I recommend a friend and she was very disappointed. I felt terrible. The guy tried arguing with her to the point she shed tears. Im definitely not recommending any more people.Edit: My friend informed me that there was another tech who was willing to fix her nails. She claimed him to be nice, polite and very patient. Im glad the situation was able to be turned around. But Im sure my friend wont be returning.

I have been coming here for my lashes for about 8 years now. They are usually very friendly and do a good job. My lashes always last for a 2 week period, this last visit I recently had was to get my lashes done to attend a close relatives funeral granted there was some crying of course but my lash slid off 3 hours later. I went back and it was fixed no problems. Now I have a nasty eye infection Im not sure how often they wash their hands or clean their tools but this is a very important step that needs to take place between clients in the middle of a global pandemic. I feel it was just this particular tech who is not cleaning or sanitizing anything! The time before this a chick that was apparently new had no clue what she was doing I had glue in my eye and she was so far up on me I could smell her breath. I had to stop in mid session to request another technician. Im suspicious that some of them are not licensed at all and will be reporting to the BBB.

Got my nails done and had to go back in two days because they were not dry in the gel nails machine. Also a lot of time when I go no one greets you. Theyre just working and let you just stand there. One lady was from Texas and was very upset because she was not greeted and people went before her. She was exactly right because its happened to me several at a time. I know they can be busy but they do look up to talk to each other all the time and I see them looking up front and ignoring customers. Could work on customer service greeting better next.

Terrible took almost a whole day for my nails to dry as they tried to convince me to have gotten the nail gel. Excuse me sir I shouldnt have to purchase gel nails to receive service worth coming back for. I could barely touch my keys dont reach for the handle on the door of your car because all the paints rubbing off. I am so tired of expensive business giving mediocre service...... And I will talk about it until Im heard.

I have known Tom and Mindy for 22 years and I have followed them everywhere they have been and I will always use them for all my nails and facial services!

They did amazing. I went in to go get my fret done as planned, but then ended up with my brows waxes and my individual lashes done.. No pressure from the employees for the reason i chose to upgrade. Very professional and clean. They treat you very well. Very satisfied and also very affordable ! Highly recommended.

Was fast and accurate but the job was done poorly went on a Saturday two nails popped off by Wednesday, they changed to replace my nails, by Friday. ( one week) another nail popped off,, I don’t do hard labor,,I just took them all off and went somewhere else, so they want get my nail business again. 😕😕

My pedicure was basically putting on polish. Nothing done to remove calluses from my feet even after I asked several times. I was planning to get a fill as well on my hands and there was no way I was gonna let them work on me any further after such a terrible effort. $30 for 15 minutes that is the first time I’ve ever not tipped somebody in my entire 47 year life. What a ripoff!!!

I really liked their set up for pedicures. They have plastic walls between you & them. They don’t let anyone touch the polish. It was fast and relaxing! The paint job was so so but I’m pretty picky. You can’t tip with a card which I don’t like. But I would definitely go back again!

I have never had an issue until today. I got a basic set done with gel polish. The tech seems completely uninterested and overall seemed annoyed that I was there. The work was sloppy and rushed. I’m honestly really disappointed.

My daughter went with her friend to get her nails done. Had I been there, she wouldn’t have paid for this service. It makes me feel like they took advantage of her. Her nails look like it was the techs first time doing nails. I would not recommend anyone go there. She will not be returning.

Walked in and didn’t even get a hello. I sat down for about 5 mins., another lady came in and she said hi to them and said I want a pedicure and he rudely waved her to the back of the room. I then got up and walked out. I went down the street to MiMi nails and had a much better experience.

TBH I always know better before I come here, I’m just always busy and they are close to my workplace. I’ve had brows, lashes, feet and hands done. More than half the staff absolutely dread what they do, are far from welcoming, and make it beyond obvious they are talking bad about you. Nail quality is terrible, fall off in less than two weeks almost like a press on set. Talk you in to doing something more than you want for the quality to be terrible. I can honestly say, my feet, lashes, and brows ONE time have been the quality I was looking for. Finally just going to start listening to my instinct and stop coming here! Find me a nail tech with her own business and support local ! Vs people who loathe their costumers and what they do!!!!

After asking him not to file off the top of my nails, he proceeded to file of the top of my nails. I asked for the Dip which he gobbed on thick and over the edge of my cuticles. He also managed to cut 2 of my fingers with the drill. TERRIBLE AWFUL PLACE. My first and LAST TIME there. I want my $55 back.

My 1st powder dip & my 1st fill done by Sammy. Good discussions prior, knowledgeable when I asked questions, and GREAT artwork. Bonus: super efficient! Salon is mom&pop-type joint but they do good work.

I had been a 9 year customer before today. The stylist used an artificial nail to remove my old nails they had done previously. She split my real nail and it bled profusely. She then glued my real nail to my skin. Then she used a drill and went under my nail on the other hand and it bled. She didn’t want me to tell anyone. They all gathered around me yelling. Not only were they rude, they offered no accommodation for injuring both my hands. Told me to go to a doctor. My artificial nails were then uneven. I was calm and all of this happened in front of my daughter. They called the owner who offered no assistance. They got upset I wouldn’t leave my name and number then called security who told me he would file a complaint on them. Then they ran my card for $150. I will never go there again. They are only concerned about money not professionalism or customer service. I was there for 3 hours. My hands not only hurt, they never cleaned the glue, white power or blood off my hand. Don’t go there!

No sign in sheet for this getting pedicures which means if someone comes in after you and gets to a chair first they wait on them first unless you speak up. Lady rolled her eyes at me because I had my own nail implements. They dont clean their implements after every customer. They use the same nail files, clippers etc. on everyone. Their goal is to get you in and out so they can make quick money when the focus should be on good customer service. They may be the cheapest I town but you know what they say, you get what you pay for.

Had been going there for about 3 years for brows with nothing but good things to say, recommended many friends to go there as well..until today. Didn’t mind the wait because I’d always had great results. I always make sure to be very specific beforehand to avoid any miscommunication, and even reminded her during the waxing as well. She completely ignored what I asked, and my eyebrows came out looking embarrassingly bad. I told her politely that they were extremely uneven, she got angry with me and argued with me for awhile before walking off and telling me to leave and not come back. Had she handled the situation better, I would’ve treated it as a one-off (she had always been exceptionally kind in the past), but unfortunately won’t be going back after this :(

I got nails done and not even a week the all started to lift. I went back with my receipt and asked if they could be fixed. The guy I went to put nail glue on my nails and asked if I was good. Im no nail tech but I have had my nail done enough to know that as soon as I would leave Id have the same problem. Never got my nails fixed. So customer lost. My advice would be to take your money else where. They suck!!!!!

I asked for a certain color 5 times! The nail tech kept saying my skin too dark! Like you are in a urban location! In sure there are Plenty of dark skinned tone women who come in here but my skin is too dark for a light color! Wont be going back!

Ive come here about a handful of times and each visit was okay. However, it seems every time Ive come here with an idea of what I want my nails to look like, the technician always tries to convince me to get something else. I wanted square acrylics with nude polish. He suggested a pink and white set. NOT WHAT I WANTED. Next time, dont try and change a customers mind, especially if IM PAYING YOU.

I got the dip done on my nails. Nail are not shaped around The edges good and a couple of nails you can tell where they put the nail tip on and where they dip powder starts they just did not smooth the nails out good.

They are terrible. They can’t shape nails correctly. They can’t tell the difference between gold and silver. If you ask to modify something because of their mistake they get very defensive and have attitudes. Poor customer service would not recommend going here at all. Save your money. Im a regular here. My nails have never peeled off. I get a coffin shaped, fill, with gel polish every time. Their prices are the best in town! I wish they had more Instagram style trend options though i.e. Chrome polish, matte dip colors etc. but other than that I love coming here and I cant beat their pricing!

Im only giving 2 stars because 1 the prices are like back in Chicago and 2, out of the 4 times Ive gone here theyve done my nails right ONCE. I just got a gel overlay Saturday 9/23 the whole entire nail came off by Monday. Not only that why is GEL polish already fading it hasnt even been a week. Going back to get my nail fix the lady acted like she didnt know to put gel back over my nail then put the polish. They rude only speak sometime when you walk in its a nail shop its suppose to smell like feet but that carpet dirty. Observing my nails different nails and length wont go back!

An hour after leaving the shop my polish was peeling off of my thumb. The pedicure looked worse then if I had done it myself. Design had main color bleeding into it and the toe nails were a hot mess! Thought about going back to have repaired but decided lesson learned.

Customers are the people that keep your place in business, if you are late all the time never at work, then your customers find other people to do the job, that means you loose business, then the word spreads that youre unreliable. Think on these things, before you mistreat customers.
