I have never felt any sales pressure. Had a great purchasing and service experience from beginning to end. Our existing washer crapped out on us, needed a replacement PDQ. I contacted the Edina store and interacted with Chris Baker who knew his stuff. When going though the sales process I really appreciated that Chris wasnt pushing this or that on us. Listened to our needs and pointed out a few options he recommended. I did cross check everything with Consumer Reports and he was right on. What really sold us was when he was actually trying to sell us a less expensive model over the one we came in to purchase. The install team was great. Very polite, efficient, and was courteous of our house. Pricing was comparable to everyone else out there. Sales and install team was way better then anything we ever experienced. Went there to look for a dishwasher, we have to smaller size so it can be hard to find one. The person was very helpful. They also answered questions that I had about a brand that I didnt know about.
We have been without a refrigerator for 5 weeks since ours broke. My family and I are having to use my tiny college fridge. Warner Stellian has come to fix it 4 times and it still doesn’t work. They won’t give us a new one even though it’s under warranty.

First time using Warners stellian. They offer military discount and free delivery over a certain number. The customer service is top notch. They called a few days before you can also track where your package is at for delivery. They were right on time worked quick and were very professional and friendly. All of this while saving $500 from home depot prices. You cant get a better deal than that!
I purchased two through the wall A/C units. Finding just the right size for this old building was difficult. However, John, at the Edina store, knew exactly what was needed and did a great job. Im writing this review on a couple of different items. First, we bought a dishwasher there while in our previous house and once we moved, the new owner had some issues with it (it was purchased at the outlet). I sent them my receipt of purchase and they said that Warners covered the dishwasher with no issues and that the service was top notch.Second, in our new home, we recently remodeled our kitchen. We worked with a salesperson who was very knowledgeable and our kitchen would not be the same without him. After a lengthy discussion, we decided on the panel ready dishwasher and fridge and are VERY glad we did. Our kitchen would not look the same without it. Delivery, installation, communication have all been top-notch. I couldnt recommend a place more than Warners.

All went well. The only snag (I got transferred several times), when I called for ETA (item was back-ordered). Otherwise the delivery was prompt (even earlier than scheduled). The delivery personell were very-good!

Meh- I have had a really mediocre experience. I sort of wish I would have just ordered the product online from someone else instead of going through this store. The communication as I wait for the product to arrive and ship is subpar. I ordered 4-qty appliances and every item is being installed separately as they arrive (I realize that is just how things are these days). When I ordered I was given an estimate of 2 months. Its been over 5 months and Im still missing 2 of the 4 appliances ordered. They scheduled to deliver an item last week and never showed up or called. Guys didnt put shoe coverings on when delivering for either delivery made (their boots made viable dirt marks and a rug both times (not a huge deal wouldnt even mention it but its just that in addition to everything else). Just overall not a great experience wouldnt order here again.

Not happy at all. Summer 2020 I went in looking for a washer & dryer set. I had done my research online so I had an idea of the models I was considering... I just wanted to see them in person. I walked into the Edina location & Jonathan helped me out. I told him the model I found online & was considering... he brought me to it & the first thing I asked was is this washer big enough to wash a king size comforter? He told me YES & as a matter of fact he told me in could wash 2 QUEEN size comforters. I assumed this set should be able to wash my king NO PROBLEM then. The only reason why I wanted to upgrade was because I wanted to be able wash my king comforter in an emergency (I have kids & dogs). I just went to wash my comforter IT DOES NOT FIT! I’m livid & that’s the only reason why we bought this set & I verified with the sales person!!!! I should add my comforter is not unusually big... just a normal size. I purchased the LG model # WM3500CW

BUYER BEWARE. This is THE WORST customer service experience I have EVER had. We bought a new washer from this WS location two years ago. We started having problems ONE DAY after the one year warranty expired. WE had to pay $100 for a repair tech to look at it. Whatever he did was a band-aid fix. Here we are just TWO years after buying a brand new washer and we just had to pay another $100 for another tech to tell us the entire thing is shot. TWO YEARS. WS meanwhile, won’t do a thing about it. We were told this is why we should have bought the extended warranty. Apparently, WS doesn’t stand by its products. This is not a 5+ year old appliance that ran its course and died early. This is a TWO YEAR OLD washer. We bought from WS thinking we were supporting a local business and would get good customer service. Lesson learned. Never again.
Carlos was terrific! We explained that we needed zero-clearance fridge doors (so it doesnt get wider as they open), and he not only knew what he had that would work but knew the brand of our 20 year old one. Thats the kind of service you cant get just anywhere.

Warners Stellian is top notch. We have made a few purchases prior and had great service (compared to competitors). We purchased a new washer and dryer for our new house. After owning/running for 6 weeks, the washer started on fire (belt failed) and filled our entire floor with heavy smoke. Outside of the terrible situation of almost having the fire department come (never run a washer or dryer when not home), the customer service was out of this world. We called immediately, a service technician was sent same day and the washer was replaced 3 business days later. Everyone apologized and was professional. The entire team did the right thing and quickly with no prompting by us for a full and complete replacement free of charge.We had a very terrible and scary situation that was no ones fault and they dealt with it exactly how it should be handled. If we would have used a national chain, we would still be waiting for a service technician.

We had issues with the installation of our two new appliances yesterday, and I was feeling pretty disappointed with the whole experience, but I submitted an honest response to Warner Stellians how did we do email, and got a phone call this morning explaining the problems and how they could be resolved by them. Warner Stellian had another installer out by mid-morning today and now Im happy and the appliances work.Warner Stellians prices might be higher than some big box stores, but they also carry some great brands you wont find elsewhere, and its worth it to support a MINNESOTA based, family owned and run business.

Weve been impressed by all of the staff weve worked with at Warners Stellian. All but one of the six appliances we ordered has been delivered and installed in less than four weeks, even though we were cautioned that some of the items might take up to 8 weeks. The last appliance will be installed in two days. Any concerns have been handled quickly and carefully., We couldnt be happier with the service and the products.

Warners Stellian is always a great place to shop. Great selection and helpful staff make it a great place to purchase appliances. Just dont trust the estimate for delivery. We were told 4-6 weeks and it took 3 months and we are still waiting for certain appliances. Not Warners Stellian fault this is very common right now.

Well they have appliances and if you are willing to do your own research, pay on line and pick it up from the warehouse yourself you can buy one. But if you want a salesman to return a call... Good luck. Have to admit not sure why they bother with the stores. Even when we visited the store we could hardly get more than a minute of anyones time. I guess whatever was going on on the computer must have been important.

Knowledge staff really helped us understand out appliance options
Purchased a washer and dryer there in 2017. Caught the salesperson in his own lie as he was trying to sell us the product that we already knew we wanted. Fast forward 3 years later and we are trying to service our broken washing machine through them. The machine is under manufacturer warranty. It’s been 7 weeks with 4 service calls and we still don’t have an operating washing machine and are receiving little reassurance from WS that it will be fixed any time soon!

In mid-2016 we purchased a Bosch gas range from the Shakopee store after a surprisingly terse and unpleasant interaction with a sales person at the Apple Valley store. At the time of purchase we were offered a 10-year extended warranty that would cover ignitors for the oven and broiler. Although I almost never buy into extended warranties, these parts do tend to fail frequently and I was assured that the warranty would cover the parts and that there were no other strings attached. This is actually a third-party warranty provided by Associated Service Corporation of St. Louis, Missouri.In December of 2020 the oven ignitor failed, and I was eventually routed to the service department. Having replaced many of these previously on other products (they are an easy DIY replacement) I told them what I needed and offered to send the defective part back, but after 7 phone calls and more than a couple hours of wait time on the phone, Im now finding that there are strings attached to the warranty that were not mentioned at sale time and are not specifically stated in the terms.Neither Warners Stellian nor the insurer will supply the part without charging for installation, which sort of makes the free ignitor warranty look not so free. In these times of Covid wariness it seems more than a little tone-deaf to require in-home servicing when it clearly is not needed. This warranty has turned out to be like the the free oil change plans offered by some car dealers that only work if you get a $79.95 inspection.The written warranty from ASC indicates that labor is not covered as I knew, but it does not explicitly state that professional installation is a requirement for the warranty to be honored. Now new unwritten terms of this warranty, terms which of course were never made available to me at sale time, are being quoted to me as liability issues or corporate policy. I spoke with a repair supervisor Courtney C. on 1/15 and she absolutely dug in her heels indicating that neither the part would be made available to me without unnecessary in-home installation nor would the cost of the now-worthless warranty be refunded.Live and learn. Im pretty sure that Ill never buy an extended warranty again, no matter what the sales person (or for that matter the fine print on the back) claims that it will do. Nor will I buy anything from Warners Stellian again. I offered them two amicable options for resolution of this issue to maintain some good will, and both were bluntly refused.UPDATE: A month after receiving the followup response seen here from Warners Stellian Customer Care indicating that a refund for this misrepresented warranty had or would be issued, absolutely nothing has been received and no followup contact with me has ever occurred. If I chose to contact them again it would be the 8th call and on top of over 3 hours of call waiting time on this matter, and frankly I have given up. Sales and after-sales support at Warners Stellian appear to be two different entities, and for all the feel-good family-owned, customer-care ad portrayal you may find yourself (as I have) to be entirely on your own after the sale.I ended up buying the defective part myself (which my warranty clearly covered) for $30 and replacing it in about 15 minutes. I was getting the impression that this warranty repair would have cost a couple hundred through their service department, with a long wait and the completely unnecessary need to have exposure to a repair person in the house.Beware of any add-on warranties that require more expense than the warranty is worth in order to meet the unwritten terms and conditions at claim time.
Experience at store was great.I have a gas leak in the stove I got about 3 weeks ago. Have called twice today. No response. I guess a gas leak is no big deal.

Youd think if they say they will hold something for you during a pandemic they wouldnt sell it but unfortunately thats exactly what happened when I came into the store today, and was instantly treated like I shouldnt be there. Sales couldnt even give me a courtesy call to tell me it was sold. However, after reading the reviews of this place here, it actually looks like I dodged a major bullet not dealing with them, and I feel better that I didnt spend $1500 there. I wont be back!Youd think when you have companies like best buy or ABT you would treat your potential customers better. Obviously not at this place.
The two guys that did the install did a great job.
Our freezer was leaking on our wood floor and their tech insisted it was because of a shelf. I told him the shelf had been loose for years and the leak recent. He said if it didn’t fix it they would take care of it. 300 dollars later and it still leaks. I called and was told we start over, another service charge. I said what about the shelf I didn’t need, was charged for, and cost a fortune? They said “this is our standard operating procedure”. Guess that sums it up. Unethical and incompetent!

They provide hand sanitizer and gloves for use while I store. Unfortunately, there sales team proves a no contact approach to customers who are shopping in their store. There were multiple sales people talking amongst each other and at their computers. literally the only person we interacted with was the front desk staff who told us someone would be with us.Edit: after reading the managers response its clearly my fault for not scheduling an appointment in. I understand that if I had scheduled an appt then I would not have been completely ignored by sales team.

Bought a range oven from WS (a part of a $7k package) and experienced an error code in November. Two weeks later a technician came out to fix it and left without properly testing the unit. Turns out the oven was still broken, and after Google searching on our own, my husband and I uncovered the real problem. Two technicians had to came back out at two different times to fix what was actually wrong. Instead of refunding the part that was replaced that NEVER NEEDED TO BE replaced, they said we were responsible, even though it was their MISDIAGNOSIS. I didn’t care paying for the part and service of the actual problem, or even the service time for the first go round, But the fact that they refused to pay us back for the part that never needed to be replaced was incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, this conversation has been going back-and-forth for almost 3 months. I am shocked that they treat their customers this way, given the ticket price on these items. I will never return to this company and I will go out of my way to tell every friend and family member about how terrible this service experience has been. In the grand scheme of their business, the money they were unwilling to refund us is peanuts to what we could have spent there in the future.

I recently purchased a stove hood and washing machine. The installation guys were great. Friendly yet professional. Respectful of my house. There was a problem with the installation of the stove hood that was not their doing. I need a handyman to remove a lip on a cupboard. (Its an old non standard house.)They explained exactly what the problem was and reimbursed me. They went above and beyond with tips about how to match stain on the little spot that needs some shaving down and other tips.I couldnt be happier with the service.
Bought a microwave there. It broke within 5 days. Called and Warners stellian sales rep said oh yes those break all the time . If they know they break all the time why did the salesperson try to get me to buy this one over the one I was looking at?! Not trustworthy! Also I heard from a friend that the family who owns this company is greedy and not good people.
Horrible customer service! Called to get some assistance on a leak with a dishwasher we purchased from them. The lady could get off the phone fast enough with me. Told me I had to go out to a website. Complete a form and someone would back to me in 24 to 48 hrs. All I wanted was just a few general questions answered. I will not purchase again from them.
