I am new to the neighborhood and thought Id stop in despite the bad reviews I kept reading. Sat for an hour, was told by a manager I was next, and still got skipped in line. They left me with plenty of time to look at the disgusting fish tank, old fly strips, and dirty floor though, so I probably dodged a bullet by leaving.

I have been going to Top Line Nails for years now and never have I had to wait for over 40 minutes and they still didnt open on time. If they valued peoples time more itll be a better place . Thumbs down Im HEATED

I waited 2 hours and still didnt get my nails done. They didnt acknowledge me. They let people who came in after Me go before me. And when i asked why are these people ahead of me all the man said was the was regulars. Smh. Its such a shame because i couldnt been a regular because it is in my neighborhood. Oh well. I wouldnt suggest no one to go there.

Top line nails gave my daughter great service. You may have to wait a little longer than others. But they give a superb service. They dont rush you through like cattle. They give quality service.

Love the staff been a customer for over ten years. Great prices. Love it here and I will not go anywhere else. U may have a wait time but hey its worth it.

They do great work which is why I have been a faithful customer for years. However, I do have 2 complaints. First, they seem to never open up on time, usually 30 or more minutes late (usually more than 30). Secondly, although they are fun to talk with, when it is crowded and they have several people waiting, they tend to still talk too much instead of getting peoples nails done faster, especially since its only 3 of them to try and service everyone. This is one of the reasons why you can expect a long wait. They are the only people who know how to do my feet properly which is why I keep coming. But even as good as they are, I would probably still go somewhere else based on my 2 complaints.

The people and service was great just be prepared for a wait. And secondly if you wear gel polish they do charge to take it off. If u get a spa pedi they do charge you to dispose of the bag liner. If the pricing would of been up front not when I went to pay I would go back but because of that I will not return

Visited a few days ago. The shop is very quaint, but the service and prices are amazing! TK was personable and kind. My nails look great, and Im picky about shape, symmetry, and the like. I will be going back.

It was great, but the chairs and trash can needed to be wiped down. Service was great except they took to long. I had a over time wait before I got service.

That I didnt like was just that on a Sunday there were only two people working and I had to wait over an hour for service. But their prices are very decent and the quality is worth it.

ROACH INFESTED!!! I have been a patron of TKs for over 10 yrs. Since he have moved to this location working with his wife Ellen (horrible attitude) the wait times have soared way past reaonable, the owners are very very rude, they cuss at the customers (ESPECIALLY the BLACK CUSTOMERS), mistreat their long standing customers, they are very under staffed its only three employees! Be prepared to wait no less than an hr for whatever u may need! I will not return! BLACK BUSINESSES FOR MY BLACK MONEY!
