The place looks nice and cleanliness is great however I was disappointed with my first experience. I was a bridesmaid and wanted an acrylic full set for the wedding. Julie worked on my nails I asked for matte finish but she gave me gloss instead, I reminded her I wanted matte so she then adds the matte coat over the gloss coat. The very next day the matte coat was chipping off on every nail so I went back in showed Julie what was happening she then filed down the rest of the matte that was still on my nail, still leaving the gloss coat and added more matte coating over the gloss again. The wedding was in two days after I went back to have my nails “fixed” the day of the wedding you could see my nails were chipping again. 4 days after my nails were “fixed” I called the salon, spoke to a guy and explained how my nails were chipping and it has not been a week and he told me to go in the next day at 5:15pm so he could fix my nails. I do as he says and show up the next day at 5:15pm. After 30 minutes of waiting Julie approaches me and asks me what did I need and I told her I spoke with a guy about my nails and he told me he would fix my nails that day, she then says okay they will help me and walks away. Another 20 minutes go by (waited almost an hour) and finally the other lady that’s there comes up to me and has me explain what’s going on with my nails, she tells Julie about why I’m there and Julie says “oh no you will have to pay again, it’s been more than 4 days” and walks away leaving me talking to myself.. the other lady seemed to be more sympathetic so she offered to fix my nails since she understood that Julie was in the wrong because she messed up my nails by adding gloss when I asked for matte, she knew that Julie “fixed” my nails the first time and now I’m back with the same problem and it hasn’t been a full week. I’m sorry but $65 was not worth me having to go back twice for a mistake that was not my fault. I was trying to have a good attitude about it but Julie was just simply rude, it is my understanding she is also the owner… I feel like as the owner she should have known what was going to happen the minute she decided to add matte over gloss..*photos are from the very next day I got them fixed the SECOND time, 6 days after I got them done originally..

Im literally getting my pedicure right now after my manicure and I am just so impressed by the level of detail they pay attention to and the effort put it. I have been trying to find a place to go and this for sure is my go to. Great scents, huge choice of colors, and the nail artist really cares about doing a good job. They fixed a problem without even me needing to ask. They checked to make sure I liked the nail shape and the nail color before moving on. Cant wait to come back. Becky did my pedicure and she was just phenomenal. She took care of me and went above and beyond and was checking if it was good and let me tell you she was just amazing. Highly recommend. Ask for Becky (she used to work at Paradise nails by Joanns if youre looking for her!)

Today, me and a friend got our almond shaped nails done here!.It was my first time in and the service was great!. Fast, friendly and also the salon is very clean.It was also very calm.I got gel nails for the first time as I wanted to try it instead of acrylic and I love the results!I will be coming back dFor sure 😄💜

I dont get my nails done often and probably wont for awhile after trying here.I went in around 1030am for a regular manicure and my friend was getting a full set. After waiting nearly an hour (perfectly fine, gave us time to catch up) a male tech brought me to a station. Without asking one question he took my hands and cut my nails all down super short and proceeded to Dremel them for acrilics. I told him I didnt want acrilics just a manicure and he repeatidly told me my nails were so short... Because he just cut them off. He then goes onto dip nails without even filing or shaping them. I ended up walking out with nails so short my finger tips hurt, the wrong color, dirt still under my nails and spent $55 for crooked nails and slapped on color.I went back in after looking at them in the car to see what they could do. The woman who claimed to be the manager proceeded to tell me it was my fault for the misunderstanding as my friend was getting a full set. I never once asked for a full set. The tech came over and shoved the color samples in my face insisting I picked a dip color (which I was handed so I just picked a color). I asked if this was their normal quality manicure bc I was blown away by how rude they were and they informed me a manicure is not included with dip. Which again, I only ever asked for a manicure. When I asked for a refund she offered me a gift card for less than half what I had just paid. She only offered to put $25 back on my card when I started to tear up out of frustration at the whole situation.Pictures of are my nails minutes after leaving the salon, you can see the color is very uneven across the nail and the tips arent fully covered. I wouldnt recommend this pace to anyone.

I did a walk in with them and I only had to wait 30 minutes. They were surprisingly fast and the quality work was great! I have to get shorter nails for my job (I don’t like them short) but they made them look good. The picture is them after 2 weeks (forgot to take a pic). Will be going back.

The woman who did my pedicure is amazing. She’s thorough and I felt she went above and beyond. Her leg massage practically put me to sleep which I’m thankful for since I’m on my feet most of the time. Relaxing and excellent service will definitely recommend!

Love this place. I dread going to a nail salon because usually they make my cuticles bleed and my hands are sore afterwards. But this place, they were gentle. Will be coming back.

I went to this place and was very impressed. The staff is welcoming, polite, they did a fabulous job on my nails, and even spent extra time on my gross feet. Julie did my full set, and did a fantastic job. I ended up tipping $50 on a $130 bill because I was so happy with my experience.

I went to get a pedicure solely based on the previous reviews. It did not live up to the hype whatsoever. My pedicure was just okay. My cuticles were never trimmed and the whole experience was very lackluster. It wasnt great but it wasnt horrible and based on the price it should have been wonderful.

Atmosphere, cleanliness, and staff is 5 stars for sure.I got a mani and pedi (both French with black tips) and the pedi came out okay (a little too thick of a tip for my taste but w/e) and it looks even. The manicure left SO much to be desired. The lines are not even throughout, some are crooked, and one of them you can tell is just sort of sloppy. They didnt clarify what shape I wanted and as such filed it into just a really weird hybrid of square and round? I asked if they could round it off and its still a shape that I cant define.Im really sad it didnt come out how I wanted because I really wanted to like this place.

Always do great pedicures and plenty of colors to choose from. Massaging part of pedicure is always great, cleaning part could be a little better. Overall great service

I really did enjoy our experience. The place is clean and well lit, very pretty. When we checked in, we both picked the basic pedicure for $30. We both asked for gel polish, which I knew would be extra. They brought over a basket of different smell packages for the water and told us to pick one, which we did. When we went to finish, I expected it to be 60-80 dollars total (because we had gotten gel), and then she said it would be $120! She said that because we had picked a scrub, we had gotten the deluxe pedicure for $50 each. I told her we did not want that, we even signed in on an iPad with the basic one.. Ridiculous. Such a shady practice.

I made a appt for a manicure and to get tips and gel paints the manicure was great and the guy was really gentle but he started painting my nails without putting the tips on and my mom got a fill and hel paint the total cost was $78.98 not coming back here again

Very clean and good at pedicures. She was able to get both my hang nails in my big toes without pain!

Pedicure was done very bad, it was rushed and the person who painted my nails didn’t paint them right. I had nail polish on my skin and they looked sloppy. A pedi and dip powder nails was $80 and it was a very poor job for the price.

I got a full set and the service was great. The guy that did my nails was very gentle and he did a good job. The nails were a little pricey but WORTH IT.

They opened back up due to COVID and took all the necessary steps to ensure the safety and health of their customers (they require a mask, sanitize your hands and get your temperature taken). I paid for a pedicure and was not disappointed. Both my friend and I had about 30+ minute pedicure, focused on exfoliating and massaging our feet. I have never had such a thorough pedicure! It’s worth every dime and will be returning.

The guy who did my nails was the husband of the woman who did my aunts nails (shes the owner of this spa I think), and he was thorough and fast with his work! Im impressed. I was helped right away, called 1.5 hours ahead and mad an appointment at noon.being that the store opened recently. They did an impeccable job. Super clean and neat job.I also got a small gift card, I’m assuming it was because not much time has go e by since it had its grand opening.I love it! Definitely going again.

I have been here before and had the females workers do my nails. They have done an amazing job. This is why I decided to come back. However, this time I had a gentleman work on my nails and the quality of work was subpar. I spent 124 dollars on my nails and was not pleased with the work. The shop is clean. If you do decide to get your nails done, I would recommend asking for the females to do your nails.
