The entire visit from beginning to end was very comfortable and quick. Every staff Ive encountered were all nice and professional and knew what they were doing. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. Im usually not huge on leaving reviews but it helps for people to know what places are truly worth visiting and what places to stay clear from. Thank you Aspen Dental for helping me. :)
It has been a long time since I had a dentist appointment and the team at Aspen dental was very caring, friendly and willing to answer any questions I had, I would definitely recommend checking them out if you have kids or you just need some work done for yourself, wish I could give them 10 stars.
My first time ever going to Aspen Dental and I am really glad I did. I was treated like family and was cared for with the upmost professional friendly staff. Their sincerity was awesome and explained everything that was needed to get my teeth in shape. They were very precise and put a new smile on my face. Gentle and caring and the price was very reasonable. I encourage you to make your decision to go to the very best Dental care their is. Thanks for being so considerate and kind.
Aspen Dental Palm Harbor has the friendliest staff Ive ever encountered! The ladies at the front are extremely amiable, caring and personable. The dental staff are exceptionally skilled and truly empathetic, allaying the anxiety one typically has when faced with dental issues. Truly happy with my experiences thus far and highly recommend.
The Dentist there are just fine. Just a warning if you go on their website to pay a bill, make sure that you have your statement is in front of you. Their website puts your total amount that is billed to your insurance as the total that you owe. Not the total that is on your bill. Make SURE YOU CHANGE THE AMOUNT YOU OWE. IF YOU DO NOT THEY WILL NOT STOP PAYMENT FOR THE INCORRECT AMOUNT OR REFUND YOU WHAT SO EVER!!!
The staff at Aspen in Palm Harbor are the most amazing group of people. Everyone was so k8nd and patient. I would recommend highly!!
Quite literally the NICEST human beings I’ve ever come in contact with. The man up front is so sweet the other lady who sits a little behind him is so amazing. They make me feel welcomed. The dental hygienist with lighter hair is so awesome. She got me results and solutions and didn’t mess around. I swear even when it’s bad news they make sure you’re okay and it works. I literally drive 45 min from Tampa just because I love the staff so much. They cleared my gum disease and helped me out so much. See y’all in 6 months!
Theyre quite attentive before/during first visit, and thats where it ends... The next day I couldnt pay for a return call from Michelle (in the Palm Harbor office) after three tries, while my broken tooth remained untreated. And whats with that old fashioned x-ray equipment? My former dentist has the latest that is completely non-invasive and he has a small practice; this big one, what, cant afford it? Perhaps cutting back on the multitude of staff running around trying to upsell, and assistants needed to handle such time consuming, last century tech.Would give them 2 stars, but for the caring, no doubt underpaid low level staff who made the visit easier for me.
Did a gr8 job on pullin my teeth. Ive had 5x teeth pull3d by these people and let me tell u . I hateeeee goin to the dentists and i am such a big wimp when it comes to these dentists so if i can say that this place did me justice!!! Just make sure u get the nitrous / laughing gas ... was the only thing that absolutely took 99.8 percent of that pain away !!! I gavr em a 3 becuzz some of the staff could be alittle nicer!
For the first time at Aspen Dental (and there have been many), I had a good visit with caring people. The surgeon who removed my existing teeth is gone which makes me quite happy. Dr. Radner who replaced him was very nice and quite prepared to handle it all. She is an asset to the business.I had some bad experiences at this office but they are over now.Michelle, per usual, was great. She has always been kind and helpful.Thank you...Alyce Buckley
At 1st they were great but now that Im established and in the middle of alot of work they want more money for something that should of been taken care of in the beginning
Everyone there was very, very nice and took the time to explain everything and make me comfortable. If very chicken when it comes to anything medical and usually am on the edge of passing out.i recommended this office to anyone who has medical or dentist fears.
I am still in my process, but my first visit was very pleasant. The technicians were all great and Dr Radner was very good with explaining the whole procedure she was also very pleasant. I will post when the procedure is done.
I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. Then was given xrays etc. by a very friendly and gentle tech. The hygentist did an evaluation on me and let me know what her job for me entailed. Then the dentist came in and gave me all my options. She also was able to tell me why I was having pain in a good tooth. She was awesome. I know have a plan to get a healthy mouth and a nice smile again. The lady that gave me the cost and options on paying for it all was also awesome. And I was pleasantly surprised at the price!! This is affordable for me. Thank you and I cant wait to get started...
Everyone in that office went far and beyond they call of duty I feel probably one of the best dental experiences Ive had in a very long time, Aspen dental in Palm Harbor will be where I go from now on for all my dental needs
Staff is very friendly and nice. Atmosphere felt very happy in office and happy employees!!!
Care team was wonderful and answered all my questions. Waiting time was very short-like none. Dentist gave me the care plan for my teeth and all has been explain very well. You can use Care Card for financial plan and there will be no interest paid if you pay within 6 months, but charge must be at least $200.00. or higher.
I think everyone is better off just going to a privet Dentist instead of these big chain companys because they are only out to scam you of your money along with their patronizing office staff! I should have walked out after hearing 3 patients/customers complain to the office staff only to go through my own unpleasant situation! And they tell every new patients/customer that you need over $1000 to clean and treat your teeth, mark my words!!! DONT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL!
I called Aspen Dental Saturday July 25th at 300 pm and scheduled an appointment for Monday the 27th at 5pm. I have an infected tooth that has my left side of my face swollen, my eye is almost swollen shut. On Monday I checked my msgs around 1030 and fell asleep till 2. I checked my msgs again and received a msg that they could not see me because they double booked me. I called immediately and explained that this infection was up in my eye. The girl told me I could schedule a new appt for Thursday. I told her I couldn’t wait and her response was that it was schedulings fault that I was double booked and that she would give me phone numbers to call other stores and see if there were other appts available. I was so mad. Here it is 2pm in the afternoon and who was gonna take me???? She again said it was schedulings fault and offered to schedule me Thursday or give me other numbers. I told her “you want me to fix your problem. You should have had some type of resolution before calling me. My face is so swollen”. No, they would not see me. You would think that a patient that has an infected tooth going up to their eye they could have squeezed me in somewhere. Not me calling around other Aspen Dental’s to get in.I will never try to go to Aspen again and anyone that has an appt you need to double and triple check with these disorganized people. It’s funny when I made the appointment they asked me if I would refer anyone, so very glad I didn’t refer anyone to this place. So SmileFaith thank you for fixing Aspen Dental’s problem.
Everyone is nice and helpful. I had not been to the dentist for too long and decided to go to Aspen for some gum pain I was having. Everyone was helpful and I was in and got my teeth feeling so much better.See you all in a few months!
Excellent experience with my dental appointment.exelent examination by the higenist.and everything Will be covered by my insurance company.i recommend Aspen dental to everyone.Connie Bothos
Going to the dentist is never a good time, unless you go to Aspen Dental in palm harbor. The staff is so nice and welcoming from the time your walk in its a great experience.
The staff is excellent, I travel 1 hour to get to Palm Harbor office as the one in Inverness does not compare to the service and compassion they give. From the very first time you call then to the last visit to adjust your denture. Always kind, generally concerned and gets the job done. I would 100% recommend at least trying them out you wont be disappointed.
I need some serious dental work done due to terrible oral hygiene over the years and they were so nice and accommodating. They did not judge me and worked with me over payment and my treatmplan. Amazing people amazing service. Thank you Michelle, Hannah, Nikita etc team!
THE MOST EXPERIENCED AND WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONALS I HAVE EVER MET.
They send me an email from their office stating that they are running a $1,500 off Invisalign procedure and when I show up for my consultation they tell me that they will NOT be honoring their own deal! FALSE ADVERTISING TRASH!!! This needs to be made right! Way to treat your local heroes. 21 year Pinellas County Educator and you slap me in the face and waste my time. WOW!!!
The employees here are very professional and take the time to answer all of your questions. The offer comprehensive services, with the specialists coming at designated times during the month. I found their prices on the higher end, but they do have financing.
Staff and everyone was polite. And professional. But very expensive. Trying to save money now.
Been here twice and both times had bad experience with them. My second visit they did not check if I actually had an ensure with them and tried to charge me the full price. I refused and came back again with the insurance card, but they told me that they fully booked even though I had an emergency.
Beware, they will quote you something and will call before your apt by 12 hours saying that your treatment will cost $1000 more!!!Horrible customer service and billing center
No wait time. All staff very professional. Hygienist spent time explaining what she was doing and why it was necessary that I follow through with at home Maintenance. Very thorough. 👍💕
They were wonderful! Their check in procedure (especially considering Covid) is extremely careful, considerate, timely, well coordinated, and friendly! Every one of the staff from my check in girl to the dental assistant, the dentist, the patient customer coordinator were all great.... and Kind and PATIENT (I wasn’t having a very good day and wasn’t the most pleasant patient...sorry 🥴!) They went above and beyond to do the best that anyone could expect under some adverse circumstances...those being during a worldwide pandemic as well as some very concerning personal challenges. If you’re looking for a great dental provider, I highly recommend Aspen Dental...I can’t speak for ALL Aspen dental offices but the one I went to in Palm Harbor, Florida on Route 19 is fantastic!! Hats off and thumbs up to them👍👍!! Thank you Aspen Dental😊
I was looking for a new Dentist in my area and was quoted nearly double for some crown work by a competitor dental care provider. I was able to be seen same day and hot valuable feedback and a treatment plan the same day. The staff was efficient, effective and knowledgeable. They didnt try to add unnecessary services and were very straightforward. I am looking forward to getting the cleaning reccomend and the repairs done.
Very friendly staff all around. Made me very comfortable and explained everything in detail. Would definitely recommend
I went in for a checkup and cleaning and ended with $4,000 work needing to be done. The problem was that the hygienist told me that I needed a full periodontal deep clean and many antibiotic treatments. I have no swelling in my gums, no bleeding, and no pain whatsoever. When I challenged them the next day and told them I was going to get a second opinion, they said they would work with me on the price! And, maybe I didnt need the full treatment! I felt like I was negotiating for a used car rather than a dental procedure. Got second opinion and the dentist said my gums look great! I would never recommend Aspen Dental!!!!!!
Really good service as always.
Great Service and very fair for what I had doneThank you!
The dental hygienist was amazing, very thorough and informative. The lady that went over the insurance was also very polite and helpful. The entire staff at this location shows true professionalism.
My experiences with other medical office visits since moving from West Virginia are typically not the best. I’m used to often dealing with rude staff and/or doctors. If they weren’t rude, they just didn’t seem to care about me. Needless to say, I was nervous to try a new dentist office. The employees at Aspen Dental made me feel very welcome. I feel comfortable returning for my next visits. Everyone in the office says hello to you and treats you like a friend. All of the staff explain everything to you in detail and give you plenty of time to ask questions. I’m very happy with my experience. If you’re looking for a new dental office, choose Aspen Dental. They will take great care of you.
I do not recommend this Dental facility as they are not Veteran friendly, there business empathy is not agile scum denology as the use inferior out dated .99 cents.Wait time is unreasonable in my opinion...Small print Contract. only 6 month warranty on dentures that cost $400.00. ($399.99)Old advertising techniques. Please read before you agree...Use red dentures adhisive. That is not worth using, if you dont ask they dont give...No Medicare or Medicare except what they offer, no refunds. To that End.No worries they have great doctors Very knowledgeable in there field of medicine... (P.P.O) (H.M.O) Just a way of making seniors pay co pays.Personally I would rather go to the Va dentist if Congress would offer free dental to all Veterans.Thank youMay God grant you good Teeth.
Be prepared to get put over a barrel. Been in the office 3 times. While the staff was very nice the business practices are insane. I went in as an emergency visit. Knew I would need a root canal. They want me to sign a contract for invisaline and a dental implant. They did the root canal but now apparently I need another appt to fit for a crown and then another appt to have the crown placed. I had thought the large amount of money I pre-paid would cove the whole process... NOPE. another $500 for the crown. I just am blown away.
Hands down Aspen Dental in Palm Harbor is the best. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. I have recommend this Aspen Dental to all my friends and family. Keep up the GREAT work!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
My hygienist was courteous and professional. She kept me informed of every step she was about to make.
Incredibly impressed with Aspen Dental in Palm Harbor. I had a dental emergency, and my private dentist of 13 years went silent during the COVID break and I needed help. I made an emergency appointment with Aspen Dental, and they immediately brought me in. Great scheduling, patient tracking, and billing systems. Great office and medical staff. Great modern dentistry tech. They will be doing all of my dentistry going forward.
Called 800 number for guidance on appointment scheduling. She walked me through the online process. Quickly and easily made an appointment and got email confirmation. Spent $30 on Uber to get to the office only to find out they’re closed. No one (including woman on phone walking me through appointment scheduling) called or notified me. 🤬
Dr. Naik is amazing! She and her staff are so kind and professional. Would definitely recommend this Palm Harbor office to anyone who is apprehensive concerning their dental procedures.
The Receptionist was Great 👍👍👍 she Made the start of Great Visit. My Hygienist 👍, The Doctor 👍.This office staff made my visit worth returning, compared to last year, I wouldnt have rated 5 Stars. Thanks 👍👍👍
I highly recommend aspen dental in Palm harbor, fl, the service is excellent they really care and take care of your teeth. The staff is so friendly once you go there you will like having your teeth treated.
This was a surprisingly great experience. I have extreme dental anxiety and was treated kindly and with professionalism. Much care was taken for no pain and extra comfort. From the receptionist, to the hygienist, Hiba, to the dentist....all the way through to the billing department, they were great. With covid-19 19 going strong right now I was very confident with the prucedures and cleanliness of the offices.
Great experience, low cost, great staff. Highly recommend.
Going to Aspen was one of the best choices Ive made in a long time they were very professional kind understanding and got right to the problem very gentle explained everything thoroughly with me and I had a great experience and I think you would too so if youre having any Dental issues choose Aspen
Great friendly staff. Hygienists were well trained and everyone operated within the proper Covid protocol. Would highly recommend. I get to visit a couple of more times in June for more fun
I came to Aspen Dental for a broken filling when I went to go over my treatment plan I had to request items be removed as $11,000.00 worth of dental items was too much and I just needed to concentrate on getting my tooth fixed. Removing all the extras brought my balance down to $2,000.00 and some change, a finance program was shown to me and I explained i needs to discuss this with my spouse. I have left messages and an email with my Treatment Plan Coordinator, Michelle Smith, still have not received a response more than 24 hours later. Getting the work started tomorrow at another office, so grateful I did not cancel this appointment, and paying in full, Aspen Dental is a waste of time, poor customer service, Michelle Smith thanks for nothing!
Super friendly and knowledgeable. Michelle was very helpful, she went over the process and broke down all the pricing. This place is great.
So far... The Experience had been ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!💓EVERYONE there is So PROFESSIONAL,Yet So PLEASANT and Comforting!!..I still have Several Appointments in front of Me... And Im Sure that Ill get to meet MORE of the Staff, at the *ASPEN Dental, of PALM HARBOR, FL* but from Day#1...HANNAH and KAYLA, have Been Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!! as WELL as the Tech (I forget her Name!!🤔...) that Handled Making my Composites, XRays, Etc.Looking FORWARD to FUTURE Visits!!😁
Was the best cleaning and complete Dental visit in my 65 years. Everything explained,in detail. 100% satisfied with Aspen.
DO NOT waste your time to even go for the exam if youre expecting an annual cleaning - unless your are ready for upselling. Refusal of the upsell will result in not having your teeth cleaned due to office policy. They determined I need a $450 antibacterial treatment before they would consider granting my teeth cleaning. Say what??? As other comments state - it felt like a used car sale tactic or time share pitch - just really uncomfortable. If they had taken me in as a client, cleaned my teeth and established trust - I would be more likely to have accepted the diagnosis and treatment. That said - the staff were all very polite and performed their jobs well. But that is not enough to make me want to purchase ocean front property in Arizona.I hope my original Dentist will survive and reopen after the Covid situation is past us.
The office was able to fit me in quickly and were more than helpful! They have the nicest office manager!
Excellent service by everyone especially Heba she is always gentle when cleaning and makes everyone feel welcome!
The wait time was about half hour. However the service was really good..I appreciated all the dentist did to help me and I will follow up.
The personnel are very nice, professionals and knowledgeable but my visit took for ever. I had to tell them that I needed to leave because they left me alone in the room for very long time.
Very professional, and explained all scenarios. Made the replacement denture in a week and they fit just fine. Good office and staff.
I enjoyed everything from the receptionist to the ex-ray tech to the dentist to the financial person who told me what was to be done and my payment. I give them a A+, 💯 percent and Major Kudos! Cant wait for my new smile!
Been going there for a few years. No dental issues. Fell behind on periodontal cleanings due to COVID. They refused to clean my teeth because I didn’t want $400 with of antibiotics. They literally told me I couldn’t get a cleaning without it.
During Covid19, I was very impressed withMy experience at Palm Harbor location.. Extremely professional and extremely helpful.
I have to say that I enjoyed the x-rays. It didnt hurt a bit.I have to have most of my teeth out but that is ok. I will feel better and be able to smile without pain again. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.
I am a Canadian citizen visiting Indian Shores. Due to a horrible toothache I experienced on a weekend I was forced to find a dentist open for treatment. I was lucky to come across this office where I could not have asked for better treatment from an extremely competent, professional, and friendly staff! With their state of the art technology the issue was diagnosed and treated in a short time span. Furthermore, since I had no insurance, it was all done free of charge!Thank you Aspen Dental!!
The staff at Tarpon Aspen yesterday were amazing!!! So helpful and kind!! Highly recommend this office ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I must say I will definitely recommend anyone to go to Aspen Dental. I was in a lot of pain in one of my teeth that had a Abcess and Dr. Fred told me my opinions and I needed it taken care of ASAP and he was by far the best Dentist I’ve ever seen. The staff we also amazing. Dr. Fred removed my tooth and made sure I was feeling fine throughout the entire tooth removal. Thank you to Dr. Fred and Staff for a fast a great experience.
Went in for an emergency appointment to get a broken abscess tooth extracted. Great staff and great service. Dr. Naik made it a painless experience and they consulted me about my options to replace the missing molar. I do recommend this aspen dental in Palm Harbor. Even after moving 30 minutes away I choose to go back to them for my dental care.
Making this review because they wont stop emailing me to do so.Appointment where they give me a several thousand dollar projected bill and say we can get you in as early as tomorrow and oh lets hey you into m.j our specialist.Wouldnt recommend coming to this office, too expensive and not sensitive to the weight they are putting onto you financially
I was very pleased with my visit to Aspen Dental. The staff was very nice, and I really liked the Dentist. Even my conversation with the Finance Dept.was a breeze. Look forward to getting my work done in January.
Great location and staff. Hiba is very kind and friendly. When I come in she knows what I need. She also does a wonderful job at cleaning my teeth every 6 months.
Nice people, thorough exam, convenient location.
Went last week with my spouse. The doctor and front desk girl was nice, but the assistant manager or whatever her title is was rude, condescending, and flat out unprofessional... Her name started with a S if I recall??? I am not going to go in full detail on this, but she should not be working with the public with that attitude. Unfortunately, her lack of being a decent human being made this go from a 5 star experience to a 0!
It seems like they have great new equipment and competent staff but the sales lady will not allow them to perform a filling for you unless you cough up $1,200 out of your pocket (after insurance) for a deep cleaning first.
I had some cavities that needed filling. Dr. Naik was amazing, she has such gentle hands. The entire procedure was absolutely painless! No more fear of the dentist for me, I love Dr. Naik!
Impressively organized and efficient. As a new patient, I did not know what to expect. I have always had single practitioner dentists, not a large group practice with sophisticated resources and technology. I felt I was immediately the center of a well-oiled teams attention. I also appreciated very much the plan of care, in writing, including costs, insurance reimbursement (during this one visit, the MIchelle Smith and her staff were able to get the info from my insurer that I had been unable to get in several phone calls). So far, I am very satisfied with the assessment phase.
Had a great experience overall as a new patient. Went In for free exam and x-rays to evaluate an abscess tooth. Was able to get it removed immediately. They went over a full treatment plan of what I need done and in what order . They answered all questions I had . Very friendly staff. I will definitely be continuing treatment with Aspen Dental Palm Harbor.
The staff is excellent and so friendly and caring. The dentist too is exceptional. I have a severe fear of dentists and Dr Nalk Sejal was awesome. Pulled all my top teeth and I was amazed I could handle it with just nitrous. Great job.
Kayla, the assistant office manager at the Palm Harbor location is phenomenal!!! She has really gone above and beyond to assist me in getting my dental work done. Just want to tell you thank you again Kayla
After originally being told my insurance would cover all but $1300 I proceeded with the dental work. Two weeks ago I was told that I was past due in the amount of $1100 besides what I already paid them. Today I called to confirm my appointment and they told me I was now past due another $600 odd dollars. When I paid the $1100they said I was caught up. Come to find out the insurance didn’t cover some procedures after I had them done. They blamed it on the insurance company. Really? They told me at the onset that I was covered otherwise I would have waited for some of the procedures. I feel like I was taken for a fool and I will not be returning to their establishment. I feel defrauded.
Like just about everyone, I hate going to the dentist. So I cannot say that I love coming here, but I do love the staff, the level of customer service and the overall helpfulness and kindness of every staff member I have met. They really do understand how to treat people. The hygienist at this office absolutely rocks!
Everyone there was very caring, provided excellent care and put me at ease. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because of the exorbitant cost.
Very efficient. Adherence to covid19 safety issues. Positive experience!
I went in with a pretty bad toothache two days before Thanksgiving. I had an infection, which they addressed immediately, and by Thanksgiving, I was actually able to eat solid food. I came back in two days ago (a week after my initial visit), which they pulled a tooth and repaired a minor cavity. I dont remember the doctors name, however, she and her assistant seemed genuinely cheerful, and really put me at ease. The procedure was also about the smoothest procedure Ive experienced, and I never experienced much pain. In fact, two days later, Im eating pretty normal food, while being careful...not because of pain or discomfort, but because Im deathly afraid of dry socket. The Hygienist who cleaned my teeth the week before was also very accomodating, stopping regularly to make sure I was ok. Overall, I have to say, this was an outstanding experience, considering its dental work. Setting up billing was also a breeze! I also was never made to feel like a low-life for having issues, and for waiting so long to get them addressed. Great experience, and I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone.
I had been looking for some place to help me with replacing my top dentures and finally found Aspen Dental and they were great. They got me in the same day and did the exam and Ex-Rays and worked out a full plan for helping me. They even helped me get financing for what I needed seeing I do not have insurance. This is a really great place and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental work. The people and dentist were all very nice and very helpful.
This is the first google review I have ever written in my life and I had been debating on if I should even take the time to write this review - I decided that I really should voice my experience. I came here wayyyy back to have an initial consultation. I was a self-pay patient and had been experiencing discomfort & pain in my mouth that would come and go. Plus, I hadn’t had a cleaning in quite some time so I wanted that done as well - all of which I explained prior to sitting in the chair. They assessed my gums/teeth, took xrays, etc... well, ultimately, I was told that I needed a “deep cleaning” because my gums and teeth were “that bad.” They took a very long time to inspect each tooth and “gum level” or whatever it’s called where they rate how much your gum separates from the tooth on a numeric scale (1-4, I think?) evidently most of my teeth were at the worst number. Told me I needed something like 3 root canals... crowns, some treatment for my gums? because they said I was on the verge of gum disease... oh, and that I required a bunch of fillings and needed my silver fillings replaced. The list was extensive. Totaling to thousandsssssss worth of work without insurance and that’s AFTER the price was “adjusted,” mind you. Even though I remained in pain, I opted not to go through with the procedures because of the hefty price tag and even with a payment plan, it was just going to be ridiculous. I figured once I had insurance, I’d go back to Aspen to get my work completed. I was discouraged & felt extremely guilty that I had put myself in such a position because I hadn’t been able to get dental insurance. Fast forward to now having insurance... I went to a different dentist (that could accommodate my schedule) for a consult. After they assessed my mouth, just as Aspen did... turns out I do not need a deep cleaning (I was actually commended on the condition of my mouth - that it was obvious that I had thorough & proper home care.) However, I did need a professional cleaning, but merely routine. Also, to my absolute shock - I didn’t need any root canals. Not even one. Interesting, right? No crowns or special gum procedures were needed either!! I could also keep my silver fillings until they become a cause for concern. admittedly, I did need multiple fillings and some deeper than others but once those were taken care of, my pain did go away. Now, why would a corporate dentist office tell me that I needed multiple root canals and an extensive expensive cleaning - purposely trying to scare me by telling me that I was already at the point of irreversible damage and not immediately getting this work done would just make things worse. They flat out lied to me. That blows my mind. They even put on a long drawn out show with the whole numeric teeth/gum rating. They made it seem like my teeth were going to fall from my head. So how over a year later, did those severe issues magically disappear? Especially if I was already at the point of irreversible damage? That doesn’t even make any sense. With a quick scan, don’t see any other reviews like mine - maybe I haven’t scrolled down far enough... but I truly fear that perhaps other people in desperate conditions took a professional at their word and instead of questioning it, just went through with what was recommended to them. Had I been willing to pay the price quoted to me, I wouldn’t have questioned anything either. given the logistics of my circumstances, I assumed that my mouth was in horrible condition based on how I felt and the length of time since seeing a dentist. I totally feel like because I had expressed that I hadn’t been to a dentist in so long and that I was in pain plus the fact that I was a self pay and there wouldn’t be any insurance involved, that I was taken advantage of as they assumed I would be an easy target? I’m not sure how this could be explained away as it’s just beyond unethical and downright wrong. I encourage anyone seeking dental care (or any type of procedure, at that) to get multiple consultations with multiple practices/professionals.
I had a tooth break off my denture and although I had searched before and not found anyone, I once again did a search for someone to repair it. This time Aspen came up and it said they not only do repairs, but they also welcome Walk-ins to get work done. 3 hours later (instead of 2 days) I had my teeth fixed and back in my mouth! Both time & cost was much less than what it would have been at a regular dentist who had to send it out to a lab to be repaired. It ended up costing me 3 hours and $109 instead of 2 days and much more money. Only hassle was they had to give me a full check-up but that part was free. While there I also checked the cost of getting a new back up denture and that was extremely reasonable. Ill definitely be going back to Aspen!😃
I requested a copy of diagnostic, my teeth photo and treatment plan, and I did not get any
I came in the office for a dental emergency and was treated promptly and politely. I felt so blessed that there was no office charge or x-ray charges. The price was very affordable and I look forward to using Aspen in about 6 months for some major dental work.Sincerely, Barbara
The staff was very friendly and professional. From X-Rays to financial services, I was informed of everything and allowed to ask questions. The facility was very clean and seemed well organized.
I will recommend this office to anyone! I was really anxious and nervous when I arrived, but the staff there was so nice and theh explained everything step by step. Making my appointment a great experience. Definitely coming back! Thank you Aspen Dental!!
This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. They were able to see what I wanted to do and set a course of action. I would recommend them to anyone, especially those like me, who kept putting off what needed to be done.
I have an extreme fear of the dentist, however the staff and dentist where so gentle and kind and helped me calm down it wasnt bad at all.. Thank you for being so patient and gentle with me...
Same day appointment. Taken in at the appointment time. Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommend.
I had the worst experience with Aspen Dental that I’ve ever had just trying to get my teeth cleaned! I am an Aspen snowbird from MI and was told if I visit an Aspen location in FL, it would be a seamless experience. I scheduled a 9:30 appointment at the Seminole, FL location. I waited a half hour before being called back. I was told to sit at the “Fee Plan” desk, which infuriated me as I have insurance that 100% covers Dental cleanings. I was told that they didn’t have time for me today and that I would have to reschedule! What!! With all the reminders that I received to attend this appointment, I didn’t understand? As I am getting Orthodontic Braces installed on Tuesday and I wanted my teeth cleaned before they were put in, I asked when they could clean them? Nothing before Tuesday! I inquired about another location and there was an appointment time available at the Palm Harbor location at noon. I drove a half hour to get to the Palm Harbor location for the noon appointment. I waited another half hour before being called back. Shannon introduced herself and proceeded to start the “new patient” process. As I was expecting to get my teeth cleaned (I have good, we’ll maintained teeth) I began questioning IF I was going to get my teeth cleaned. Words exchanged and it escalated to a point I almost walked out! If I didn’t have braces going in on Tuesday and wanted to get my teeth cleaned, I WOULD HAVE GOT UP OUT OF THE DENTAL CHAIR AND WALKED OUT! She said she would clean my teeth and explained her legal requirements so I shut up as I just wanted my teeth cleaned! Before the cleaning concluded I apologized for the escalation and so did Shannon . She proceeded to explain that she had been at that location for 11 Years, she takes pride in her job and DIDN’T APPRECIATE, my comment about Aspen being a “Dental Mill”, which excuse me, after MY experience with them, that’s how I FEEL! That she was pregnant and didn’t need the stress! She told me if I didn’t go to different locations, this wouldn’t happen! WHAT!!! I kept my mouth open, my eyes closed and BREATHED! My blood pressure went up so high, I could feel my face getting hot and red! Thank goodness I have good teeth, the cleaning concluded quickly, the Doctor came in and the visit concluded with Shannon stating that I’m now in their System so I can come back in a year. I said see you next year (NOT!), I quickly exited the building, got in my car and proceeded to Repeatedly SCREAM AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS!! I am a nice, pleasant person under normal circumstances but I’VE NEVER BEEN TREATED AND TALKED TO THIS WAY by a SO CALLED professional? AND I AM THE CUSTOMER, really? Wow, I will simply conclude that obviously, I will not be returning!
First time I had visited Aspen Dental, it was just yesterday! The whole group are all professional, kind, and understanding to my dental and financial needs. I was treated by all with such respect and professionalism. I have been looking for a new dentist in my area, and Im so pleased with Aspen Dental. They have gained a new customer...thank you Aspen Dental!
Went in a couple years ago and they said I needed about $10k in work done. Got a second opinion and it was under $1k and nowhere the extent these liars said it was. Greedy unscrupulous company but thats not why I am doing this review. I just checked my credit report and have a dental first account opened up in my name for $8k from that visit at Aspen. So for 2 years my credit has been taking a hit for an account I didnt even know existed. Great business to deal with if you like thieving and untrained people. Now I have to go through the fun of removing the stain on my credit due to this companys ineptness.
