So poor quality, dont have everything to need for good pedicure and manicure, Spencer for bad work, we have better places for less

I took my daughter in for her first “big girl” pedicure, she is 13. I wanted to spend time with her shopping and have a nice Pedi treat. We both felt the ladies were very nice, but $25 for what they consider a “Spa” Pedicure was anything but.Both ladies took about 10-15 minutes to soak, scrub, trim, paint and done. My daughter’s was a lot quicker than mine. We sat longer waiting for our toes to dry then we did our Pedicure.I will not go back. We were at the mall shopping and is why we chose here, and other salons close by are closed on Sundays. I was absolutely disappointed, as I have had other Pedicures, because I know what a Pedicure should consist of, and I was hoping for a much better experience for my daughter. 🥺Side Note: I had to stone and salt scrub my heels this morning due to the fact my heels were not treated whatsoever with the Pedicure I received.

The ladies here are wonderful. Shoutout to Vivian for being an amazing. They are open now and very clean. They all wore masks, and used disposable bags for the foot tubs and sanitized all the surfaces for us.

5 stars only if Lilly, the manager does your nails. She is consistently excellent and fast. Some of the richest women in the Tri-Cities go to Lilly and they can go anywhere! If you have not been to Hi-Tek lately they have brand new chairs and tables as well as polish and chrome colors. Lilly is great best to schedule an appointment) but Vivian is good too.

She rushed, she gave poor customer service. My pedicure only took no more then 15 minutes very unsatisfied.

Great place!! Havent had my nails done in years. They treated me very well and also talked to me and answered my questions on the process!! I reccomend them and the gal was very nice!

Overcharged did my pedicure in less than seven minutes and charged me $50 rude bad customer service I do not recommend this place for anybody

Had to take my daughter to have her nails fixed after another place messed up her nails and they were hurting her. They fixed her nails with no problem and offered her glitter nail polish

I’ve been here a few times and always regret it, they are extremely rude if you show them the most basic nail design they can never do it ... they dig so far into your nail beds that it hurts for days 10 out of 10 would recommend NOT going here and to top it off their prices are never the same

I’ve been twice. The employees are very kind.The first time my nails turned out amazing and lasted a really long time. I was very impressed.This time they are pretty wonky and uneven, not shaved down to the same thickness (some are pretty chunky), the polish is smudged on two fingers, my nails aren’t lined up right, and there is clear polish and chucks of acrylic around my nails that was left there.But he did do then really short like I asked (which is know it pretty difficult to do)... ultimately I had a good experience, just a bad final product on my second time around. I would try them again, and see how it turns out next time.

My boyfriend took me here to get my nails done for my birthday and I showed them a photo of a simple Ombre coloring I wanted and he said he could do that no problem. First off they did nothing to prep my nails - my cuticles were never touched. They just went straight to work gluing on tips and then cutting them way too short. I asked for coffin shape but I got lumpy, uneven and not even straight pink and white nails. What happened to the Ombré? What is this pink and white with glitter? Why do my nails look like they have lumps and they are super thick? I didn’t want to offend my boyfriend so I was polite but he paid $55 for this! It’s the thought that counts but these people need to be stopped. They are terrible.

I hate giving this place one star most of the technicians are decent but the shorter chubby lady is MEAN, RUDE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and DOES MESSY WORK! I needed two nails fixed and decided to just get a manicure but she decided I wasnt going to spend enough money and I wasnt worth her time and said they were closed it was 8:15 and they dont close til 9pm! She literally walked away while I was taking and started vacuuming. I waited there til another tech came to the counter to help me. It took 5 minutes her name is Vivian.

I came to the tri-cities for a church conference and I stopped by to get a full set. Hi-Tech Nails was by far the worst place Ive ever been to get my nails done. I understand prices are high depending on what type of nails/designs you get, however I got a basic full set and it was way overpriced for very mediocre work. Not only did the shaping look odd but the nail color changed within one day! It also wasnt the cleanliest place. I would highly recommend to go to another nail salon where they value your needs as a customer and where your money spent would be worth it.

DISGUSTING:Sister and I went in and got pedicures, fill, and mani.First off, we should have just paid for nail polish changes on our toes because our feet weren’t in the water longer than 5 min. Toe nails all different shapes and lengths...During my sisters manicure the tech cut her finger and proceeded to wipe instead of holding a paper towel to let the bleeding stop.. Then she grabs acetone and wipes her cut finger with the acetone cloth over and over again until she couldn’t stand it anymore. Couldn’t get the bleeding to stop, so she grabs super glue and touches the tip of the glue TO THE BLOOD and it got INSIDE the tube. 🤮 THEN, she didn’t throw it away.Then during my fill, the gentleman didn’t check length on any nail. And some are shaped wide, while others are shaped straight down. Tried to have him fix but he didn’t fix any of it.So annoyed! And disgusted by this business!

A bit of a high price for what they give. They also messed up my nail bed, and it is still chipping harshly to this day near the ends. Polish is pretty but basic. Their Holographic powder is 40+.

Worst nail salon ever. I certainly do not recommend poor customer service. As soon as I walked in they stared and started talking in their language and gave me bad stares, they were very rude in various ways, but mainly in their tone of voice. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable to get my nails done before.

I walked in with my fiancé & I was greeted so poorly. I was asked rudely what I wanted and after asking they just stared at me. I asked a simple question to the lady & she ignored me. The acrylics nails as well as the polish turned out very well, so I can really only complain about the customer service!

Fast service and my nails looked great.!! Stayed on me a whole month before they started falling off.! And the price was good, of course if you want something extra then they charge you more but thats how it works.!

Lilly is by far the best nail tech in the Kennewick. She is very fast and does a great job. Prices are reasonable. She stays busy so an appointment needs to be made.

Horrible service. I wish nail shop owners understood how disrespectful it is to speak in their language with each other and laugh, but dont engage with the customer. They acted as if they didnt even want me there. After my fill I cancelled my pedicure and went somewhere else. This is my self care and happy relax time, so dont ruin peoples experience with your bad manners!

Went here a couple months ago for a pedicure and they did an OK job. Today the lady was great. It was quick, my toes look good and my feet feel soft (Im not very picky, this place is convenient and there was a 30 minute to 1 hour wait... so they must be doing something right).

Very ghetto wouldn’t recommend. Went in for a full set last week, nails are uneven, too bulky for a coffin shape . My nails are already lifting !! First and last visit. I’m embarrassed to show off my nails !

Terrible service. So rude & give off an attitude when I needed something fixed with my nails, I highly do not recommend going here, my nails are left crooked and the lady yelled at me when I moved my hand because I thought i was done. Don’t attend this place unless you want to get screamed at and talked about.

No designs or color acrylic only gel. They spray paint the white tips . Poor effort on nail sculpting. Not recommended 😕

The service was okay but the staff was kinda rude. I asked for a lighter shade of the nail color I already had but the lady was like no its gonna be light once its on your nail and it was NOT now I have dark purple nails instead of having soft lavender

I went to take my fake nails off, it was so painful. They actually took some of my own nail off, it started bleeding, they started laughing. They’re so bad. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place.

Terrible customer service..low quality . Do not waste your money. They are rude and unfriendly. They snap and boss you around. Today I asked for a gem on the top corner of my thumbnail twice. . The lady forgot and in the end randomly placed it wherever she felt like it. The thing about this place is that they want to book as many customers as they can while they rush the job and they do terrible. . They missed a lot of spots on my moms nails. Rip off

Manicure was terrible....she barely filed my nails, took a break to make a telephone call, and barely spent time on manicure, worst manicure in my life!The pedicure, however, by another person, was excellent

If you want someone to gouge your nails deeply until you practically have none of your natural nail left, this is the place for you!!! They told me one price, after doing our nails they charged almost double what they said it would be. They did a horrible job. Were very rude. Rushed through the entire ordeal doing a crap job. I wouldnt go back here if it were the Last place on earth. CRAP!!!!

My wife went here today and was nearly in tears after the event. By-the-way, my wife used to do nails professionally for a living so she knows what shes talking about. First, they lied on the price they quoted her the night before. The guy who did the job was so inept that my wife was uncomfortable and nervous throughout the entire experience. To make his job easier, he trimmed all her nails rather than working with her existing nails, which were beautiful to begin with. Then, the guy actually hurt her by filing the nails up with harsh force. She said it felt like he was tearing her nails off. The guy also didnt clean her nails at all and did not shape them properly (she had to fix them herself later). The acrylic tips were also done incorrectly; gaps were left on all fingers and there were parts of the fingernail that had not product at all. Her nails were sharp and, as I mentioned before, she had to correct them herself later. Im a guy and even I could tell that the job was done very poorly. My wife was really upset!All this for $40 bucks (plus tax)! Total rip off! If my wife could give no stars or negative stars she would. LOUSY SERVICE AND QUALITY! They would NOT give her the price they advertised the night before, which is why she came to try the place out today to begin with. Of course, they didnt tell her this until after her nails were done... or should I say UN-done. THERE WILL BE NO REPEAT BUSINESS FROM MY WIFE!Steer clear of this horrible place and tell your friends to steer clear too! Grade FFF! Theyre also cash only... probably because they know people would complain to their banks on bad charges and get payments reversed. My co-worker says if you want your nails done right and at a fair price... GO TO WALMART.... SERIOUSLY!

Probably the worst pedicure Ive ever had. The water was cold, they exfoliated for less than 10 seconds, and I could have done a better paint job myself. Very disappointed and I wont go back.

I just got a gift certificate for this place for my bday. I hope they are better than 3 months ago. But if you think that Walmart is a good place to get your nails done then Im really scared to think what they are going to do to my nails. Walmart SUCKS hardcore. Worst nail place EVER and not sanitary. Ill be posting another review after I get my nails done here too. TONIGHT.
