Ive been in the Tri-Cities for almost 3 years now and I never thought I would find a place with the skill I left in California. Ive gone here for my last 2 pedicures and both times I had my ingrown toe nails removed painlessly and without a drop of blood spilled. Their pricing is in line, massage chairs on point and color selection is vast. I strongly recommend this salon.

This is the nicest salon in town. The operators are nice and friendly. Had the best massage and pedicure from Mia and Tracy. And so many pretty colors of polish to choose from. Just the best pedicure experience I have had in years. Thank you so much!

Had an amazing experience first time around. Second time around, good experience too except I wanted a regular polish pedicure & they did a gel. Thats a difference between $27 & $42. First time, they quoted $25 for my daughters mani/pedi, this time I was charged separately for both. Not sure Ill return.

Friendly staff but their work is so so. Barley scrubbed when we asked for the sugar scrub pedi. Mani was about as good as if I went and washed my hands in the sink. They want to get you in and out quickly. Way over priced for the lack of service. Again nice staff, but they could really use better training.

I took my girlfriend here and they did amazing work on our pedicure and she loved her nails after they were done I totally recommend here everyone was so friendly the place is so clean it we are definitely coming back.

My first time here, very friendly, the lady was very gentle and took her time. Will be looking forward to coming again soon !

Best nail salon Ive found in the tri citi area! Just beautiful work! Only down side was the 2 employees talking about someone in the establishment negatively in their own dialect, not knowing that I could understand what was being said. Thats not very nice or professional! 🤦‍♀️

Ive tried 3 other different nail salons in Tri-Cities and none of them compare to this place. Theyre a relatively new business that opened this year, so their salon is in tip-top clean shape. They do a great job in being Covid compliant with keeping safety in mind for everyone. If you do a pedicure, you will have to purchase your own filing set to take with you for $3 to bring back on your next visit. My nail tech was the sweetest lady and Im upset I didnt get her name. I had a horrible ingrown toe nail that I tried to take care of myself, but I happen to make it worse if you can believe that!She was careful with me throughout my experience making sure if I was in any pain as she proceeded with the pedicure.The attention to detail when my pedicure was done was outstanding!

My sister and I have been coming here since they opened. The ladies are so sweet. Theyre like family now. I traveled from Arlington just to get my nails done again! Theyre the best! Clean, chic, reasonably priced and wonderful customer service!

Small nail salon but worth the wait. The ladies are by far the kindest nail techs I have ever experienced in any nail salon. Deanna took her time with my acrylic overlay with gel polish nails. Turned out beautiful. My 3 year old granddaughter got a complimentary nail polish while my daughter in law had her pedicure done.

The staff did a terrible job on both my manicure and pedicure. Both toes and finger nails are lumpy. I will not be going back.

I was just in Polished Nails today and I’m from out of town and I saw that they had a 5 star rating so I made an appointment and the technician that worked on my nails didn’t have a clue about the Vitamin Dip! That was the worst service ever, I stopped her and got up and left, I’ve been getting my nails dipped for years and that’s the worst service I’ve ever had!! She didn’t even know how to shape them into a coffin, that was the worst service ever! I wish that I could show you a picture, my nails look like Shrek!

Nail techs were very nice and great at their job. Made sure we were taken care of. Salon is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Plenty of selection for colors as well. Will continue to come here.

I don’t understand the reviews that say it looks like a 5 year old did it, because I’m actually really happy with my nails 💅🏼 I just moved here from Florida so, this is the second nail salon I have tired out in the area. The first one was sky nails and I didn’t really like it they were stressing me out but this place was super relaxing! I didn’t feel stressed at all and she did my nails pretty fast like an hour max which I love! Price was reasonable! I got a basic gel manicure and it came to 30$ and I tipped. I definitely don’t have any complaints, she even gave me water because my mouth was dry!
