Amazing service! I had gone online to request a quote for the service, and they had a clean and well placed system to help show what I wanted hauled away. The appointment and quote were all set within a few minutes. The day of the service they called to check if they could work sooner, and were very nice. Absolutely understanding of any changes or nuances that may come up. The price was more than the quote, but it’s reasonable as I asked if they can remove more than what I asked for on the website. They had to make a second trip, and were very speedy when coming back to finish. Overall great communication, service, and friendly. Affordable pricing as well. I would recommend them all the time! They were early according to schedule, courteous, understanding, and fast in removing my items. I found broken glass and they offered to clean it up as best as possible. I wanted to understand clearly on how they figure their quote but was informed they gave me a break as they stated there was more to remove than what was originally quoted. I went online last night in search of a hauler to remove a large sofa. I didn’t think I was giving enough notice as it was late and I wanted them to come between 8am - 10 am. I filled out the online form and forgot about it. Shortly after 8am I received a call from Michael - they could do it as scheduled. The rate was reasonable. These guys were very nice and professional. The service was fast, and courteous. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be calling them again. My first call to another company was answered by a grumpy voice. My second call was to Junk King, and I was kindly greeted by Meghan. The crew had shown up to the residence earlier than scheduled. They arrived around 11:15am when the schedule time was from 1pm - 3pm. I called multiple times to ask the crew to return but did not receive status until my 3rd call to the central number. The rep (Alicia?) was able to secure time the following day. The crew called and showed up around 10am vs. the 1pm - 3pm scheduled time. The crew said that sometimes their schedule changes. If a crew would be arriving earlier than the scheduled time, it would be good to advise customers that this could happen either on the website or when I scheduled the pick-up.

We’ve been collecting things that needed to go to the dump for too long and with three little kids at home and no truck, we finally realized that hiring someone to do the job was completely worth it— and it is! This is not the cheapest way to get rid of your junk, but money well spent. We should’ve done it sooner! Booking was so simple and the guys came right when we needed them. I couldnt be happier with Junk King. Wes and crew resolved a problem that Id been avoiding for 15 years. They removed an ancient swimming pool filter--a large steel tank filled with sand and gravel--that was in a position that couldnt be reached by a crane and was surrounded by newer pool equipment. I contacted JunkKings via their website the night before in order to have a cal king mattress and some box springs removed from my home. Not only did these guys show up, professionally remove my furniture (while following COVID guidelines), they chose to give me a courtesy call 4 hours prior to our scheduled time to inform me that they could come by earlier if it was okay with me.
