I am the pickiest person when it comes to my nails and Ned has checked all the boxes. He is a true artist, extremely talented, professional andI always leave felling super happy and absolutely loving my nails. Not to mention that the quality of Ned’s work is unmatched. I can go almost a month with my nails still looking great. The Studio at Pompano and their staff are the best. I look forward to my appointments every single time. I highly recommend this salon and If you want the most beautiful, high quality, long lasting nails Ned is definitely the Tech you’llwant to choose. Anna and Odalys are also the sweetest, super helpful and very professional!

I visited this nail salon today (second visit) and got a gel pedicure and dip powder with a basic line design(I’ve paid $15 for same design at another local nail salon). Very simple, took the same time it typically does. Unfortunately I will not be returning. So far my nails look ok but this is the type of place that makes up pricing based on what you look like you can afford. I walked out of their spending $162 for something that Is basic. I hope they hold up for a minimum of 2 weeks because otherwise that will make the situation even worse.I get my nails done every 2 1/2 weeks and spend the most $100. I was overcharged for a nail design that Gloria made the pricing up for without any warning that the simple lines would cost almost as much as the gel powder did. The lines are not even detailed and I’m really upset that they Nickle and dime you for everything. $45 for gel pedicure, $47 for gel powder, $10 to “shape them” round.. ? Plus $40 for some random simple line design. In addition I still tipped her $25.I’ve visited upwards of 15 different salons and NEVER paid this. If I was told in advance and still said yes that would of been up to me.As a fellow business owner I don’t think this is a professional way to do business. I will not be coming back because of this.Make sure If you still decide to give them your hard earned money that you ask in advance what something will cost because otherwise they just make it up at the register based on your appearance.

I went for a dip manicure the lady rushed me to pick my color to make sure they can get to next customer, I got my nails done 3 days ago they are lifting he didn’t clean around the cuticle I spent 50 dollars and now I have to go to a different salon and repay to have them done again. I don’t understand why people don’t take there time and make there work look good it’s all about word out mouth if people like your work they come. Anyways definitely don’t recommend .

So I’ve only been to this salon two times but that’s all it took for me to know this is the ONLY place I want to get my manicures done at. Ned is my nail technician and he is the real deal ladies and gentlemen. He is SO talented it’s not even funny. If you’re looking for beautiful, clean, and precise nails. He is the one to go to. Not to mention the staff in general is super nice and attentive. I’ve just had such a great experience here so far and I hope that by reading this, you will want to experience this too!

Today is August 22nd, on August 17th I received a pedicure with gel polish two days later I tried on a shoe at Neiman Marcus and my polish chipped on my toe so bad it looked like an amateur did my pedi. Today, 5 days later one of my nails came off and some of the others are lifting, I paid $110 for one of the worst gel jobs I’ve ever experienced…

I am writing this in the parking lot because I am just so happy I had to leave a review! Annie did an amazing job. I wanted a simple pedicure and SNS dip nails and from start to finish it was amazing. The salon is very beautiful, clean and quiet. The massage chair is the best. Really gets in there lol Annie was delicate but efficient and my pedicure is perfect! But my manicure really sold me. She executed the exact shape I wanted perfectly, offered a design and did such a beautiful job. Her attention to detail was top notch and I was so relaxed the whole time. I will for sure be going back and asking for her. Best salon experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you!!!

Once I started coming the The Studio and seeing Ned, I havent done my nails with anyone else! My nails are always on point. Ned is patient, takes his time, and is worth the wait!

Booked an appointment this weekend they were busy but they took me in on time. I had Annie do my SNS nails. The nails were amazing and very relaxing, she spent Time and no rush to make sure everything is fine! She did a great job with my nails and I love the color, the best thing about it is the price for a “luxury salon” it was a great overall experience which was amazing and I highly recommend to anyone in the area !!

I was charged $15 for simply filing my nails and for a fullset instead of a fill and was told if you dont like it dispute it in your card and dont come back who does business like this?! Terrible! Will not come back or ever recommend not to mention the most crooked french!

Amazing service. My appointment was at 9:30 AM and at 10:20 AM I was paying the bill ❤️ And they was putting the entire system on my nails. They use a lot of good products and they dry quick 👍 The person who attend me was Ben. The only bad was the Asian girl at the front, she was so rude, not nice at all. This place is the best nail salon in South Florida! It’s super clean and beautiful. The ladies in the front, Anna and Ashley are absolutely delightful. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness. And I love how their appointment system is set up. They always give me a reminder text and email before my appointment. And because of that I haven’t missed an appointment with Ned. Ned is a SUPERSTAR! He is a very talented and detailed nail artist. My nails are always flawlessly perfect thanks to him. I think they offer hair, massages and many others services too. I see a lot of people coming in for those services as well. I definitely recommend this gorgeous salon. You won’t regret your experience here!

I love Erica, she is very sweet and does a great pedicure. I broke my left leg and ankle and it is still healing. She was so gentle and careful with it and massaging the lotion on my leg. Ive been going there for a few years now and always see Erica! Very highly recommend!

Got a regular pedicure and it didn’t last. I’m very good at taking care of my nails and they usually last about a week and a half before they start pealing off. These started to peal the next day. I hadn’t cleaned or washed dishes yet. I did them Saturday afternoon and by the next morning they were coming off on the sides. Didn’t have that many neutral colors options for regular nails. Waste of money and my time.

Im very sad to rate a business this low but I feel that others should know. I usually go to my regular manicurist for my mani/pedi but since she was away I decided to give this place a visit as its close by and the interior looks nice.It was easy to reach them and make an appointment. My nails were done by Jay who was pleasant and courteous, he didnt speak during the full two hours he did my mani/pedi which i actually prefer.After arriving home, I noticed that the top coat was a strange colour but figured maybe its the lighting and didnt pay much attention to it. Its been a week since I got my mani and pedi (both gel) and my nails look like pure trash. I am actually embarrassed for people to look at my nails. Some nails have bubbles on them and the top coat on every single nail looks dirty and discolored.Ive been getting my nails done for over 15 years and have never had my nails look this bad one week after getting them done. I am not sure how cheap the material has to be in order for it to look this bad.I will not be returning, unfortunately.

I have been going to the studio for years. And they have never ceased to amaze me! They have just remodeled the inside and it looks so chic! I used to go to Anna and she would do exactly what I wanted! I have recently now been going to ned to get designs and let me tell you he is an absolute artist. I always walk out with beautiful nails from shape to color! The front desk staff is very nice and attentive. The owner is so sweet! The salon itself is clean and organized. I will NEVER go anywhere else!

I took my daughter here for a pedicure and full set for her birthday,I also got a pedicure. When we were choosing polish I told the receptionist that we wanted regular polish not gel, when we were finished our bill was $153.00,I asked why so much and was told they used gel polish on my daughters toes and fingernails,my daughter never asked for gel as she was right at the desk when I specifically said to use regular polish. The so called manager and owner stated that my daughter should have known that the lady was putting gel on her nails and should have told her to stop. She was extremely rude and very nasty,offered to change polish to regular but for another charge. Very bad business woman! She should have removed the charge for the gel polish especially with the receptionist saying that I did ask for regular polish.

I paid a deposit months in advance and wasnt even informed when my appointment would be. No receipt for my deposit was given. They just stole my deposit and said I missed it.Dont expect to get professionally booked here. Theyll just make an appointment for you without telling you when it is. They claim I got a text?! I never received a call or a text to confirm anything.Also, I got a dip manicure here months ago and it was very rushed and lasted a week. Zero nail prep involved. I tried them out twice and am done with this place.The Studio Supply store is amazing, but the spa is another story. Extremely disappointed.

Ive been coming to Kory for almost 2 years and he is a total perfectionist. My dip powder nails always look natural and has helped my nails grow. They recently remodeled during quarantine and it is luxurious.

I love this nail salon! The reception area is always clean and the receptionists up front are always friendly. My appointments are always on time and start exactly when I booked, if not earlier. The salon equipment is sterile and my nail girl Keri is the best! My nails always come out looking perfect and last a decent amount of time compared to when I got them done at other places. They do everything from dip powder, acrylic powder, hair, facials, and waxing! If you need to get it all done, visit The Studio.

All I can say is Ned is the best nail tech Ive ever come across. I live in West Palm Beach and I want him to move across the street from me so he can do my nails lol...Hes very attentive and takes his time. Hes usually booked but sometimes I will call to see if he has a cancellation where he can fit me in. Every time he sees me, even if he squeezed me into his schedule last minute, I never feel like he is rushing the process. Also he has a good eye for it, he is very precise with nail art and detailed.This is in a shopping center, so ample parking. Inside is kept nice and clean. I recommend bringing cash since they dont put tip on the card but there is an ATM on site.

Peter is the absolute best! He is my go to every time I go in to get my nails done. The salon is always super clean and everyone there is nice. Theyve got a large selection of colors and a huge menu of services. It really is a one stop shop!

The studio Salon & Day Spa in Pompano is a wonderful fabulous place! Professional attention and caring. I did something special go to a masquerade party last weekend and had my nails painted black and they came out beautiful. I also went back or a pedicure for the first time in a long time. Perfect! Im quite happy and will return again and again.

They burned my skin! Yesterday, I went for an eyebrow waxing. I dont have words to describe the pain during the night. This morning eyelid swelling, erythema, and wrinkled skin. It is terrible! Its not sensible skin, its a burn.This is the first time in my life making a public complaint, but this kind of situation shouldnt happen.

Ive been coming to this salon for 7 years and couldnt be happier with the services they provide. My nail tech is Anna and she is the best at pampering me, which is why I visit her 3 times a week. The owner Karie is very friendly and makes a point to remember your name, and her staff up front always accommodate me even when I need to get last minute hair touch ups with Kevin. I highly recommend this business to all South Florida locals.

Just got home from The studio salon and I am never going to a different nail spa for my feet. Before going, I looked through the reviews and decided to make an appointment with Sandy. Sandy is literally amazing. I am prone to ingrown nails and he did her magic. I no longer feel pain in both of my big toes. SHe is not lying when he says that she’s the toe doctor! Sandy is super sweet and makes small talk with you. SHe doesn’t want his client to be scared of her and wants them to be comfortable. Like someone mentioned, she really is a perfectionist when it comes to nails . If you get a chance, make an appointment with her SHe even does designs and dwhich is a great bonus! Thank you again Sandy and The Studio Nail Spa, I’ll see you again in 2 weeks.

Made an appointment online and they called me last minute to say that the person i booked the services with (marcella) is so behind and she will not take me to come another day... what really happened is they took a walk in and decided they will jast switch my appointment!!!! Unexpected!! Had a mani/pedi clean safe environment. Had my temperature taken. Employees spoke English and understood my needs and I scheduled an appointment for a hair cut too.

For many years now I have been getting my pedicures and manicures at this place. So, on Saturday afternoon I went again. I have noticed that they changed their name to Studio.This time I just needed a manicure. During the manicure, the male tech asked me to pay before he applies the polish. No problem, however their price for a plain (not french or gel) manicure is $15.00 now. I handed a $20.00 bill to him and was given no change or receipt. Steep gratuity!The very next day the nail polish was peeling off in sheets.I went back to the salon on Monday. After seeing my nails the woman behind the counter told me that she can touch up the areas that peeled off or if I want it redone I will have to pay again.Well, this is how they lost a longtime customer!

Called a few salons to ask if they carried the SNS dip when I was in the area until I finally found The Studio. I needed a new set and was able to make an appointment for the same day. They were able to accommodate me quickly and I was in and out within an hour.

I walked in and told them that i wanted a pink and white gel polish change and they gave me a full manicure even though i told them not to and proceeded to charge me for it. She filed my nails too much even thought i told her not to and they look like stubs anyway. I told my manicurist to not make the white strip too thick on my nails and theyre all uneven and they have bubbles it looks so bad. My sister went with me and did powdered french tips and they shaped every one of her nails differently. Also they over charge for the job they did but i tipped them regularly anyway. Very nice people and place but poor nail job. I dont recommend this place

Nice salon, nice staff however once you tell the front desk what you what then the nail tech starts trying to upsale you should get gel, gel last a lot longer etc. Then try the special. I chose my polish and she confirmed it was not a special and not gel. She painted my nails and used the uv again its gel it last longer. Fine so I opted for the gel mani/pedi which Ive had before at another salon and it literally had to be taken off at the salon. Never chiped or cracked.2 days after my polish started to chip off and cracking today i can just pull the polish off my nail as a hole.Its not gel polish at all! Dont waste your money. Rip off

I have used Keri to do my nails when Anna is off... She is just wonderful .... I would never change ... the owner works just as hard as her employees... a true leader.... I even bring my mom here & she loves Tony .... Her knew man lol 😂 They never disappoint... They have new massage chairs & waiting area chairs... can’t wait to see whatever else they do ....

Opportunists!....my first visit and had a full set gel...worst ever and Im very easy to please and was charged $48 ..the eye brows were perfect, the toes were messed up before I left...i always feel horrible leaving less than a $15 tip but when it came time to give me a break down of services the girls at the front desk were evasive and then the person who did my nails all of a sudden got crass with me as if I asked for something crazy...i left a $10 tip but I felt they were pulling a fast one on a newcomer...not wise. I will make sure to recommend every other nail shop in the area and let people know not to waste their time or money here. Very disappointing

I’m a neighborhood local and have been coming for years. Recently I’ve had a horrible experience which I brought to the owners attention. One of the technicians did my nails and two days later they started separating. I called to get them fixed and had waited all week to get an appt w the original technician. When I called to tell more of my nails were separated and to make sure the technician had enough time to do my nails I was sent insulting and defensive text messages then told I wouldn’t be seen for my appt. I have spent thousands of dollars at this pricey salon for years and when I informed the owner she had no interest in resolving the matter or being accountable for the work that was compromised that I paid for and basically told me to go sow where else.So if you ever think this business values you or your business loyalty think again. If you have an issue or hold them to account, they label you as a complainer and tell you to take a hike. They have no interest in serving customers. Atrocious customer service. The owner let’s the employees do as they wish and be disrespectful to customers and she doesn’t hold her employees accountable. They left me hanging after waiting a week for a repair and gave me attitude that I called to have my nails fixed. Also the ratings on here for the most part all talk about their lousy customer service, their fluctuating prices, and I looked through the “5 star” ratings and they were made by their employees. Ned Dinh is one of their employers and he left a 5 star rating.

Its a great nail salon, I have been using Erica for the past 1 1/2 yrs. Love her!! The only reason I excluded 1 star is because sometimes the smell of nail polish remover is overwhelming when you first walk in, they need to figure out how to ventilate that better..🤭

The spa was stupendous but a bit pricey - Review as current was spectacular. The floor palcement and decors are beautiful. Customer service was great, although more smiles need to be seen. Guess need to feel welcomed. Other than that, job well done. Will recommend! ツ

I went there for my first time and I can officially say it was the worst nail manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. The nail technician had no idea what she was doing- the manicure ended up taking 10 minutes.. while my friend, who was getting the same thing as me, took 25 minutes. The nail technician rushed through my nails and toes and I ended up being done 30 minutes before my friend. I told her the shape I wanted, it felt like she did the complete opposite. My friend also took a lot longer because they changed her seat at least 3 times. I believe it was the owner who I told what went wrong, and they did offer to redo the whole thing, which was very kind and thoughtful, but I don’t think anyone really understood what I was trying to say. The nail technician apologized and said she had difficulty hearing, and that maybe I told her to do something but she didn’t hear(which I think is ridiculous), and after that was just excuses and excuses. Never ever coming back to this salon.

We had try many places and he was recommended by a family remember and we been happy the last 4 years take we been coming he never fail us once. Prices continue to go up every time I go back and its quality work but not if the price is different every 2 weeks and higher. How is a fill more expensive than a full set? Plus you are forced into gel polish. I will look for another salon.

Ive been getting my nails done here for a few years now and Ive had a few bed experiences but the majority of my nail appointments have been great! It all depends on the nail tech you get. Dont request Jenny she did anwful job with the dips and used the drill to file off my cuticles and cut my skin bad on three fingers and started bleeding. She didnt seem the know what she was doing. But my top favorite nail technicians are Benny, Marcella, Angela and Peter. Be sure to request one them!

I paid 152.00 for individual lashes, and Ruby the lady whom were working on my eyes, superglued (At least what feels like superglue), Put cluster on my eyelashes . The weight the heaviness and the length where wrong and when I brought this to her attention. She used a scissor to cut the length down. I was a little upset but I paid nevertheless. But when the lashes started to come off two days later I now see she charge me 150 dollars and used clusters. I am livid!Unhappy customer! I will not return be returning to this place for future services.Very very disappointed!

The salon in general is good. Clean and the staff is nice. However getting a good nail tech is hit or miss. Today was a TOTAL MISS. Unfortunately I didnt get the name of the gentleman. He was maybe a middle aged man with glasses. He started on my feet at least 20 mins after the young lady started on my feet and somehow managed to finish before her. Needless to say he did a horrible job and I had to go back and ask him to remove more of my cuticles. He said but there is nothing there however somehow managed to remove more, surprise surprise! Even with this he finished before my moms lady did. We moved on to the hands and I told him that it was the same with the hands please actually remove the cuticles. He said he would try his best but I still had to ask him to remove more of my cuticles and then just asked if I could remove the corners myself. I did gel polish and he did a horrible job as well. My nails are all different shapes and the nail polish is think nd he missed the corners I asked him to fix one of the corners and he took a deep breath and ignored me and proceeded to finish my nails. I get turn over but damn at least do your job properly! I will NEVER use this guy ever again he was horrible and I basically threw my money away! Erica who did my moms nails was great and Kim is great I will only do my nails with them moving forward i dont have money to give to a guys who pretends to do you nail!

Costs $9 more than another place I know of for a mans manicure and pedicure... The operator was fine I got a good job done but doubt I will be back...
