Got dip power nails, the nails were comically thick and the nail tech failed to clean up the under part of the nail. The nail polish didnt reach the edges and wasnt wrapped around the bottom, leaving the nail to be exposed. The nails were shaped poorly.

Went for the first time yesterday and I fell in love! I’ve been having the same nail technician for the past 4 years but he moved away so I was very skeptical 🤦🏾‍♀️but AK got me right on in and was marvelous! The shop is clean and relaxing, and I have found my new nail technician 🙌🏾

This spot is clean relaxing an over all the spot to go to get your nails done right. The owner is amazing an has been doin my nails for 4 years. He takes his time does what u like, im NEVER disappointed. You want your nails done right check this spot out!!

Clean on a look around but after having to go back to fix my nails and pedicure realize g that is was unsanitary . me my friend and daughter went there for full sets and pedicure ... during pedicure Water was too hot they hurt me during the massage by hitting me with some tool my nail Polish wasnt right my girlfriends pedicure chair wasnt even working She cut me and I have a partial infection on my big toe paint was very and even then my friends nails were hideous he made them incredibly too thick mine you could see through where he had dipped them improperly He insisted that you needed tips for dips nails which is wrong and charged me for my daughters nails and theyre mainly yellow and she one of yellow and green So we returned to get them fixed the following Monday which was the very next day he forcefully was removing my girlfriend said a nails instead of soaking them off like he should have he was hurting her they re did my nails with the only way that he said that it would look better as doing a full color on it and then putting the sparkles which Ive seen many pictures of dip nails is not the case so then my girlfriend gets coffin tipped nails and not even 2 days later a nail broke he will not refund our money for for our inconveniences or his malpractice of doing nails he offers her $20 to make up for all this grief and I just want my money back I have never talked badly or rode a batter of you about any place I understand about being tired to understand about everything else but Im not happy and I refused ever set foot in this facility again using dirty implements on me the 2nd time we went in is not acceptable
