Terrible service- Me and my family used to go here all the time, we eventually stopped getting our nails done for unrelated reasons. I decided to go back here today to get acrylics, they told us to wait for 20-30 minutes. Fine, that’s no problem, we left to get some food and came back. They told us to wait a few more minutes, again, no problem. So after about ten more minutes the guy took me back there so he could get started on my nails. I showed him the picture I wanted and he said that it would be expensive, that’s fine I knew it would be more pricey. The picture I showed him had brown acrylic. Then he started to pick out the colors, they had no brown acrylic what so ever, which I didn’t fine a huge problem so, we went with red instead. I told him I wanted the same shape as the picture, which I thought was square. And he told me it was coffin, I told him I didn’t want coffin I wanted square. He said okay and started doing my nails, he prepped my nails, glued the nail on, and put the acrylic on a few of my nails. I had asked him to file the sides of one of the nails because I didn’t like the shape of it, Bad idea. He flipped out and said he didn’t have time for this and started to clip of all of my nails. He said that he had an another appointment and “don’t have time for this”. Left my nails all butchered as he then ripe the nails off. Never coming here again.

I want to give a big thank you to Katherine at foxy nail. She always does an amazing job, both nail and eyebrows as both of my picture shows. she is always very nice and professional and will work around your schedule on to the date and time that works for you to come in and get either services. l have been going to her for almost 2 years and l am never disappointed in her service. l never let anybody touch my eyebrow mainly because is the first thing people notice when looking at you. SO, is a big deal on who l go to and l am very thankful for her.thanks,Katherine

I gave 4 stars cuz my best friend and me went in the lady I had was very tough she was constantly hurting me and even made me bleed twice but I do love the color on my toes so beautiful ....my friendhad mia im specially asking for mia she was so sweet she started helping me after my nails dried and thats who my friend had it will wait for mia but i only want mia touching my feet

DO NOT GO HERE!! What I got is on the left, what I wanted is on the right. I was her last client of the day and she was completely rushed to get through my nails. The “waves” are completely rushed and look terrible. She hurt my fingers and cut me multiple times. $60 for this???? I’ll never go back!!!

Was leary of this place awhile back, but I found a great rep who does an awesome pedi! Plan to keep spoiling myself at least once a month!

Do not go here they are extremely unprofessional. I sat down with a nail Tech who could not take off my nails because her hands hurt she said she left me sitting there for half an hour while she tended to another client that just came in the door. 3 other nail techs came in and seen other clients and I finally a 1/2 an hour later had a nail Tech approach me and ask me to put on a mask.

I love this place. Asked for 4th of July themes for my toes. He didnt really understand what I was wanting so I just showed a picture and he did a great job.

Kathrine did my nails and she was so sweet, I was running a little late for my appointment and she was very understanding, she did a great job and was fairly quick about it and no lacking in making them look perfect. I also got an eyebrow wax and she also nailed that. Kathrine will definitely be my go to girl now. its so hard to get someone good anymore to do your nails around town. I used to love coming to this nail salon but not anymore. The quality of my nails started to decrease overtime. I’m not sure if they started using cheaper products or what. Today was the last straw My appointment was at 9:30 and my nail tech never showed up. I asked the other staff if they could please help me and they refused to. I ended I’ll be leaving as soon as he showed up but refused the help because the whole situation was rude. It’s very sad I used to love coming here but no more.

I wasnt impressed. The guy ( David) who did my nails did a nice job but as soon as he was finished he said go get your pedicure. My nails were wet and he watched me struggle instead of helping of course I bumped a nail I asked could he repair it he said I will later instead he packed up and left not to mention while he was doing my nails he left to get food and had me sitting there! Wont even talk about the pedicure cause Ive certainly had better.

People were very nice, place was clean, lots of color options.. my toes looked great! My nails look horrible...

The website has the prices listed. However on 10/03/2021 Nick felt the need to lie and charge an extra 5.00 dollars. The point is thats bad business and in my opinion stealing by deciption. So Nick wont do my nails again.... my just find another place to go

Nick was personable. But my nails aren’t great. His sister did a fantastic job but was rude. I guess you either get friendly or pretty nails. Not both. We had 3 services done 1 out of 3 was good. Will not be back.

I had my eyebrows done with thieu, she is a new employee that does eyebrows and eyelashes, and i am so satisfied whith what I got she is very professional at what she does and also very detailed she wants you to have the very best eyebrows that fits your face and that you would be satisfied with all my friends and family love them would highly recommend to anyone.

Have had previous experiences that were positive but today had a very rude tech who would not do my nails the way I wanted... When I asked for correction to the problems tech kept saying no, and there was a huge language barrier with no one there to translate. Will not be returning... Waste of time and money.UPDATE:I returned later in the day and asked for a refund. The other workers in the store looked at my nails and agreed that they were a poor quality; refunded my money, and soaked them off.

This is definitely my new nail salon for when I’m in the area. Great prices, multiple services, professional environment, clean and courteous. Two people worked on me at the same time... very fast, they listen and actually perform the service needed.

Now I went outside my comfort zone with a new color AND I LOVE IT !! Im going to do self-care and get a pedicure often. Great experience!!!

Kim gave a great pedicure however Tom did my nails I literally left in tears. There was acrylic all over my cuticles...... Nails were thin and uneven and missing acrylic on the tip. One broke while brushing my hair not even an hour later. Infact he broke one while filing and instead of redoing the nail he made it point. Stepped on my foot and messed up the beautiful work Kim had just done and got mad when asked to fix it. Then tried to just touch up the polish instead of taking it off and repolishing. Then proceeded to tell me to go home and polish myself. Told me that my set was 40 for stiletto nails.......worst experience Ive ever had here......i will not be going back ever

Do not go there!! I repeat do not go there.! They were very unprofessional. As soon I walked in they act like they didn’t want to do my nails. They gave me some one that didn’t know how to remove my dip polish. I decline they service as soon as that happened.

I showed up at nearly 7, so late that my nail tech took her time still and I appreciate that. They are thicker than I wanted but covering my terrible natural nails is a tall order. I am a newbie to nail salons. Heh. So when I look a menu for services it is difficult to articulate what I want. Foxy Nalis and spa was a clean and hygienic place and everyone appeared to take pride in their work.

I am a complete newbie to the lash world but wanted to give it a try and was referred to Foxy Nail by a customer of mine. Cindy did mines and because I was new she suggested a more natural look which is exactly what I wanted and omg y’all I am absolutely in love with my lashes! Cindy was absolutely amazing and super sweet!

In and out very quick!! Only had my eyebrows done. She did them thinner than I am asked them to be but other than that very friendly service

I got a pedicure $23.00 and a full face wax $30.00. Not including tip. The pedicure was nice! Thank you mam, 5 stars to you. I am very disappointed with the full face wax. I still have hair all over my face. I tried showing the girl she missed some spots and she told me you dont want to wax in that spot, its soft skin. Im a licensed cosmetologist, I know what can and cant be waxed! One of the main reason I did it was bc of my sideburns and neither one was waxed. Hair under my lip, on the side was left as well. So disappointed. I would like a refund.

My Technician Mya shows up on time for our appointments gives great massage and doesnt rush the process.

The gel manicures are great. I get my nails done by Cindy. She does a fabulous job. Ive never had a bad experience here.

Great place for pedicures, nails on the other hand are a big NO! I got my nails done Sunday, so a week ago. Two have broken already, I haven’t done anything rough, I have an office job and the clear top coat started chipping the day after I got them done.

Lili’s been doing my nails for years now she was recommended to me by my co worker. I do hair and I need a good nail tech so the hair won’t get in between my nails. My nails could last up to a month without having any problems.She is very knowledgeable on what she do and I recommend her to everyone. Thank you Lili!

Ive been going here for about nine years,on and off.Its well kept secrect.The place is very well kept,the techs are very friendly and professional.They treat their customers with great kindness.They clean their utensils which is very important.Very warm and inviting.More people have found out about them,so its more people so it can get full,but they will turn away folks,,if they are fully booked.Because they want to give the customer the best service..I love this place,Ive tried others. But none yet,has compared to foxy nails.

I have never in my life walked out of a nail salon in tears until today. I have been looking for a salon to call home but have not found a salon yet that has made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Today i sat in the waiting chair longer than the service chair. i dont mind waiting but my service was extreamly rushed . When i showed my nail tech what i wanted she told me it was dip powder in the picture and that Id need a new set for that but said she could do what i wanted with gel polish. When it came to shaping my nails i requested sharper point and shorter, she rounded the top and didnt even ask if i liked them, she moved on to polish and She did 2 coats of glitter polish and i could clearly see through my nail through the glitter, when i told her i didnt like them, that i didnt want to see my natural nail she told me i needed the dip for that, not the gel. I will not be back she didnt care that i was dis satisfied she never offered to fix them she just looked at me like i was ridiculous so i paid and left. Biggest waist of time and money!

I really love this place. Got my nails done this morning. Will never go anywhere else. Katherine is the best.

They want you to book appointments online but then are up to 30 minutes late for them. And don’t apologize or tell you when they’ll be ready. That’s poor customer service .

Nails lasted 9 days. Shape was terrible and bumpy.

Had a to wait about an hour but it was worth it. Kim did a great job and took time to help me with picking a color because I usually do the typical french or bubble bath color. Will definitely be back!

Great Place for Pedicures. Good location off the highway.The atmosphere is nice, modern and relaxing. The staff is very friendly. I enjoy the massage chairs while getting my pedicure. There are big screen TVs for entertainment. There isnt a long wait. Prices are average.

Pedicure was good but my nails are awful... I got the dip powder and I can’t remember his name but a man did my nails, he was very rough and left me with small cuts on 3 of my fingers. Not only that but my nails are very chunky and uneven. Lastly there are spots completely missing color on 7 nails. If my fingers weren’t cut up I would have asked to just take it all off but it was already burning I just wanted to leave. So again pedicures, sure... manicures absolutely not.

I walked in and they asked if I had an appointment, and I said yes. They asked me the time, and I told them. They asked me who it was with,and I said I dont remember I booked an appointment on line.She says can you look it up on your phone? First off shouldnt it be in your system? Who ever wa doing my nails should of been waiting for me. Well since I couldnt remember who my appointment was with they told me to come back in an hour. I did not come back, and will never come back. That is very unprofessional, and not the way you conduct a business.

This place may be a hidden gem. They have plenty of staff, the place is spacious, and prices are compatible to most others.

The girl that did my nails was either new or not licensed and did an awful job. The edges of my nails were rough and bumpy which I didnt realize until I got home. I was trying not to mess up until dry. Had to file sides to smooth out. Lily is good but she wasnt there.

Take my daughter here on the regular to get her eyebrows waxed. No reservation, we always walk in and theres rarely a wait. They do a great job. Also have gotten myself a pedicure here, they were excellent. Highly recommended.

Had dip powder manicure, charged me $40, tore my skin with the dremmel tool, and sent me out the door with crumbs and stuffing all over my nails, and they are sharp. HORRIBLE. Oh and they scream at each other in Vietnamese

Terrible service. They offer manicure services but do not have proper people in place that can do adequate gel manicure and regular pedicure. The paint job was horrific, did not clean around the foot or hands. When this was brought to the owners attention he refused to correct or even clean up around the nails. He stated this was there best. This shop is charging low prices but the quality of work is poor. This was a few days before my baby reveal. Very disappointed!

I came in on Sunday afternoon & Tom did my nails. I want to say thank you for doing my nails the last 3xs. You have done such a beautiful job on my dips, & pedis each time Ive seen you since the reopening. Also, I was amazed at HOW LONG my nails lasted until I came in on Sunday, since June 26th-ish, almost 3 weeks! & a bathroom paint job! I truly appreciate someone who takes time & care for making sure I look good before I leave.Also, thank you to all of the staff as well who have also taken time to do my nails in the past, I dont like going anywhere else because I know of the the quality of work that I have received at Foxy Nails.

My lash and eyebrow service are always A-1. It is better when you make an appointment got right in. I will be a faithful customer for a long time. Cyndy is the best hands down.

I just started coming here but after a couple of visits Im very happy! Ivy does a great job and is friendly and sweet. I get a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. Both last so long!!! The employees all seem to work together really well and seem to laugh together a lot which makes for a pleasant experience. Ive been very impressed and definitely will be returning!

Literally so RUDE. I understand we’re in a pandemic, but I don’t know businesses rules & policies. There was no sign stated for appointment only. They took my temperature & I had to sign a consent form but then was very unprofessional, rude & hostile about the situation. Their attitude sucks. Honestly should just close if they are going to make the situation worse. NEVER SPENDING MY MONEY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!
