Run of the mill nail salon. Sometimes they do great work sometimes its not so great. It depends on who you get and how close it is to closing time. It is super clean and the decor is really pretty so thats a plus. Free wine or soft drinks. Prices are on the high side where Im from but seem to be standard for the area.

Really nice lady did my names very late in the day. It was last minute bit they gave .e great service anyway.

Felt pampered, my nail tech really took her time. My 8 year old really enjoyed her pedicure. Only 3 stars because I dont know what I was charged for and my daughters gel polish peeled right off

Great techs, great customer service, really great services offered, reasonably priced. I came in first time today and they offered a complimentary paraffin hand wax with the polish I got! They also gave me a bottle of lotion for the holiday special. Ill be back for sure! Today I did a cat eye style in gel.

Very disappointed nails on crooked not all shaped the same will not be back hot nails done for upcoming pictures and now I’m embarrassed to have my nails in any of the pictures!! Very upset and disappointed

I got a full set of acrylic and it’s not even been a week and one just fell off, my friend also had multiple air bubbles and very misshapen very disappointing and unprofessional.

If I could give less than one star I would. I cant believe all the great reviews I saw for this place. That was the only reason I went here. Please save your money!!! I picked out a pink gel color that took many coats and looks white. The nail technician put on the coats so fast it bubbled up on my nails. All I see are dots and lines from the horrible job he did!!!

This is the only place I trust to do my nails and eyebrows. They’ve always done an amazing job & I’ve been coming here since 2015. Highly recommend!

I went here for the first time last weekend. My nails were in bad shape from the quarantine and Candy did an amazing job! I will Definitely be back to see her!!

My adult daughter and I work together and often get our nails done after work, our previous place was great, but always so busy and they close early. We have been to OMG 4 times (every 2 weeks), the quality has gone down each time and the price seems to be going up. When asked about the difference in the prices, it was as if we were being attacked by all but one woman in the salon. It is unfortunate that asking a question about our service could turn so ugly. To top it off, TODAY I have a nail lifting, which was my initial complaint that quality had gone down. I have no problem with the fees unless I feel like the service wasnt rendered. I feel like they do less than average nails and are not overly welcoming or inviting. Too bad, because the salon is pretty and relaxing on the inside.

Love this place! Have seen 3 different technicians and each one has done a fantastic job. Highly recommend going here.

The nail tech did a wonderful and thorough job on my pedicure and gel manicure. They were polite and didnt cut corners or rush through as many of the salons Ive been to in the area have. My gel polish is going strong a week later.

For what customers pay for gel manicures, I would have expected my nails to last more than one day. Felt hurried during application then the next day, two finger’s gel cracked and came off. I hadn’t done anything that would subject them to peel and been getting nails done for many years. Disappointed ☹️

My boyfriend and I both got pedicures. The service was fast and great! I feel like my tech could have put a little more effort into my pedicure but my toes look great so!

The main pedi was good, and the staff was friendly. Appointments must be more time average here. There were only 3 people working and they turned a lot of people away due to a long wait. The lady that did my service was not wearing an easy outfit to do business in. She kept having to dodge to keep her ruffles out of my polish! Decent experience. I might try again.

I loved this place! I went in for a Shellac Manicure and they had these new color changing polishes so I decided to try them out. My nails now turn from a dark purple to a light lavender depending on temperature. They are awesome! It has been over a month and they havent chipped yet! It is a great place, well worth the money!

It seems that their prices go up every few months. And dont fo what you ask them to do. They charge money to remove old nail polish and charge me $5 for each toe if I wanted to get diamond art.

I had never had my nails done and my friend and I decided to go at the last minute for a mani/pedi. It was a wonderful first experience! Since it was my first time I required extra time and patience trying to decide what I wanted which I appreciated tremendously! They were all so nice and very helpful. It was an experience I thoroughly enjoyed and will not only go back but will tell my friends about!

My grandmother and I are here regularly. They are always very patient and kind to her. My nails always look good and last a long time.

Less than one star. Walked in to a song repeatedly saying the n@gg#r word. Would have walked out then, but didnt want to ruin my mom and me day. Then they wouldnt let my mom who has diabetes and cant get pedicures sit in the pedicure area with me, because the pedicure area was for customers only even though there were only 3 customers in the entire shop. We even asked if she could sit in a regular chair just close enough so we could talk. They said she would have to stay up front. I thanked them and left. We went to another nail shop and before we could ask they asked if my mother would like to sit with me and brought her a chair. This made both of our day, because we were celebrating me becoming a certified teacher. I will never go there again and I am grateful for the poor customer service because it led me to the place I will be highly recommending.

I and my bridesmaids wanted to get our nails done before my wedding in October and were searching for a good place to go. The place we originally were going to go closed so we were scrambling to find a place that could take our group that day. My maid of honor called and set up a group appointment for us with no advanced notice and we were SO thankful that OMG Nails was able to work us in! We arrived and they were ready for us and got us in chairs immediately! I had the honor of having the owner herself do my nails and she did a WONDERFUL job! She made me feel very comfortable and was able to take some of the stress I was feeling about the wedding, and get it out of my mind, and to just have a good time! Our whole group felt pampered and we had a great time. When we were done our nails were fabulous and we were all so happy with the color selection and the level of quality of their work! My gel nails lasted for over 2 weeks! I could not have asked for a better experience! I dont get my nails dont often, but when I do again, you can bet Ill be making the 45 min. drive there to have them done, because I know the quality is so worth it! On a side note, one of my flower girls was with us and got to get her nails painted, and got a pedi. They have the cutest little Hello Kitty mini pedi chairs for little ladies like her and she was just SO EXCITED! That extra touch just really puts this place over the top! What a fun place!

OMG Nail Spa is THE place to go! Tyler and Jessie treat you with generous hospitality as if you were a part of their family from the second you walk in the door. The nail techs are the best around, with their professionalism and perfectionism you will never walk away anything less than thrilled. And if that wasnt enough... They serve complimentary cocktails! It really doesnt get better this. I will never go anywhere else!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I left in tears. They ruined my nail design and every time I asked them to fix it, they just said to put my nails under the light.I called in once I left in tears and told them about their service, and I asked for a refund. All they told me was the manager wasnt in, the manager would call me back. When they did call me back it was the same woman.Each time I said I was posting reviews about this visit, they were finally able to come up with the fact the we were actually in their salon, able to talk to who did the services, who was EXTREMELY rude, etc.I recommend NEVER VISITING THIS SALON!!!!

The nail tech recommended paraffin dip for my dry heels. She confirmed the upcharge was acceptable.

Got a French manicure on my toes, and two days later all of the nail polish peeled off and my nails looked disgusting. Plus, during the pedicure they barely did any type of massaging or callous scrubbing, it was basically getting my feet wet and then getting my nails painted. Way too expensive for what you get. I got French pedicure for 2 days for nearly $40. Then, I got acrylics and they were nice, but also really expensive. And they arent very gentle when they take them off. Nice owners, pedicure quality is a 0.

I got a nail infection from the place and may lose to nail altogether. I got my nails dipped. The last time I was there my finger was bleeding. Anna looked at it and just stuck my finger right in. Now the next person that comes in will put their fingers in that same powder.

Terrible experience. My friend and I got the same $51 pedi (50 minutes). Mine ended 15 minutes before hers and I was charged $5 extra to take off gel. Polish was also left all around the nails. I have visited this salon many times in the past but will not be returning.

Went at exactly 930 this morning 2 people ahead of me 2 people after me and I was only black person in the shop they ask me can I come back in 30 mins no I will take my business else where if anything why not ask the last person that came to come back or just wait 30 mins racist I will not return

If anything I would barely give this place a one star! I reaserched nail salons in the northland and OMG had really good reviews, so my sister and I decieded to try it. We made an appointment and arrived at the facility. When we sat down in our chairs I put my feet in the water and it was ice coldI told the young lady and she came over and messed with the water I tried to stir the water and I unfortunately did splash a little water on the floor. I apologized and she came over and told me stop moving your feet this is not a bathtub. She then came over and said see this is hot and she pointed the hose at my foot and sprayed scalding hot water on it!!! I almost screamed, but I didnt want to create a scene. When I put my feet back in the water it really was too hot but I was not about to say anything.She then went over my sisters chair and began giving her a pedicure. My sisters water had become too cold but she didnt want to say anything either. Another person came over and finished my pedicure. Neither person talked to either me or my sister they talked between each other in their native language. The person that was working on my sister talked on her phone while she half heartedly finished the pedicure. I am not sure how they got such wonderful reviews. We will not return and I would not recommend any one else to go there. They also used the same tools on me and my sister!!
