Ive been going here for about 2 years now. Its my favorite place. Even before the pandemic, they always use a brand new set of tools on everyone. They do a fabulous job!

Both times I’ve gone there I made appointments. I have a newborn baby that I breastfeed so timing is very important. I have waited 30 min to be helped once I was there. A simple pedicure had me out of my house for over an hour. Today I waited 30 min then left to a different salon because it didn’t look like they’d be done anytime soon.

Nails looked like they need filled already less than 48hrs old super thick nails as well so they are too heavy for my nails

Van is amazing! The acrylic nails are never bulky and last forever. I get complimented on my nails all the time. The best part is the jewels. They never lift or cloud up. Love the attention to detail and consistency!

First time here for a pedi. I IMMEDIATELY messed up their work putting my shoes on and they stayed late and fixed it for me. Definitely pleased with them.

They did a great job on my gel manicure. Super relaxing. Not a long wait. Definitely will be back

Really enjoyed Demi and her great job on my new set. :) she quoted and broke down the pricing before she even got started which was very helpful and shes super fun to chat with. Highly recommend her.

Did a good job of taking my acrylics off gentle as possible and quick got a sinple mani and he did a great job!

I was a customer of theirs for 2 years. Always had a good job done on my nails but not impressed with the pedicures. They suddenly decided they won’t do regular acrylics now or regular polish. They said it’s because of Covid-19 but I honestly think they just don’t want to do them anymore. I was in there beginning of the month to get a fill & I wasn’t able to get polish. I am definitely NOT paying $15 extra for gel polish. It’s freaking ridiculous! I’m no longer going to be s customer of theirs because of their unwillingness to do my acrylics with regular polish anymore.

I’m not sure of my nail tech’s name, but she did amazing. During the pedicure she made sure the water was the perfect temp, she took her time getting all the dead skin out of my cuticle area on my big toes. I was surprised she was willing to spend that much time on it but so so so grateful because the build up of skin had become painful for me. She also did my acrylics and I’m picky with the shape and length, she kept checking in with me to see if I was satisfied . I had her adjust length and shape three times and she wasn’t even annoyed lol. I’m super happy with the experience.

Their work is fabulous! I just wouldnt even call if youre on a time crunch!

I went to get a gel full set ended up paying 70 dollars for a normal set nothing special other then coffin shape and just gel polish ! i was charged 20 for gel, 10 for length, 5 for shape & 35 for there service im guessing i was told i was going to get charge this much half way done she asks me if that was ok i mean what am i supposed to say no it’s not ok almost half way done? I can’t complain the lady did take her time super nice too but i will not be going back this is too over priced for something super simple and no they did not write the prices down for me before they started if i would have known i wouldn’t have stayed !

THEY ARE AMAZING! Their such great people. Very funny. The pricing is so good and very affordable for what you get. I’m absolutely obsessed with my nails! Thank you so much diva nails I’m so coming back. And the stations are very clean and they are very gentle too.

I came here for my daughters 8th birthday and wanted to get mani pedi’s for both of us. The nail artist kept trying to upsell gel nails but we weren’t interested- but when told we weren’t interested in the gel they turned cold. My 8 year old was told she can’t get gems on her toes because they only stick to gel polish, which I know isn’t true. Then they gave her the entire wrong color. And to top it off when it came time to do our mani’s we were told they can’t do regular manicures, they only offer gel manicures. I’ve only gotten manicures and pedicures here regularly for the last 5 years... so not sure why they refused to do regular manicures. It was a very big disappointment for myself and the birthday girl. We’ll be finding a new salon, unfortunately.

The people here are amazing. They make sure your nails looks great and fixes it to make sure you dont leave with disappointment. I got a medi and pedi, I would definitely go back

I cant stand people touching my feet but here I almost fall asleep. They take their time. Ensure you get the best experience. Clean. Friendly. Van the manager is friendly and takes time to talk to the customers.

This has always been my go-to place do not leave disappointed very friendly very professional and everyone speaks English so you can get your point across to get your nails exactly how you want them on point

Took my Sister and I in for a pedicure ($35) Demi did a really good job on hers and she was a super professional and sweet However the lady who did mine Didn’t really care to Give me a good polish and they were clumpy and not all the way polished I’m not the type to complain but I paid $35 for my toes.. so I called back and asked to have them repainted and I did but I don’t think I will ever come back unless I request Demi. Or the owner herself

Came here just for fun. Highly recommend. All the tools were new and clean, all cam sin individual packages. They were attentive on the water temperature. Definitely going back!

I got a great pedicure. They are gentle when taking care of your nails. The salon is very clean. They offer drinks there and have a variety of spa products available too. Great selection of colors. Friendly service. I will go back to them again.

I took my mother in and they were very gentle with her. They have many levels of options going from basic to wine pedicures. English speaking the whole time while providing excellent service! Definitely gained new regular clients.

Love the attentiveness and pride they take in acrylic nails!! Ive only been to a few shops that take this much care and time in providing the best experience and nails to their customers. The atmosphere is wonderful and their English is perfect. They are experts at their craft.

Love the salon. The people are friendly, speak English and inform customers of prices before application. Atmosphere is relaxing, employees will visit if you do or let customers rest quietly and enjoy. Compared to other salons Ive visited this one is by far and away the best.

Best place in the Tri-Cities and Ive been looking for years. Clean, friendly and comfortable atmosphere with many techs to insure fast service. Love themUPDATE... . DONT GO HERE!!!! Unfortunately once They got a customer base their quality, prices and service have changed drastically. I will NEVER return here again.

Demi was amazing. Prices not so much. 10 dollars for extensions? The box of nails itself is 8.99. Never have i been charged for tips.They charged for every little thing ..so ..much.. charging. My nails ended up being upwards of 70 bucks for dip. Never paid more then 55. Plus the frustration level one lady had with my mom was not very professional. Hard when you find a good nail artist like demi but the owner of salon and prices dont wanna bring you back. The hunt continues.

Honestly I loved this place until today. I removed one of my own nails because of lifting and found that my nail was green. I have never dealt with this sort of thing before so I went in to Diva and said I had a problem and this is where I always come. The lady instantly said I did not come there cause if I was one of their customers this wouldnt have happened. She sat and argued with me until I finally left. All I wanted was for them to remove the rest of my nails and help me figure out a solution. I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR REFER ANYONE THERE AGAIN!

It smells sooo good as soon as you open the door! So nice and clean. Beautiful chandeliers &peaceful music. The ladies were so polite and gentle &very attentive. I loved my whole experience there. Will definitely be going back and recommending to my friends and family.

Ive been here multiple times and enjoyed it OK. However, the last couple times Ive gone, the service has gotten Impolite. Every single time I have gone, Ive brought someone with me, giving THEM more business and money. This time I went and got no lotion after or cuticle oil, and when I was paying the guy wouldnt even speak to me. This is really unfortunate since Ive gone since they opened. This is minor, but Ive gone so many times and theyve never bothered to learn my name when they learn so many other peoples. Customer service is important when running a business and this makes me quite upset. I wont be returning.

I liked how attentive 2 of the ladies there were👯 but besides that, WORST experience Ive ever had ⚠️ for the sole fact that when I removed my nails bc they were overdue .. my nails are down to the nubs 😰 & they hurt so bad. I wanted to go back to the guy that did them & ask for a refund but thats not how it works 🚫, really regret letting that guy work on my nails 😡, he filed my original nail way too thin, Im very UPSET . Now that my acrylics are off I have what looks like a piece of wax paper as my nails. Guess Ill have to let them grow out before I can go get another set somewhere else. Thanks.

I enjoyed my manicure and the lady that provide the service was really nice... Very clean and looked like they had a lot of selection of gel colors... Wish they had a gel top coat for over regular nail polish but it was a great experience... Ill be going back!

Ive had some medical issues & havent been able to get to a nail technician. I was driving by & stopped in. The music was relaxing. I had a shellac pedicure & a full set put on. Everyone was very nice & understanding regarding my medical issues. Arthritis makes my fingers & toes stiff & hard to work with. Im glad I decided to stop there. Gina & Van were professionals.

Wanted to try somewhere new since I hadn’t had my nails done in a while. First impression was it was a nice place, clean, quiet and not busy. I get asked what shape I want my nails, I let the tech know but she argues with me telling me that’s not what the shape is called. She did not shape my nails how I asked, when I asked her to please shape them the way I asked she told me it would be an extra charge. My nails look terrible, one day later, I have air bubbles on the edges, it look like I already need a fill after only 24 hours. I would not recommend this place. Save your money and go somewhere else. I did not go back to say anything because it was the manager who did my nails, I don’t think she will admit to doing a bad job.

Tried a new place because mine was booked up, staff was decent, trying for an upgraded pedicure sale rather than doing a good job on the one they were doing. Easy to get into, that should have been my clue. Also TV was on Vietnamese TV, which was good for employees not for me though.

A very comfortable environment! Everyone there was welcoming and sweet. Definitely my go to nail salon, now.

Go There For All My Claw & Paw Needs! I Love It, They Do A Wonderful Job, Clean, Clean, Clean!

Highly recommended since I was visiting from out of town and was in need of a pedicure. When I first arrived they were busy (all chairs full) and suggested I come back in 1 hour. Awesome clear communication and did return. They sat me down feet soaking and I started reading a magazine. 25 mintues later feet still soaking and no one working on me with no communication to when I would be serviced. I spoke up and finally someone came and said that the person would be with me in a few mintues when he would be done with the other client he was working on. It would have nice if they communicated earlier. Mind you when I entered in the business the area for the pedicure had two people being worked on. The service on my feet was good but the communication was poor and wait time was long. As I was drying I over heard an exchange with some other clients that were drying there nails. They accidentally charged one of the clients who said she would pay for self and one other friend. They ended up charging her for 3 other friends plus her service and the one she offered to pay for. The owners solution was to have her friends pay her back. It just confirmed lack of communication.

My toes are uneven and not the same length even though they were very long when I came in. She repeatedly massaged the top of my foot instead of the bottom. I could not communicate with her because she spoke such poor English. This salon offer complimentary beer/wine for services over $30 but it was not offered.

Staff was very friendly, they did a great job!! Would definitely recommend and cant wait to return, worth the drive from Moses lake.

This was my first thing coming here and I was hoping that they wouldn’t mess my acrylics up, I asked for short coffin acrylic. She cut them way to short and they weren’t even coffin shaped!! Besides that the lady was nice.

What can I say about this place. Went in at 11:30am for a mani pedi...came out at 1:30pm! ....gel polish is peeling already..my nails are lumpy where they werent filed or smoothed or whatever they do. They didnt put enough coats of polish on so they look see thru on some areas. I left with a migraine on telling them they needed to fix it and they didnt understand or didnt WANT to understand. Go if its your last resort and if you have 2 hrs to spare...

My experience was awful. Waited for people that had appointments, water was cold. The man I got did horrible with cutting my nails. Then they lost the color i picked out. So I was just done. Said I would pay for the lil he did. He charged me 20 for nothing. Will not go back.

I gave them 3 chances. I like the atmosphere in there and its a nice place to go. I always make appointments for my nails to be done. 1st time I waited 30 minutes. 2nd time 40 minutes. Last night I left after 20 minutes because they are just not worth it. Soooooooo many nail salons around. They had 3 chances. Im done!!

I used to like it here, NOT ANYMORE. They are wayyyy to over priced. $40 for the cheapest pedicure ( PLUS $5 more for callus removal) which by the way I never got any type of callus removal!! So for a $25 pedi and gel it was a total of $40, OUT RIGHT FRAUDING customers, DO NOT GO HERE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. I might as well go on amazon and order my own pedicure kit for this price I’d have to pay every 2 weeks if I came here. And they don’t even use nice lotion on you, they stopped using sugar scrubs I was told...?!?? Okkkkkk!? all he did was trim my nails half a** rub my feet for a solid 2 min and paint them I was in and out within 10 min, that’s not right for $40. Also they are rude and unprofessional, will NOT be returning. Back on the hunt for a new salon. * update: their“Owner” as terrible customer service and is extremely rude. My aunt and I made appointments, got there early & they had us wait 30 minutes after the appointment time!! I asked for COFFIN shaped nails and got squared. Theres no point in making an appointment if they will just ignore that. One of the workers was rude to my aunt too! So disappointed..!!

She did a beautiful job and asked me through out the service what and how I wanted my nails done, very happy 😊 after 3 salon disappointments, I found my new home for nails
