I cannot say enough about how amazing my experience was at Creative Nails! I want to scream it from a mountain top. I came in with a photo example of dip nails that are white but still sheer. They didn’t have the color but Tina went out of her way and spent the time making it herself. I am in love! Not to mention the gel pedicure I received- I haven’t been to another salon that was so thorough. Nothing felt rushed and to top it off, the employees are so personable and I could tell immediately they create regulars and friends on a daily basis. Did a very great job on my nails. They actually made this color for me! It turned out great! We are in town from stl and needed our nails done we googled and looked at reviews and decided on this one! We didnt realize they were appointment only but they made accommodations for my sister and I. They definitely took their time with us and it showed in their work! Friendly Atmosphere! The owner I believe her name is Tina is hilarious she cracked jokes the while time we were there! Since they fit us in we did sit for a good minute before they were able to get my sister in! But she loved her nails and didnt mind the wait!

I got a pedicure and dip manicure with Tina. She is hilarious and amazing!! She does a FANTASTIC job and is so so talented. I didnt have to wait at all (which is so different from all of my other nail salon experiences) and they have every color you could ever want! Tina knows her stuff and will make sure you walk out of there with gorgeous nails. Their nail art is awesome. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Found Creative Nails randomly online on a Friday night because I desperately needed my nails done Saturday morning. I was able to make an appointment online and cross my fingers it was at least an ok place. Tina was my nail tech. She did exactly what I wanted with no hesitation, she was so kind and funny and nice. She did an awesome job on my nails and even added cute little black diamonds. Price was fair too! They have a lot of different services to choose from. This is a gel manicure on natural nails. Would absolutely go back! Heads up they didn’t take cards so bring cash, or phone app payments like Venmo or CashApp.

Really fun and inviting place! Exactly what we were looking for. We felt very comfortable and everyone was really friendly and conversational, they also had complimentary drinks. They worked together like a team when we were there so that the wait times were less. My friend and I both got pedicures. It felt clean and well kept also. I really enjoyed the family business atmosphere, would probably visit again when Im in town again.

My daughters and I have been getting services for a long time. The ladies always do an excellent job on our nails and my eyebrows. I consistently get compliments. Everyone was so friendly and amazing. We clicked as soon as my friends and I walked into the salon. They did a phenomenal job on my pedicure and my friends manicure. Everything was very professional and the massages are worth it. They actually take their time with you and massage thoroughly. Definitely 10/10 would recommend and come again.

I was having a bit of a rough day at work so decided to treat myself. I’m not from the area so don’t really know of any nail places nearby but so glad I ran across this one! I only had to wait 15 minutes max but they still gave me $5 off for the wait (which I didn’t mind since it was very clean and the ladies were very friendly). My mom has known Tina for 14 years and I started going to her as well in high school. Her and her sister always takes care of us so well! My mom has been disable for the past 5 years and Tina has always accommodated her so well and can still do a perfect French on her shaky hands!We went 9 mo without seeing Tina when she moved locations and my moms big toenails started growing weird. It looked like a huge acrylic nail on it. We will never go that long without seeing her. She is our lady! And she does so good with kids, too. My 7 year old daughter loves them! My son sat with us for 2 hours, watching tv and didnt complain once.

3 of us visited prior to my daughter’s wedding and Tina treated us like royalty! We laughed, listened to great stories and most importantly our manis and pedis were spectacular! Thanks so much for the wonderful service!

With this being a local place with friendly employees, I really want to give it a 5 star review, but cannot. The nail bench was so dirty, covered with powders, clippings, and chemical residue. I was the womans first client of the day, and she began by clipping her own nails, as they were dirty from gardening, she explained. She let the clippings fall on the bench, floor, and even myself then began my set without cleaning up even her own clippings. 🤢 I am shocked I didnt get a fungal infection from having my hands on her bench for half an hour.... The nails looked great, but the minimal, almost non-existent nail prep lead to them lifing and looking bad at a week of growth. Will not be going back or trying to save the mani with a fill.

Finding a good nail salon in a new place can be hard. Creative Nails is the first nail salon Ive visited since moving to KC, and Im not taking a chance at looking for another one. Their recommendations for care between appointments were spot on. Their working around my budget was a kind gesture. Glad I made this my first stop.

I visited the midtown location overall the nails I got are good. They are a little sharp and the paint is see though and off in some places. And a couple nails are filed crooked. Overall they are okay.

Ms.Tina took care of my daughter and I and, she will take care of you too! My 4yr old had her 1st pedicure of many to come now that I found Creative Nails. Now I dont have to break my back trying to get my feet feeling like my babys. Ill just call Ms.Tina

I walked-in for a pedicure the other day and I left feeling GREAT! Although they are appointment only atm due to Covid, Tina was very accommodating and made time for me on the spot. Right away, you can tell she actually cares for her clients and made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. I asked for a French tip pedicure and she couldn’t have done a better job! I’m 7 months pregnant and she was so kind-she even helped me put my socks and shoes back on once my toes were dry. Her prices are great for the quality you get, would def recommend and will def be back!! There’s a reason the reviews are so good!! 💓

This was the best pedicure of my life! They were friendly, paid attention to detail, gave extra long foot and leg massage, and REALLY took care of my heels. My feet are so soft, clean, and perfectly polished. I wish I lived in town because THIS would be my pedicure place. (I live 4 hours away, but I’ll be back next time I visit KC!)

These guys are phenomenal! These two sisters are very expert at what they do and they use products that are not bad for you. Also they have ventilation in place so that any fumes immediately leave the area. They want to make sure you are happy and you will leave with a very good result. This place is amazing! I love Tina and Tao. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and I always feel like part of the family when Im there. My drive from north Kansas City is well worth it every time. Ill never go anywhere else! Im a bartender and very hard on my nails. My hands are always in water and Im constantly on my feet but they do such an amazing job that my nails never lift or break and the polish on my toes never chips even if I have to go 3 weeks between appointments. Ive tried the dip nails somewhere else and swore I wouldnt do it again because they wouldnt hold up for more than a week..they would break or lift and at one point I even had a little mold under a couple. I finally agreed to try it with Tina 3 weeks ago and they were still in great shape when I went for a fill today..and no mold or fungus. If you havent been here you are doing yourself a huge disservice! They are wonderful people and the absolute best at what they do. I love you ladies! Keep up the great work. 😊

A new E-Scooter company came to Kansas City called Spin. I was hoping Creative Nails could replicate their color scheme and logo on my nails. My sister and I got manicures and pedicures here about a month ago, and I cant say enough good things about this place. It is super clean, and the sisters who did our nails were just wonderful. They were friendly, professional, and even stayed open late to finish our nails. I got a regular pedicure (still looks great) and a dip manicure (never chipped; I only removed it last week because my nails were growing out). Neither of us had ever gotten manicures, and we loved how pampered we felt at Creative Nails. They even took a picture of our nails for us!
