Soho has incredible nail techs! Loved the conversation + welcoming environment. The services provided were priced fairly. I paid for a regular pedicure + dip manicure. They did a great job at keeping up with all of the customers and making sure to let the customer choose the color + design. Soho offers so many services!! Manicures, pedicures, waxing, and more!

Lynn is my favorite, she always got my lashes looking natural and flawless and my nails but theyall are good, and I also like the work space.

My daughter went here to get her nails done here and she was not happy with her nails but being a topical kid she called me instead of saying something. Instead of them saying how can they fix them or anything they really act like the did care and then told her that her toes should be dry so she can go when her toes were not and when we got home her toes were messed up cause they actually wasn’t dry. Not a good way to start for a first time customer.would not recommend them at all

Called in for last minute appointment got there a bit later then I expected guy that got me checked in was totally cool about its my first time trying out this salon and got red dip coffin medium shaped nails and powder pedicure my full set came out awesome and got two glasses of white wine big plus the reason for 3 stars is the pedicure I didn’t even get my legs massaged but for 30 seconds a piece by young lady with glasses that wasn’t very friendly and never said word to me I’ll give them another try but not her review update after 3days my nails are starting to get chips on side

They always makey hands and feet look beautiful! In and out no waiting. Nice and clean and the people are very nice!

This was my first time ever going here. I went with my sister in-law. We got there at 6:30 and wanted a fill in and pedi they told us they close at 7 so we could only get one service so we got a fill in. The lady who did my nails told me she would paint them and design them like I wanted. Halfway through she informs me that she does not have time to put a design on my nails I HAVE TO only get them painted. She rushed through doing my nails and got upset when I asked her to do another cost of Polish cause the color was still light. So they charged me $107 for two fill ins and gel Polish on both and didn’t even give us what we wanted needless to say I will never go here again the one star was because the place was clean!

I can’t recall the name of the man who did my nails, however I was left with toenail fungus. I didn’t see him open a new package of nail utensils. I never had this happen. I paid a hefty fee and left a good tip to only find out my nails were left in bad shape once I removed the polish.

This was my first visit. The business was clean and manicurist pleasant. I was also pleased with the price... Cheaper compared to my normal place. However, you pay for what you get. My gel manicure lasted two days before my first nail chipped. One week later they are all chipped and look awful. Normally, its near two weeks before my first chip. Lower price came with lower quality in this case.

Trisha did a full set & pedicure on me and she did amazing! I get nervous because some places don’t do my shape the way I like but she nailed it. she did exactly what I wanted, nailed the design and was super sweet. would definitely recommend and will go to her again :)

Unprofessional !!! I’ve gone to this nail salon for a while now & it’s got nothing but worse. I would NEVER return again !! I had scheduled an appointment as I normally do for 12:30pm. I called about 10 minutes prior to my appointment and explained I would be a few minutes late. Asked if I would still be serviced and he told me “yes cmon in”. I arrived 3 minutes behind as I said I would but when I got in I was told I would have to wait, which I did. After waiting about 30 minutes I was finally called to go over to VeVe and that she would take care of me. While I was picking my gel color & waiting on her about 7 minutes passed then she told me her client had arrived and that I would have to go back & wait. Her client showed up 7 minutes late & he (tony) said he had no one else to service me so that I would need to wait or come back. At that point I wanted nothing else to do with the salon. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go !! This wouldn’t be the first time something like this has happened there unfortunately.

I love getting my nails done here! I don’t know about you but nails is like a self care item I check off my list and I always feel so pampered when I leave !

I go here every 2 weeks and always love my nails but a nail broke and my polish was chipping so I went to get it fixed. The guy pried my nail off with clippers which I voiced was painful, just painted over the chips and didn’t check if my nails were dry after the uv light so when I got my keys my nails got messed up. I usually love this place but now I’m wondering if I should find another

The staff there are super nice! They always do a great job on my nails. Only place I go!

Took my family to get our nails done. We got both manis and pedis and everyone really enjoyed themselves. The staff all wore masks and each patron is also required to wear masks. They are taking care to keep germs away. The only drawback was a little wait time and the polish on my nails was a bit dry and clumpy. Not a great finish to an otherwise awesome experience.

Sometimes I get busy and my nails get a little grown out.... I NEVER have any breakage unless it is my fault (too rough). Amy is an amazing artist and all my friends cant wait to see what new design I have on my nails. Both fingers and toes.

I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. One, they charged me to remove my polish since I wasn’t getting a gel pedicure and the lady rushed the pedicure. I got my nails done, again gel nails, on Thursday night and TWO nails peeled off by Friday and another one peeled Sunday. This was my first AND last night going here. I usually get gel nails and it never did that to me!

They were so amazing! I scheduled online and showed up a bit early asked about eye lashes.She said she could see me now. I told Lynn what I wanted and she was awesome. I also had a mani and pedi and they were all great. I definitely will be back.

The eyelash tech is charging 40 dollars for lashes and they dont last a few days

I had a great experience the first time I got acrylics here but when I went to get me fill, it was sub par.. she was in a rush and did not give me what I wanted..

Vivian did my powder dip and I felt like she did a fantastic job, compared to the last time, when my nails were done by a guy who I feel barely looked at my hands the whole time. If you want a certain person to do your nails definitely call and make an appointment. Better than chancing it.

I love this Salon for everything!! Tony has done my nails for years they are always shaped perfect and last. I also love pedicures. Never had a bad one everyone is great!! I also love Carla and Lynn for waxing... Every one is professional and friendly. Store is very clean, atmosphere: music, large tvs a huge crystal chandelier. Go with a friend for a great day.

Always friendly service when you walk through the door. I love that they offer you something to drink like water or wine...the wine is sooooooo good especially with your feet soaking. Loved it!

I got my nails and feet done with gel for $70 and my nails stared to chip the very next day and that should not have happened with gel polish and they where rushing because I was a last customer I will not be coming back

I found this place online so I decided to try them out. I saw beautiful work Amy does so I came to get a fill and pedicure.My pedicure was great, but when it was time to get my fill all of a sudden everybodys book and nobody could do it, so I left and went somewhere ..sad to say I wont be back.

I came 45 mins late for my appointment on the first day of their reopen from COVID-19, and the professionalism of my nail technician Tony was AWESOME! I live clear on 136th in Overland Park and would definitely drive the distance again! Try them..Worth it!!

Overall, I like Soho Nails! I have had a few 3.5 star experiences, but Ive also had 5 star experiences. I have been getting my nails done there for a few years. I stopped going for a while twice. Both occurrences were because of difficulties with nail techs (one left, the other was always a little rude.) The salon as a whole is very welcoming! Most importantly, the quality of services is great and consistent! I always get a lot of compliments on my nails, and I recommend them to everyone!

Ive been going here for 4+ years and have always had a great experience. Ive never had a language barrier (as some reviewers have commented) and the prices are very fair. I love seeing Amy and May! Although everyone does an excellent job when my ladies are busy. I highly recommend this salon.

I like SoHo Nails Spa.. I can be a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to certain things and my nails are one. (I mean I am spending my money) I do not get acrylic I have grown my own nails and so I get the dip... if you want something plain or just solid with the dip or maybe ombre they are pretty ok with that... I wouldnt suggest having them try anything fancy... but overall I like soho nail... great eyebrow wax also..

Today was my first time visiting Soho nails, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and ask what services I needed. Within 10 mins I was in the chair! SUSAN WAS GREAT! I walked in at 1:49pm and left by 2:30! That was the fastest I’ve ever gotten my nails done! Everything was perfect from the shape to the polish and the length! Will definitely be going back! I always have excellent service when at this salon. They have a clean and trendy space that offers so many options and services. The color selection is vast and the options are great!

I went there around 12:30 to get a full set. Upon arriving I noticed how everything looked clean and the man at the desk spoke. I got I. Pretty fast, prob 4 minutes waiting time and the young lady asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted the tapered square shaped and she kept saying coffin, I let her know they were two different shapes but she kept saying coffin. And she kept trying to up charge me and kept asking did I want duo nails when I told her multiple times no. Then when she placed the false nails on my fingers they were all sized different. For example she put a number 8 on my ring finger and a number 6 on my other ring finger. I let her know they didn’t match in size And she said it was the size of my fingers and I told her no I get the same numbers on my fingers all the time. She processed to fill and shape the nails. After she filled them I noticed that they all were different lengths and I let her know she tried to fix them but they were u fixable because then they would be short. I told here that it was okay and that she could take the false nails off. After trying to convince me she did as I asked and I ended up just getting a mani. I’m a firm believer in giving someone a chance but she did not know what she was doing or cared to listen to what I was asking for. The mani was okay for the price.

I went today to get the dipping powder. I made an appointment earlier that day and as soon as I came in they were ready for me. Amy did an AWESOME job on my nails and it was very reasonable. I will be back!!!

This place is really good but some people are very rude and I see people come in after me and it takes way shorter then my time. That’s why every time I go I ask for Rose she is the absolute best person there

I’ve always came here to get my nails done. Even though they did a good job, the guy doing my nails left nail polish on my skin and the acrylic power for the acrylic. And my skin is all sticky. I’m a little frustrated.

Had a full set of pink and white put on today and they look incredible. May was my nail tech. She was great. Great service great price. I am now a customer for life.

Wont be returning here. Terrible customer service. I asked for long nails and came out with short nails. Plus a few crooked. Had 2 different ppl working on my me. Both were not friendly. Didnt even know my service was over. The lady painted my nails and walked away?! No thank you nothing. Overall it was not a good experience.

My expensive powder polish manicure lasted about 3 days on my hands and feet. For almost $100 Id rather go somewhere where I feel they are more customer focused and less focused on assembly line type service.

Lots of color choices, excellent customer service, professional with good prices. They even offer you beverages while youre getting your service. They were really amazing I will definitely be back.
