Best nail salon in KC! They take their time and create the PERFECT nail shape and the design is just what I was looking for! My nails are PERFECT for my trip to Spain now! Theyre also VERY gentle with my injured thumb and toes that are recovering from surgery. I cant say enough good things about this place!

I have been going to this place for a year and seeing John who is amazing... today I saw Connie and paid $65 for crooked nails with uneven coats of polish :/ I can see clumps of polish in some spots and my bare nail in others, and some nails are completely different shades because of the uneven painting. I’m disappointed that there’s not consistency for the price. I will probably be back but only for John.

Polished did a wonderful job! Professional, clean, efficient and friendly! I LOVE the color I chose for Dip Powder and already received so many compliments on my nails! It was my first time getting a service here and it won’t be my last! Highly recommend!

My sister in law and all her bridesmaids came here the day before her wedding (today) to get manicures and pedicures. Every single person who works here is so sweet and accommodating. My nail technician was Kayden, and he did a phenomenal job on my gel manicure and pedicure. He was funny and really nice. Highly recommend this nail salon!!

I was a walk in and they were able to fit me in to their schedule, even when they were busy on a Monday afternoon. Service was efficient and friendly and definitely fit the price range. Will definitely go back.

A nice clean salon, but not really what they advertise.We held a.bachelorette preparty here and were told we could bring food and drinks and such.. not only did they not have us signed up for enough people, we couldnt do food, there were other people scheduled at the same time even though we booked all of the techs that morning. And they were not very kind about it we booked these appointments months out and they acted like they had no clue we were coming in. It was just a hot mess. But the brides nails turned out very nice, as did my toes, but we wont be going back.

Visiting from out of town & needed something close. I personally didn’t feel I got a $55 worth pedicure. I’ve had a lot of pedicures in my day & this one I should have skipped. I’ll also never understand why nail Salons charge for taking off nail polish when you’re already paying for a service that includes polish. I’m supposed to take it off myself at home first? I would recommend trying another salon nearby.

I love this establishment. It is very professionally run. AWhen I have an appointment I never have to wait more than a few minutes. Que is my nail technician and he does an amazing job every time.

Great punch card system, very clean and fast, and lovely service. Best high volume nail salon in the downtown area for acrylics, and Ive tried them all. John was awesome and fast!

I arrived on time to my appointment but they were running behind. I understand that can happen, but they took a walk-in before attending to me. The best course of action would have been to check in on me to see if I was ok with being pushed back for a quick fixed nail. That didn’t happen so I left. The lobby chairs were also filthy which made me concerned about their sanitation practices. I can’t comment on the work itself since I didn’t stay.

The best manicure and pedicure Ive had. The staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is clean and all tools are sanitized, I feel very comfortable going here, even during the pandemic. They have an excellent color selection and do all types of manicures. I love the pedicure selection and find the polished pedicure to be super relaxing.

I go to Polished every three weeks to get my nails done. I have had acrylic nails as well as just gel, and just about every nail tech has worked on my nails. Every one is so nice and professional! In the two years Ive been going, Ive only had one manicure that wasnt perfection and they fixed it for free.The atmosphere is very upscale. Chandeliers hang from the ceiling and the space is bright and clean with contrasts of black and white design. You can have wine, water or soda while you get your nails done. They also offer brow/facial waxing services but I have not taken advantage of those services. They are a little pricier than most nail salons I have been to, which is why I say 4 stars rather than 5 (acrylic fill with gel color costs about $40) but my nails do last and are well done. Parking is located in the Cosentinos garage and can be validated for free as long as you stay parked under two hours.

I really wanted to like this place. location was amazing, service was fantastic, but somehow got an infection from this place!!!!!!! this was supposed to be a birthday treat but it ended up getting me a toe infection instead. :(

Every time I come here they do a great job. I got my nails done at Nail Envy yesterday out by the Legends in Kansas, they did an absolutely terrible job. It wasn’t the color I wanted, she didn’t do the shape I wanted, she CUT my finger so bad it was bleeding and didn’t even apologize, and they wouldn’t refund me my money. I came back to Polished (which is where I always go) and they fixed them up and now I absolutely love them. I shouldn’t have gone anywhere else!

I moved a few blocked away and needed a new salon. Went there 4 times (A temperature check and paper of covid questions every time) and this time she tells me I can’t wear my mask? It’s not protective enough. You know some people have weak lungs, and health problems. I would love to be able to breath while having my carbon dioxide strapped to my face like others but that’s life. ITS BEEN A YEAR. I just wanted to get my nails done once a month. Horrible place, and I tell anyone that asks.

Really great salon. I was visiting Kansas City from out of town and stepped in for a dip manicure. Was seated quickly and they have a large selection of colors to choose from. Very clean salon and friendly staff!

The people were very nice and friendly, and the salon was very neat and clean. However, I got my nails done on Sunday and by Monday afternoon my nails began to chip. I wash my hands often and didnt expect them to last more than 5 or 6 days, but less than 24hrs is a bit of a shame. Today is Tuesday, just barely 48 hours later and my nails are as pictured. I called to ask if the severely chipped ones could be redone, and I was told there was a 4 day guarantee on gel or dipped, but none on regular nail polish. I found that disappointing compared to other guarantees.

Great service! I walked in and was greeted as I entered by the nearest employee. I didnt make an appointment, but they were able to get me in within 20 minutes and the place was packed!John listened to exactly what I wanted and was wonderful to work with. I will be back!

My nails always look do good. I usually get the same girl all the time. Tip: Make your appointment a few days ahead or you risk the chance of not getting in at all.

Been going a few years now and they do a great job! Most the girls know me now and treat me so good! They always find time to squeeze me in and the results are always the same, perfection.

The price is a little too high, but the service is good depends on who gets your nails done. I forgot the name of my stylist, she had short, black hair; very nice and friendly. We had a very good conversation.She also was so careful because my previous nail stylist was hurting my nails and fingers. I liked my nails and all the suggestion and conversation.

I had such great service for my manicure pedicure at Polished! Ive tried a few cheaper and more expensive nail salons around KC and further but this has by far been the best. Ill definitely be coming back. I had dip nail extentions a couple months ago and had them taken off in sept. My nails have been super weak and break easily so I just had a regular manicure at Polished. I told the technician and she really took care of my nails. The entry service is super safe with the covid precautions, theres plenty of space and they dont get caught up when they are really busy. Pedicure was very comfortable and the tech made sure I was happy throughout. Also if nothing else, sit in the massage chairs! I have lower back issues and this was a dream to sit through!Making an appointment was easy, attitude is great there and they are very patient!

I cannot say enough great things about Polished! I work right next door, so not only is it incredibly convenient, the salon itself is just adorable. The atmosphere is always fun. In addition, we tried a dip color yesterday that didnt turn out quite the way we expected. The color was more of an orange tone when we expected nude. I have a huge event this weekend, and just wanted to love it a little more than I did. It was no ones fault- Tracy did an absolutely amazing job, the color just wasnt what we expected. Tiffany, their coordinator, is quite possibly one of the kindest, most hospitable human beings Ive ever met. She is stellar in her customer service, and her enthusiasm. She got me in right away this morning to get the color corrected with Tracy, and the color we picked the second time was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much, Polished staff! I’ve been going to this salon since it pretty much opened. First time I went I had an issued with the gel polish and they were quick to make it right. Have been a loyal client ever since. Always friendly and able to work me in.

I’ve only been there once but my experience was phenomenal! I was a walk in and they let me know what time someone would be available with minutes of my getting there. I was treated politely and everyone was very professional. I got dip powder nails with tips and they lasted forever. The guy did an amazing job. They were even lengths, smooth, and very very neat! I will be returning and would recommend to anyone in the KC area.

This was my first trip to Polished Nail, my daughter recommend it to me. She has been to many salons and said this one is the best. The cleanliness of the salon rates 5 stars alone. The staff was courteous and my wait time as a walk-in was less than 10 minutes. I had a male nail tech and he did a wonderful job. Im going to try and go once a month, I owe it to myself.

My wedding party and I came here to get our nails done after my bridal brunch the day before the wedding. They had plenty of room for our big party (although definitely make a reservation well in advance if you plan to do this) and made us all feel very comfortable. They got us in and out in no time! My nails always turn out great here, and as I type this, my nails still look the same as they did at my wedding over two weeks ago (I did the gel manicure). The free wine doesnt hurt :)

My first pedicure ever with my girlfriend. It was fun to have my feet cared for! My girlfriend wanted go have her dead skin on her feet taken off, and they took off some, but not all. So being explicit might be able to fix that. Friendly and great service.

I went in with my daughter for pedicures though my daughter was satisfied with her toes i was not the tech didn’t take the dead skin from around my toes and they look horrible the pedicures are way overpriced. I get pedicures often and no shop that I’ve ever been in are you in and out in thirty minutes it was a rush job and it definitely shows maybe it was just my tech idk but i won’t be back. Made an appointment for 6 of us a month out, put down a deposit and when we arrived, they couldn’t find our reservation and a Christmas tradition with my siblings was completely ruined. Then I had to jump through hoops to get a refund for my deposit.

Im back now and its the only place Ill go for my nails. Kelsey and Jenny usually do my nails and they are amazing! Their receptionist, Nikki is awesome and Tu, the owner is fantastic. I cannot give enough praise to these ladies. I look forward to every appointment!

Terrible experience. I made an appointment for a pedicure and a fill. They tried to soak my acrylics off. They over charged me. I had to have half of my nail services done in the pedicure chair because they kept taking walk ins ahead of me. And my nails look terrible. I’m going to have to go elsewhere to get them fixed. In spots it looks like I already need a fill and others there is unpolished acrylic clumped up. The girl cut me, I could go on and on... $115 later... I tried to contact them to see about a partial refund but I guess they’re not interested in keeping their customers happy.

The experience here is really amazing, they owner and staff were kind enough to fit us in as walk ins, though we should all make appointments you guys, they’re busy! I went in for a pedicure and manicure by appointment. The pedicure was just ok but was clearly rushed. The manicure was horrible. The technician made my cuticles bleed and the polish was uneven and very poorly applied. The polish did not cover my whole nail in places and then was on the skin surrounding my nails in others.The service and quality has unfortunately seemed to worsen over the past year. While the location is convenient, I will be looking for a new salon in the future.

My go to nail spot! Moved to KC a couple years ago and have tried many nail shops and this is hands down THE BEST. I get a gel mani every 3 weeks and they do a fantastic job. The nail technicians are friendly and professional and nice atmosphere. They are a little pricier than other shops but its worth every penny for the professional way my nails are done. Highly recommend!

This was my first time getting gel nails and I love them they lasted way longer than acrylics I have had in the past. The ladies here are always really nice and friendly. They always ask if I need anything or if they can get me anything, they are not too rough with my nails either which is good because I have sensitive fingers.

Never disappointed. I’ve had acrylics, dip, and gel done here. All of them each time have turned out perfect. Never any chipping, peels, breaking, etc. It’s the only place I go to.
