I use to come here to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted as well as eyelash tint. Idk what they did but My eyelashes are still damaged from like 2-3 years ago, ever since they did my eyelashes they have never been the same. I also do not know what they use for eyelash and eyebrow tinting all I know is my eyebrows and eyelashes have never been the same and when I asked to take a picture of the product she was very rude and told me no. I also have brought in a latee and they have told me to finish it outside. And lastly the thing that made me most upset is they would constantly giving dirty looks and I strongly feel like they were talking about customers behind their back’s and saying rude things. it was OK go in there for a few months but after a couple years I just got tired of them treating me terribly and damaging my eyebrows and eyelashes more than just the customer service skills they really need to work on they judge you instantly and they are just not very nice. When you ask them to maybe touch up the part that they missed they are incredibly rude and then they will say something to their coworker talking about the customer. I literally used to come in there and they would be treating all the other people completely differently than how they would treat me idk why but they Definitely choose who to give their customer service to. But I’ll still give two stars because it was okay at first.

Don’t go to the new young girl. Told her to not take much off my brows and she made them so skinny 😭. Will have to grow them out for months. The other girls are good and I’ll just ask for them next time. Once I have brows to get done. So sad!!

My first time visiting, the staff was super friendly and service was excellent. she knew exactly what I needed and I was in and out quickly. I love the finished look . me in my penciled brows in the stripes and me with my threaded and tinted brown

I rarely leave reviews, but I thought given my experience, this place deserved one.I have really short hair and thick out of control eyebrows. I got tired of going to the same place for cut, color, and wax.I got my eyebrows threaded, my hair cut, and highlights for under 75 dollars which is cheaper than the salon I normally go to. The woman who did my hair was very gentle, very friendly, and kept asking me if I liked my hair after every snip, and kept up with conversation. No akward silence. She missed a few spots, but corrected it just how I wanted it without any complaints. I was able to walk in, get what I wanted done, and was out in less than 2hrs. The environment was very clean, comfortable, and homely. I enjoyed my experience trying some place new. I will definitely return. Thank you Infinity Salon. Money well spent.

I have been going to Infinity Salon for over 3 years to get my hair colored and cut regularly. Highly satisfied with every visit. Knowledgeable stylists and very friendly service are a few perks amongst a list of things. I also go here to get my makeup and hair do’s done for events and gets a lot of compliments at the events I attend. Already two of my gym friends have started going to the Salon and they are highly satisfied and now regular customers at the Salon as well..

This was my first time getting my eye brows threaded. She (the owner) was very quick and the finished product was impeccable. I got my brows threaded, tinted and my hair cut in 20 minutes. The price was great too. I will be seeing her for my eye brows and hair again. Thank you 🙏🏼

So happy that I found this place! The owners are so sweet and kind. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere with great customer service. Ill be back for sure for my eyebrows! I was happy to find out that they do cut and colors as well.

I came here because most of my friends recommended it. The employees were kind, quick and the services are cheap! Which I liked.I got my brows tinted for the first time and had an allergic reaction. I noticed they use the same brush to apply the tint with everyone that’s getting their brows done...really unsanitary. My eyebrows and lids are now swollen — almost shut. I suggest they should do an allergy patch test on customers just to make sure it’s safe for everyone. And not use the same brush to apply the tint on literally every customer rotating in and out those chairs...but I like the way my brows turned out after getting them threaded, but I don’t think I will ever get them tinted again.

New to Greater Seattle area. Great experience at Infinity Salon! I got my eyebrows and upper lid threaded on a Wednesday at 430pm. No wait, fast service, no pain. Salon is clean and people are friendly! You cant be the price - $6 for both or $3 each. This is going to be my regular place!

This hair salon is absalutely great i love it. They were both very friendly and tried very hard to give me exactally what i wanted and i love my hair. I also got my eyebrows threaded and they were very good. This is gonna be my new regular place. Very happy
