I have been paying quarterly for years for pest control. They billed like clockwork, but missed obvious signs of termite activity around the exterior of the home. Or, if they noticed, they failed to notify me. It seems to me that a PEST control service should be aware of signs of termite infestation and notify the homeowner. Apparently, could not be bothered. I called to schedule termite treatment and they were unwilling to work around my limitations.Suggest a different pest control company

Had used them for years and this new management or unable to talked to them is ridiculous. Ask to speak to owners and was told “that ain’t happening”. Have been customer over 20 years in multiple locations. Office manger was just rude and very condescending.Just as a follow up to the review. I received an email from Shane Brant - Service Manager dropping us from their service after all these years of being with them. Also noticed that the good reviews come from Brant last names.The email went as follows:I wanted to contact you regarding the negative review left on Google, and your upcoming services. First of all I would like to apologize for not being able to meet your requests. After reviewing the recorded phone calls and emails between our office staff and yourself, I dont know if we can meet your needs, so instead of continuing to dissatisfy you I will be terminating your services with BugPro Inc. effective immediately.

Quality at its best. The Bug Pro rep showed up and was nothing but professional. They use just the best and quality products. They offer great prices explained what to look for. I would recommend them to anyone.

Alice Pest Control (Bug Pro) has been great. Their Technician Andrew is the Tech we request constantly. Hes very knowledgeable and very professional. The service and guarantee continues to be Outstanding.

Guy came to look for bed bugs, says hes never seen one before. Declares me bed bug free 2 weeks later infestation was terrible. They also declared Rent a Center clear, hopefully not by the same guy. Its obvious they know nothing about proper bed bug treatment.

Very knowledgeable regarding termites. They were able to break down the information and provide us with options for treatments. We also bought gnat treatment and it worked within a few days. The gnats have not returned since.

Not at all satisfied with the service. They claimed that the bees they sprayed would never come back. Do not make promises you cant keep. Some people dont have money to be throwing away on services that dont provide. Not asking for a refund, just asking that they at least make it right.

Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. We did the roach clean out some years ago and have not had a roach problem since.

Im on a 90 day visit plan. I get a different tech every time but they are all professional and courteous. Next visit will be the annual visit and my attic will get dusted also.

I finally found a bug company that I could trust but it took some time.I called several companies that I googled and by friend recommendations with no luck. I called them and either they didn’t return my calls or I called them to set up appointment and nobody showed up.I decided to call a hometown family operated company, bug pro, formerly alice pest-control. I called the front office scheduling lady told me that they were very busy this week but they would squeeze me in as soon as possible.Within a few hours the operations manager, Shayne, called me to let me know that somebody would be there that day. about 6 PM I received a call that a tech was Close to my house and ready to spray if I was willing. They sprayed the attic, inside the house and outside the house. I had a brown recluse problem that made me very nervous, that one of the kids could get bit. I couldn’t believe that within hours of me calling somebody actually showed up.A few months later I noticed we were losing trees one by one. we didn’t have many so I wanted to see if it was a bug problem or something else I needed to address. again within the day of me calling they were able to send somebody out to verify that I had some tree ants that were taking out my trees one at a time in the colonies. they quickly came back out to treat the trees. I haven’t lost a tree since.After a big storm in June, We started to see bugs in the house and mosquitos so big outside I thought they were going to carry the dogs away. I called bug pro again and within 48 hours they had Sprayed inside and outside the house.we are now on a monthly standing service for them to spray. we very rarely see even common bugs inside or outside the house. even with the heat or the recent showers that we had a few days ago.I usually do not post reviews but out of all the contract service companies in the area I feel these guys and gals provide a consistently reliable service. I know that nobody’s perfect and no company is perfect but the big thing to me is if a mistake is made or overlooked that they actually take the time to correct it and make it right.Office staff, techs & operations Mgr, Shayne were all very respectful, took the time to explain processes, were timely and gracious for our patronage. There maybe cheaper pest companies out there but you get what you pay for and honestly what I pay for is worth every penny.Thank you bug pro for keeping my house rid of insects.

These people were very rude to me and said very derogatory things to me when I told them that I was using the Fidelity Bond and was referred through the workforce to cover my criminal background history I was not treated with courtesy I was not treated with any type of professionalism and I was asked to leave because I had a felony background I did not even get to finish my application to let these people know that I had a bond that was through the workforce that would cover my background history I would not want to do business with anyone like that who does not resupport the reentry program and the second chance Amendment opportunities that are given to ex-offenders to re-enter the workforce
