gentle and careful, she did awesome. I love how my nails came out !

Went in for a pedicure. Everything leading up to the polish application was alright. I chose gel in hopes it would last longer. The individual who did the polish didnt do the best job. I was left with cuticle flooding on every toe. I wish the lighting had been well enough for me to see this before I paid and left. Now Im having to removing the polish right after getting it done.. Disappointing.

10/10 do not recommend. Worst place Ive ever gotten my nails done this lady was so rude and I didnt even get the nails I wanted because she ignored me and kept telling me to pick a color and they didnt even last over a weekI wasted money for something I couldve done myself.

Excellent quality of work and quality of nails have had no breakage and like TNT Nails where I went and I had a set done and broke 3 Nails in a week and a half and it cost me a lot to get them fixed and their customer service sucked they were mad because I broke a nail

My friend went to this place today and had a very bad experience. They did her toes and her fingers. Her toenails came out so bad. The job that that they did came out so bad. The man that did her toe nails made her bleed. The way the nails came out look so bad. They were unprofessional and left her upset and no she has to go get them redone somewhere else. They used fingernails to do her acrylic toenails. She is very upset and wanted to share her experience she had. If we could put a negative stars we would have but we had to put one star but actually we wanted negative stars negative five stars. Two thumbs down.

I went here today for my first time because my other nail salon did me wrong, this place did such a better job than my old one. All my nails are even and I’m ocd about my nails so I’d know. And the pricing is great too so that’s a plus.

Worse set Ive ever had. I came here because my friend said they were a good price (she only paid $30 for acrylic nails with shellac polish, coffin shaped, and two colors) they tried charging me $50 and I told them I was going to go somewhere else but shed already put two nails on and said shed do $40. I kept asking her to make them not as wife and she kept filing the tops down making them way shorter than I asked for and completely defeating the purpose of filing the sides. She also broke off two nails while trying to file them. They have the worst color selection Ive seen. Terrible customer service and one of their children was sitting in the pedicure chair playing some video game extremely loud with repetitive music and yelling on the game. I will never return there or recommend this place to anyone. They think this is worth $50???

Stopped in for my first set of nails here and had a great experience.Everyone was kind, funny, and accommodating.I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted with some exceptions and she did amazing. Her input was so helpful, too. They stayed late to make sure I was happy and were not rude about it.It was a wonderful experience.I would recommend them. Their services are great. I will definitely be coming back!

I have been coming to this amazing place for a few months now and I have seriously never been disappointed. However, this last time I went was by far the best! I had an idea of what I wanted my nails to look like also with the help of Pinterest and they turned out super pretty! My nail tech and I think he did a great job. The snowflake was done by one of the girls. I highly recommend this place. I absolutely love my nails!

I used to love this place but lately I have been disappointed. I feel like at this point their making up their prices after they finish. The board will say on thing but when you get up to pay its 25$ more. This is not a way to keep customers returning. Not only that lately they have been rushed and rude. Im going to have to look for a new place that isnt charging 60$ for a full set.

The staff is nice and fast. Im not from Kennewick and the technician was better than any I have had. I went with a male friend and they made him feel comfortable. Definitely worth the price!

Love coming here to get pampered! My nails are always looking great! I usually wait a month between fill ins and Im so glad I do because my nails still look great even 4 weeks after they have been done!!!

I used to get acrylics on my nails all the time but after many years I developed an allergy. I heard about dip nails so I thought I’d give it a try. I called first to see if they pour the dip powder in a separate jar before dipping my nails for sanitary purposes. They said yes but I watched them pour the powder they used on my nails right back into the bigger jar so it was basically pointless. The gal doing my nail was nice but I was not the happiest with my nails at the end . She did not ask me the shape I wanted until after she had already started filing and shaping them and by that time it was to late to even shape them into the square shape I wanted. . She could have taken more time filing my nails to make them more smooth and even by the cuticle after dipping. I think it just depends on who does your nails because the customer next to me had her acrylics fully painted for Christmas time and had beautiful designs done on some and they looked amazing! Bottom line I think you need to speak up about your nails if they are doing something that you don’t like because it’s your time and $$. Will I be going back? No.

Been here twice, both times have been fantastic.Chairs are relaxing, staff is super nice, all really talented. I was so sore today from working on my house all weekend and after this hour of being pampered I feel so much better. Thank you!!

I went towards closing and they had started remodeling. It was annoying and noisy. The manager was profusely apologetic. The pedicure itself was fair at best. I paid $35 and did not get what I paid for. There was very little massage if any. The shellac colors were dusty and dirty. The polish on the samples were rubbed off. Overall not a great experience.

My manicure lasted longer than any other! So in love with my results! If my 5-star rating doesnt convince you, then try it out - you wont be disappointed.

First time here. I ACTUALLY LIKE! ! ! ! The manicurists are gentle and patient. We had a nice conversation while they were doing my nails. Its a good deal, cheap. Its definately worth your time and repeat business! If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Terrible service, rude, very unprofessional, didnt finish our nails. Me and my mother came in a little after 6pm as walk-ins. We had to sit next to each other at the same station while sharing the same nail tech, taking turns, although there was 3 nail techs there. My mother asked about their tanning passes (prices/monthly options) and it literally became a joke. They were laughing among themselves, out loud, having conversation, and continuing on. Our question was never answered to say the least. It felt really awkward. Towards the end everything was rushed, minutes after 8pm, and our nails didnt get the look or touches they needed for what we requested. We just paid and left so I didnt waste any more time with them. Never will we go back!

They have always done a half a** job on my nails. Last time I went in I noticed allot of flaws the next day and went in to get them fixed and they refused to. I asked very nicely if she could just redo the paint job and she refused to fix them without charging me.

Soooooo....where do I start?!I guess I can start with how AMAZING Hot Tip Nails is!! Ive been coming here consistently for a little over a year.My nails and my feet have never been in such great shape. My nails are super healthy, thanks to Hanh, and theyre always shaped to perfection . She introduced me to the nail shape of my dreams!! I will say, it took Hanh a while to convince to to stray away from my square round shape to her signature almond-ish shape...nothing but happiness over here!

They were RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL to me & my friend. Charged more then what was listed on the board. Screamed and yelled at me in the store in front of other PAYING costumers.....

Walked in to the salon with a girlfriend and we both got great service. They did a pedicure and our nails. Great prices and great fast service. The chairs are to die for very clean.

Pros: Manicure was 13$. Fairly clean. Open early. Quick service right at opening. Cons: not impressed with color selection. Hard to understand, were in America. Cut deep in sides of a couple nails and now they are sore.Will probably try other places before I come back.

Hated the service I like making small talk, when I asked question she ignored me. The water for my pedi was super hot, so I refused to put my feet in there and she looked mad. She didnt file my file my nails or shape them on my hands, I still have hangnails. Pricy for the lack of customer service or quality.

Its really hard to find anyplace which for my nails/toes done, and finally found Kennewick. They did my nails and helped me get the right shape and length I wanted. I Overall its clean and my nails always come out looking good.

Not a bad pedicure, but manicure is awful. First she assumed I was getting acrylic nails so my nails were filed on top. Then she used the wrong color. Lady wouldnt listen when I kept telling her its the wrong color. Gel was all over one nail so she took a file to it until my finger bled. Wont be going back.

Had old set removed and new set put on. 7 of my 10 fingers are cut deep and bruised. Never going here again. Do not recommend. And it costed me almost double what I usually pay. Not happy.

Terrible customer service. The technician clipped a hang nail, which caused my finger to bleed. The paint job was very sloppy, and she did not wipe all of the gel off of my fingers. The gel was not thick enough, and I walked out with being able to see my nails under the polish. This salon is very dirty, and it did not seem like health standards were being met. Although prices are low, I not be returning.

I went there to get a pedi and the people there didn’t speak English. One lady just pointed to the pedi chair. I don’t know if the water and foot sink was even cleaned. Then the lady drew blood with the cheese grater, and with the cuticle remover. I have been a cosmetologist for 32 years and never felt so uncomfortable in a shop. I wouldn’t trust that they are following safety and sanitation procedures at all.

Im went to Kennewick and was in need of serious mani so I decided to try at Hot Tip Nails.I can honestly say its one of the best nail salons I have ever been too! Theyre the absolutely best and always does an amazing job on my nails. I was very pleased with the receptionist. I was taken back & was very pleased with the nail statfs. She made my nails look beautiful again!! She was so friendly, super funny & very good at what she does! Had the best time, the pedicure massage chairs where awesome and hilarious & everyone had such a great time. So patient, friendly, fun and did our toes and nails perfectly.Thank you all for you help in making my day extra specia

I rate this plave a 5 if you get your nails done by the man who always has a Bluetooth on, he does a great job. There hours are great however I do agree their color selection is very limited.

Terrible horrible experience doesnt even begin to describe the service there ! I went in because my normal nail guy was unavailable for the day at a different nail salon down the street and I had a wedding to attend the day of. Never again will I leave a mani pedi until the last minute. Lesson learned. I received a mani pedi and was in and out in a little over 30 minutes, the two girls working there were rude and didnt tend to any of my request, when sitting for my pedicure I asked for no massage on my legs and the gal proceeded to give me a massage- the reason being for no massage is im currently in my third trimester of pregnancy and massage to your ankles could possibly induce labor, needless to say my pedi lasted 10 minutes. On to the worst part of all, the manicure. I opted for the gel manicure which I typically get all the time and this one was just flat out TERRIBLE, I was cut while she was cutting my cuticles she left them super uneven and the paint job was insanely bad! Nail polish not cleaned off the sides, went over my nail bed and super uneven, just really bad-I will insert pictures if this review lets me so you can see how bad it is, not even exaggerating.

I had an appt at 9 am. IS 9:30 am and nobody is here... I set up this appt 5 days in advance and now all of my day will fall behind. Is this how you take care of your clients????. I will never recommend this bussines to anyone. I will give a CERO star and you deserve LESS than that.

If I could give negative stars I would. This was the most awful mani/pedi experience my friend and I have ever had. (We get regular mani/pedi )First we were told to go sit for our pedicures, 15 min later our feet are like prunes they are ready for us. OK they got busy no problem. Multiple times having to tell them my color is right next to them, them asking what kind of manicures we are getting etc.Painful pedicure, no massage (even was specifically put in menu) end result of my toes having polish all over them and look awful.Move on to our manicures, again a long wait. We both did the dip nails. Shaping and cleaning up my cuticles was fine till she filed and clipped till my cuticle was bleeding. Then the end result of my and my friends nails are AWFUL . ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Polish everywhere. We are probably going to find somewhere else to go get our nails fixed and cleaned up. Very disappointing.

Had to ask 3 times for them to trim my nails down and when they did trim them all the way down to little nubs. The gel polish job they look like crap and they got visibly annoyed with me when I asked them fill in areas on my nails they missed with polish.
