Everyone here is friendly and create a warm, relaxing environment!I actually followed Sandy here from another shop. She always has cute ideas for my nails and I LOVE how she does dip! She always takes her time and makes sure that Im happy with the end result. Shes also a doll and makes time to fix my nails if/when I mess them up!

I love coming here to get my nails done! Sandy really cares about the health of my nails and does all she can to get them looking great. She’s very talented! Every time I walk in I am greeted and feel welcome being there. They have so many designs and colors to choose from, I feel like the possibilities are endless. The business itself is always clean and organized. Amy is running a great salon!

I have tried to give this place multiple chances, went here for about 6 months. During the job, the tech kept reassuring me that the nails would look better from far away. She also said the discoloration was from my natural nail. I told her I didn’t like them while she was doing them, and asked if I could come back later to get them changed. She said no, said it would be too hard on my nails and to come back in 1-3 weeks. I asked for a refund because they do not look good at all (not clean, very thick dip powder, sloppy filing), and they refused. Super unhappy with this service. I ended up going to a different salon the same day to get my nails fixed.

Wanted a specific shape. Completely ignored it and did a shape that I did not like at all. I did not want to be rude and allowed it. Sharing that it like my natural nail and that it’ll look good. But I am not satisfied at all and makes me feel insecure. I do not recommend.

Amy and Nina helped my mom and I out this morning and the service was awesome. Nina gave extra info on how to care for dry cuticles and more. Definitely going back!

I came in about an hour before the store closed on a Saturday. The staff was friendly, there was no wait, and I liked their large selection of colors to choose from. I knew pretty much as soon as my dip manicure was done that I was not satisfied. There was a lot of dip powder and clear coat under each nail that basically glued my fingertips to my nails. I overlooked this and used a warm water to loosen things up.Fast forward to today (Saturday I had them done, today is the Thursday after)—a corner of the dip polish got caught on my shirt and chipped off. I have never had dip chip ever, let alone a huge chunk.The people were nice, the price was good, but I just wouldn’t do it again.

The employees were super nice but my nails didnt come out as wanted, they were a bit messy and not like the picture, but theyre ok

Top few coats of dip peeled less than one week after I got it done. I went in to get it fixed which they did, and again, less than one more week after the fix it peeled again! I have never had this happen with dip before. Won’t be returning.

I absolutely love VIP nails! I got acrylic gel for the first time and they were so patient with my questions! I have gone to VIP nails for the past four years for all of my gel manicures and special occasions and even bring my friends there! All the staff are extremely nice and one of my favorite technicians is Amy!

I just had a pedicure and a manicure today. It was absolutely wonderful! The Pearl Pedicure was well worth it! My legs and toes are so soft and smooth now. The shop is very clean and the staff was very friendly. They are seasoned professionals and took their time with us. It is the best shop that I have been to in a very long time.

Unprofessional and I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I went to do pedicure, the person who did the pedicure to me did not speak the English language at all. I explained to her what I wanted basic pedicure and she said ok, but soon as she cut my nails, I was not satisfied. I tried and explained to her, she did not even want to see the mistake I asked another employee next to us explaining to her what I wanted, but she continued to work and did not even try to correct it. She was a little arrogant when I saw she didn’t want to correct her mistake, I just went out, even paid $ 25 for half of her job. Whatever I say, no answer, not understand. They are not a responsible and arrogant place with a lot of non-professional workers. Stay away from this place. You do not have to deal with that customer service. It is too many places around that you can have professional service, what do you supposed to get for money that you paid. 🤮😡😡😡😡

The people are very nice, and did a great job on my nails! The nails last a long time, and look beautiful! They are very nice, and have low prices, considering the quality of the nails. Just started getting my nails done here, and wont go anywhere else . Love it

Sent my girl for first time customer service. Sign very misleading $15 gel nails means just gel application - no manicure. Also got pedicure, baby toe nail wasn’t even polished. Lots of add on fees shared AFTER the fact with no rhyme or reason. Spend your money elsewhere. Plenty of notable salons that will provide better service and prices.

They are over priced. It is unsanitary for them to use the same pumice stone on everyone. They should get the disposable stone. The cheese grater they use should be against the law. I did not allow them to use it on me. Oh, and the messed up my sisters eyebrows. She has thick eyebrows, there is no way they should have looked worst than they were before she had them arched. My mom got the S&S on her nails for $35. When she got home and looked down at her hands there was a big chip missing. We did go back and they fixed her nail but come on now...it should have been done right the first time! I always say you get what you pay for but in this case I think they owe us some change.

Went in for a pedicure waited for about 10 min which was understandable since they were a tad busy. When I got to the pedicure chair my water was freezing cold and the lady turned it to hot and burned my foot a little. I got just a basic pedicure and I honestly think I couldve done it better. My toes look alright but Ive definitely had better.

Ive been coming to this salon for about three months. Always clean and prices are some of the best in the area. Ive had a great experience every time, every person that has worked with me has been very nice and always asks if theres anything they can get for me to drink and work to make sure the environment is relaxing. My nails always look neat and nice, exactly what I ask for.

I have been coming here for a couple of years. They are my extended family. Professional and courteous. Has there been chipped polish? Of course. Its an art. Youre not done here till your satisfied.

I asked to have a design put on my nails, after 2 1/2 hours and her trying to use super glue to add silver tape to the design, which was not the same on each hand as it was supposed to be, I had her quit. She covered the failed attempt with 2 MORE coats of gel polish. She then charged me for both the gel polish and the design that she could not do.

Edit: I gave this 3 stars because of how the nail technicians have acted the 3 times I have been in there. To begin with, the quality of the work has been great but the customer service is a little lacking. Every time it has been the same experience. I walk in and explain what I would like and a technician will sit me at her station. We will just be getting started with doing my nails when a customer the technician knows will walk in. The technician will stop doing my nails and walk over to the other customer to chat. After a couple minutes of talking the tech will come back to me and explain that she can no longer do my nails. I will then get moved to a different seat where I have to wait for another technician to finish what he/she is doing so they can come finish my nails. One time, ok I get that sometimes things happen and people have their regular customers. Its frustrating but it is what it is. Twice? Still frustrating but ok. Three times though? Now we have a trend. Favorite customers are made a priority and everyone else gets bounced around. I understand wanting to make your regulars feel special but how are you going to create new regulars if you treat them like they are unimportant?

Nice lady that did my nails but it looked like a 5 year old had painted my nails. I came home & took it off. Some parts of my toenails had no polish where others had it globbed on. Plus I had to pay $3 for what was considered a special color. Ive had the same color at other salons and wasnt charged extra. Needless to say, I wont be going back.

Got a pedicure and the next day the paint was chipped. The day after that, half of my big toes polish peeled off. Looked fine at first, terrible quality. Im not paying $40 to have my nails last 24 hours or less. Ridiculous.

Very disappointed with my pedicure. My toes hurt and the polish is VERY sloppy. The nails are all different lengths and it feels like my heels are rougher than when I went in. Even my husband noticed it looked bad. Called and they are going to repolish- but I really dont have time to return. Very disappointed

They are very RUDE. Overcharge for bad service. I had my nails done with Gel and the nail polish chip, because the guy that did them filed my nails after he had painted them and already had them under the light. They will never see my money again.

I had the best experience here, they wait wasnt long, and my nails look really good. They were really nice as well.

The entire staff is unorganized. The greeter who was unaware of the schedule, advised me to wait 15mins for both a pedi/mani. I did. No issues. I was told that I’d get my toes done first and then my hands afterwards. After about 15mins, I was escorted to my pedicure station and was told after waiting 5min that I had to get up from my station with my feet already in the water for about 4-5mins. I was advised that I’d get my manicure first instead due to an appointment that was made prior to my arriving (they forgot they booked it). So I was detrimentally inconvenienced by all of it and I left. At least I was able to soak my feet in a chair that lacked a massage system in it. What a first world problem, huh? Lol... I won’t be back; nevertheless. Management needs to work on their scheduling and the guy at the front desk needs to communicate with the nail techs. Good day folks🧘🏽‍♀️

I went in a Sunday and got a full set of acrylic gel nails in the coffin shape. By Thursday 3 of them had come off. I went to the shop and they were kind enough to re-do them. But the second time they did them the nail was entirely too thick and square shaped. I paid 45 dollars and both sets that they gave me werent near the qulity that I expected to get given the price I paid

Used to love this place. Always did a good job on my shellac manicure, but I was just informed that my fiance went in to get me a gift certificate for a mani pedi for my birthday and he waited around for about 30 minutes and no one said a word to him while they took other customers back. Race shouldnt matter but hes of color and I can promise you thats the case because he and I both have had pedis there together. But since he was in there alone...there was no service. I will not go back, Im completely disappointed in my own race when it comes to this.
