I ALWAYS come out lookn like a Queen (with my crown sitting straight).... EVERYONE in Victorias Nails rocks designs. If you got a look you want.. they do their VERY BEST to replicate the design or just go and let them freestyle.I guarantee you, you WILL appreciate how you come out lookn and feeling 💜

Loving this salon! What ever nail design I show Victoria, she does her best make sure she can match it and the service is always pleasant. Even if its not exactly what Im asking for, Im still satisfied with the end results. I would recommend them to anyone that likes for their nails to be different and done well.

I waited for over an hour and 45 mins to get a fill.. I specifically asked for a particular person- because that who I was referred to; and she was on the same person for almost 2 hours after being told I was referred to her.. and even after an hour wait we asked how much longer the wait was going to be and was told 15 mins… I was still waiting about 45 mins later.. Folks before me and after me left whileI was still waiting!! So we left! The person I was waiting on was talking, walking around knowing I was waiting to be seen by her… So I will never step foot in there again nor will I refer anyone! I’m particular about customer service and this was not it!!

Theyve been around a long time. My nails are always to my liking never a complaint. I would like to see them upgrade to a bigger place newer equipment for their level of clientele it way too small.

I literally called before I came and was told it was a 15 minute wait. I understand in these situations that people can come in and add to the list however when I arrived I asked again after I put my name on the list how long was the wait they told me 15 minutes. I ended up having to stand outside the building in the heat for about 45 minutes when I saw three other women come in 30 minutes after I showed up and get right in the door. Know that these women were white and I am a black woman. I have patronize this business for over 10 years and to be treated like that I will never drive from 87th St. to 12th St. ever again to try to get my nails done they have Officially took the fun out of the leisure of getting my nails done..

I love, love this place, nails and feet looks MARVELOUS....I have been going to this place for a couple of years and have always been treated professionally by all staff. Keep in mind, they do take appointments but for me I go in the middle of the week, weekends is their busiest time. The times are accurate that is posted, thdy even opened there doors at 8am.

They are rude unless you are one of their regular customers in which you get 5 star treatment. I drove from Laqrence with my fiance because we were gonna get the gel pedicures. Walked in before 6 but because they were having a slow day, they wanted to go home. Andy stated they take the last customer at 6 but the old lady in the back said she was ready to go home. I said fine and asked Victoria to do my eyebrows and she stated she was busy. Mind you, no one was at her chair.

I was looking for a new nail salon and came across the website for Victoria nails and decided to try them. I love my nails Victoria is very creative!! I dont know the ladys name that did my pedicure but ohhh she was wonderful!! If you are looking for a nail salon you need to try them.

I will NEVER go back. The nail service quality is actually good, but the customer service is terrible. There is always an extremely long wait to get your nails done and they don’t take appointments. What they will do is hold a spot in line for regulars. I waited over an hour in the waiting area while they continued to take people who walked in well after I came in. I confronted the owner and he continued to make excuses and take the next “person who came back”.

Have been going here for years since a little girl I went in today to get my nails done and it was the WORST! A couple months back I got into a car wreck and my wrists are severely damaged and Vann was extremely rough she kept bending and trying to force my hands and wrist to bend in ways they cant anymore and she kept bending them which was EXTREMELY painful..i kept trying to explain to her but she was getting offended and becoming very rude and began to hurt me on purpose..in results I will NEVER RETURN SERVICES TO THEM AGAIN..not to mention they didnt have air in almost 100 degree weather it was EXTREMELY hot and uncomfortable..all the money they make and cant have proper hospitality to turn on the air is RIDICULOUS and very inconsiderate.

I recently changed nail shops due to my old tech not being a sharp as they use to be. I begin to go to Victorias and I love the outcome each time . now she does not except cards you must have cash thats kind of hard for me to remember being I dont carry cash but there are two atm machines across the street (walking distance) so it all works out

This shop is small. The place is dirty. People sitting on top of each other. I went in and some guy asked me what i wanted i said the dip. I sat down for 20 min before he told me the girl who does the dip doesnt come in until Wednesday. Total waste of time.

1st of all...I go every 2 weeks. Sometimes even more frequently depending on if I have an important engagement. But somehow every time I go they dig down in my toenail so hard claiming “you have an ingrown toenail”. (Wouldnt I notice that?) My toenails on my big toes STILL hurt tremendously. They aren’t filed correctly. They are filed like coffin nails or something. 🤦🏾‍♀️2nd of all...YESTERDAY I HAD SUCH A RUDE EXPEEIENCE! I told Helen that I didn’t want anything but black & silver because my sisters celebration of life are going to be those colors. (Now I watched the lady before me get upset & only get a full white polish...because when she asked for diamonds on 2 fingers...Helen told her it would be $25 more! 😮 Then she got upset because the girl declined to get diamonds and had Andy do her nails. 😮 So she peeps that I had diamonds from the last time...so she tells me “just hold on...I need to get her out of my seat first”...I’m thinking ok whatever. Then when I sit down I tells her “No diamonds. Only black & silver. She puts the acrylic on my nails. Then tells Andy she doesn’t want to do my nails because I only wanted 2 colors and no diamonds (upcharge)...So I’m still like whatever...at this point I’m just ready to go. Andy gets upset because she didn’t file them AT ALL. He then files them. (Still thinking whatever....REALLY TRYING TO KEEP MY COOL)...he then also tries to upcharge. I say “Uhm Noooo...I only want black & silver. No designs, no diamonds” He then gets an attitude and has THE NEXT LADY do my nails. He then proceeds to go lay down kick his feet up & watch videos on his phone. They both tell me “I don’t want to do your nails because you don’t want diamonds” “she doesn’t even want to touch you hand” “she will deal with you when you want more”. I’m just totally disappointed in how they treat a loyal customer. They get upset when you ask them to change the water because it looks filthy, they use the EXACT SAME nail filers as the lady before you. #I wish I had 4 hands to give them 4 thumbs down 👎👎👎👎

I have been going here for years, over a decade actually. Setting an appointment or early walk in, like as soon as they open; is the best way to cut down waiting time. Everyone is friendly. Bring a picture of you cant decide on a color or style.
