I’d never recommend going to this salon. I was completely humiliated in front of customers about “how messed up & disgusting my hands were” I have hyperhydrosis and have since I was born, I have also been getting my nails done since I was 15. Never once have I been met with such cruel hatred by another person because of my hands being a little sweaty. Leon told me that something was wrong with me and I was disgusting and not normal, verbatim his words. I was shaking and did not know how to react to the situation. I obviously left and Leon was telling me “good” as I left and said how he was talking to me was very disgusting but more a bit more colorful. Avoid this place.

I wanted to like this place and the techs BUT my paint (“gel”) on my full set is already peeling after a few hours. I think the Tech used wrong type of polish, which I mentioned early in the service. After the first two coats and UV my nails were still very wet I bumped into something and he had to redo 2 fingers. This never happens anywhere else… needless to say I’m upset and disappointed. 3 stars for the pedicure, lady tech was good.

I walked-in for a pedicure. Lyly gave me one of the best pedicures of my life. She worked on my ingrown toenail very carefully. I had no pain but felt like she did an excellent job. The foot and leg massage was also phenomenal. I will be coming back!

Posh Nails is AMAZING! Leon and Lucy are so welcoming. We also love Tracy as well. We frequent this business regularly for a little pampering. It always feels like family when we come in and the service is consistent, excellent and they always pay great attention to detail. This is definitely our Go To salon.

I bring my Aunt here. She has dementia and Alzheimer’s and they take amazing care of her. They are so patient and kind. The nails are always beautiful!!! It’s good to know there are places like these for elderly with special needs.

“Leon” needs to learn to slow down and be a little more gentle. He nipped my cuticles SEVERAL times then SLICED the sides of my fingers with the drill. My fingers are actually sore and you can see what looks like paper cuts. Ive been putting Peroxide for these open wounds and it burns like hell!! The work is decent but I’ll pass on the “pain is beauty” theory.

I will never return to this place !!! I’m so upset/frustrated due to the service I received & the way my nails look. I made a 12 appointment for a fill and color change on toes. Leon who rushed whole time did my nails made them much shorter than I asked for and I had to continuously tell him I want them all same shape which for some reason he was having a hard time doing. Then after nails were done I asked him when someone can do my color change. He then said A hour or I can come back because my appointment was only for fill. I will absolutely will NEVER forget this Terrible experience !!!!

Best place to get your nails done! I’ve been here two times and I love how hard-working Henry and his daughter are. They make sure you love your nails before leaving and is willing to fix any problems that you have. Very happy!

Leon was very heavy handed definitely have never been to a establishment where a nail technician is super rough. I hadn’t been to Posh nails in awhile and I believe it’s now under new management. My nails don’t look great at all, the square shape is bulky and definitely isn’t flattering. I’ll be going back to my regular nail place from now on!!- Felicia

LEON IS THE BEST!!!! I used to drive 30 minutes to go to a nail salon and spa downtown and over pay only to have my nails chip after a week and a half. I googled nail salons closer to me and came across this place and I’ve been back ever since. My dipping powder lasts way longer than two weeks, nails don’t break, and the polish doesn’t crack.This salon has great customer service and they really value customer relationships which is awesome!

NOT PROFESSIONAL!I went to get my daughters and me a manicure for Valentines day treat for ourselves. I didnt get what I really wanted and the male called my daughter a big girl and asked her if she ate mcdonalds everyday! I couldnt hear what he asked her while I was in there because of the masks and the dividers but that was an awful thing to say to a younger girl. Way to FAT SHAME a little girl while we are just trying to have some girl time and treat ourselves. What a disgusting person. I will not be returning. I am annoyed I gave them a good tip after finding out what he said to her!

My nails started peeling after day 2!! I will never return..

The pedicure was great no complaints there. The fill was not so great. I do my own nails normally because I’m very picky and can’t afford to pay to have them filled all the time. The process started off a bit rough for reasons that are partially my fault.However, the execution of the fill was not great. She cut two of my cuticles with the drill causing me to bleed. The acrylic was applied very sloppily. The shaping and polish application were inconsistent. The woman who I assume is the owner was incredibly nice, but she did tell me to stop doing my own nails more than one. Which for someone who has been doing their own nails for over two years is kind of hurtful to hear. Situations like this are exactly why I am so hesitant to let other people do my nails. One way or another they always make me feel bad about my own work. If you are looking for a good pedicure this is a great place. If you are looking for flawless nails, at least for me, this is not the place. I probably won’t return. I’m still giving four stars because for someone who knows no better this place is probably great. It was also very clean.

I took picture of my pinky, but it doesn’t have the option to upload a picture with this review. I came with 3 other ladies to get our nails/feet done. The place held about 6 customers to five people working at 1st glance. No big deal until we are rudely asked, “What are you here for?” upon entrance. The greeter didn’t say, “Hi, may I help you?” We explained what services we wanted and proceeded to get what we each wanted. My nail tech’s name was Leon. At first, he was polite. He’d informed me to let my old nails soak off while he finished a nail set on another customer. When it was my turn he quietly inquired about what I did for a living, how old I was, etc. Then, as he was filing my nails down to coffin style he was so rough he cut my finger really badly (it felt like I poured alcohol over a paper cut). He did apologize so I suffered as he finished my other hand thinking the worst was over. Oh no! When I picked out my two colors: 201 and 291 he proceeded to paint my accent finger with 291, BUT it wasn’t the color I chose which I pointed out. I even got up to get the wheel with all the colors to show him. While I’m showing him he says rather impatiently that the color I picked FROM THE WHEEL ISN’T AVAILABLE ANYMORE. How was I suppose to know this?!!! I end up picking another color for my accent finger because now I really want to get this over with and leave. He begins to mutter in his native tongue as he’s painting my nails. Overall, I’ve had a MUCH better experience at Regail nails inside of Walmart in Raymore. They offer you a complimentary beverage and their customer service matches their work: professional, efficient, and they do a GREAT job!!!!!! *I still tipped for the service.*

Finally able to get my nails done after two months and the the powder polish lasted! Tracy did a wonderful job on my pedicure and powder polish. The service was great as always and to my surprise they remodeled during their downtime. Go in and check out the beautiful changes.

I received one of the worst dip nail services that I’ve ever had. The tech rushed and didn’t pay attention to any detail. I stopped showing her things I noticed when I realized she wasn’t going to help things. On top of that, when I got my eyebrows waxed, there were more hairs left than were taken.. she didn’t even get between my brows or underneath of them much at all. I was to the point where I just wanted to leave.. I’ll go pay for a full service somewhere else to get things fixed before I ever step foot in there again.

It has been obvious that Angela is no longer at Posh. My daughter and I came in after attending a very hurtful funeral. My thought was, let’s get our nails done, some pampering. Cute nails are therapeutic! Posh has a great selection of nail colors and my 12 year old and myself were really trying to find something that would make us smile. Apparently our indecisiveness was shunned upon and frustrating for the staff. We were rushed, my daughter ended up with a nail color that she did not want, and the overall job of the nails was sloppy. The gentleman that took care of my daughter was rude to her and then took a passive aggressive stance when she shared her nails with me. We didn’t say anything because they began speaking in their language to one another where my daughter was certain they were talking about us. This was my last time going to Posh Nails. If you don’t want your customers to look through the colors or change their minds before it’s time to apply the polish, reduce the number of colors and let everyone know they have 60 secs to decide with no changes to be made or you will pick out their color for them. Thank you for a bitter experience after a broken heart! It’s obvious you all are happy for the money but have no passion for the job.

Hannah did a dip mani/pedicure for me this evening & it was amazing. I have been to Posh over the years & read some recent reviews that were negative: BUT: I had the opposite experience. She was detailed & made sure everything was just how I wanted it & literally gave me the best pedicure massage I’ve had in my life. I never felt rushed or pressured. It was the most relaxing experience & I will absolutely be back. This salon has always gone above & beyond & that is still absolutely the case. The best.

The new owner has taken over & is amazing, she offers a variety of designs & has great customer service skills! I love My gel nails & I cant wait to get marble next week

Came in and asked for a polish change and one nail containing diamonds, I told the nail tech before hand and after sitting down.... he ignored my request and sent me over to get my feet polished as the lady was paintingMy toes, she said I needed to get a pedicure, I stated to her I just had a pedicure from here two weeks ago and she was on mute afterwards. Next I explained to the women who was doing my feet that I requested diamonds on my nails she then goes on to state I dont have the time maybe next time you can get them done after waiting 15 minutes to even get started on my nails.... very upsetting experience and this will be my last time coming here

Great customer service! Always enjoy getting a pedicure here. Reasonable prices. They are one of the few nail salons that have latex free gloves, just have to ask for them.

A couple of weeks ago I posted, Angela, the owner who did my first gel manicure at Posh, was not in that day. My nails looked pretty good but I had to point out some of my nails looked slightly crooked and needed a bit more filing. She seemed to fix with no issues. I noticed that evening and Sunday that some of the nails are already starting to chip, mostly on my right hand. Angela mentioned on my first visit that smooth nail tips wont chip and she was right, as my first experience with her lasted so long and was done so well! I dont like to complain but Im sure my nails this time around will begin to chip quickly as they are not as smooth as when she did them and are already starting to show signs of chipping. Id appreciate any feedback or assistance you can offer! Im happy to say Angela came through with flying colors! I called her when she returned and that night I went in to Posh and she repaired the issues and my nails lasted another three weeks!!! I wanted a pedicure as well and Angela repaired my nails and recommended Susan for my signature pedicure, a must do! FIVE STARS FOR SURE!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALIVE AT POSHNAILS! 💅☺

My nails were done Monday now I look my nails the paint is coming off the shape is horrible and he rushed through. I wasn’t in the chair for 20 mins when I looked down he already saying wash your hands. He did not use much acrylic powder so my nails are very thin I will never go there is no shop in Spend $65 again

Great value for your money! Angela is so friendly and makes sure you are satisfied with your services. I usually call about 15 minutes before I come in and they can see me right away. I would always suggest calling ahead because you never know how busy they are at the moment. I have never had troubles with getting in, making appointments or changing appointment times, they are always so accommodating. Once I did not like the way a color looked after it was on my nails and they were happy to fix them right away to a color I liked better. Went here for the first time and had the best experience. I have been struggling finding a nail shop here in KC, considering I just relocated here. I saw good reviews about Posh, so I checked them out. I’m very particular about how I want my nails (shape, thickness, etc) and I was completely satisfied with this shop. Amy was my nail tech and she did dip power on my natural nails. Incredible work, very neat and precise. I think I found my nail home! :)Side note: I would recommend scheduling an appointment.

This is a great salon! I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in the door and made to feel right at home. I was promptly taken at my scheduled appointment time. Angela, the owner, did a top notch job on my pedicure, gel manicure and waxing. She was quick and precise. I used to go to a place downtown, but I stopped by Posh after work one day and had great service! I got a dip manicure and Angela was very attentive - she definitely knows what shes doing. She even gave me a free acrylic tip on one of my nails that had broken way back after my previous dip chipped off. Its been three weeks and theyre just now starting to crack on the edges a little bit, but the dip has held up much better than my prior sets! Ill be going to Posh from now on :)

This place is awesome! I had a bit of a wait but, being a walk in, I expected that. Angela brought me a beverage while I waited and my nail tech did an amazing job, and he was pretty fast too! And to top it all off Angela did some great designs on my nail for my wait time! My nails look amazing and I left happy despite my wait. :)

I came to Posh Nails with my two sister in laws and we absolutely adored the conversation and welcoming atmosphere! I visited for the first time yesterday and decided... this will be my new nail salon! Best nail job I have ever had. Angela paid so much attention to detail, I mean my nails look PERFECT thanks to her. Customer service was excellent, and the price was incredible. $20 for a gel polish change (I never get manicures, but she trimmed one of my cuticles and put cuticle oil on at the end because shes awesome). The salon was clean and nice, all around a great experience. And if something happens to your nails within a week of getting them done, you can come back in and get it fixed for free. Amazing. I already posted about it on my Instagram story and told my friends to go there, highly recommend!!! Bring cash to tip them!

I was getting Pizza and I saw Posh Nail Salon so I decided to stop in today. I was warmly greeted and everyone smiled. The service was great. The owner Angela completed my manicure, recommended other services and ways to protect my nails. The service was not rushed and she ensured my nails were perfect. This was a pleasant first experience and I will be coming back.

Came here to get my nails done for a valentines day photo shoot and let me tell you what, Angela and Henry went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied the entire time with the work that was being done. Angela gave me ideas on what art to put on my nails because I came in completely clueless and made sure every single detail was perfect. Henry the technician was unbelievable fast! But the job wasnt rushed at all and my nails look amazing. It was honestly the best set of acrylics Ive ever had. If I lived in the area I would return on a regular basis! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I live right next door to Posh Nails but I havent been in quite a few months because of the experience I previously had. Walked into the salon on 5/22/17 and noticed an immediate change. The place was very clean, smelled nice and the owner was very friendly. She let me know she was the new owner and she made sure to let me know all of the changes and the price change but honestly the prices are still inexpensive and your honestly getting what you payed for. My pedicure by Angela the new owner was so bomb and I loved her personality! I definitely will be back more often. Thank you and good job!

A friend and I went here for get our nails done. The shop was really nice and clean. The Owner, even introduced herself to us and was very nice. She showed us samples of some of the nail art they do and all the cool new nail techniques like Chrome or Holographic nails. We both left very happy with our nails and plan to return!

I have tried over 5 salons and this one has been the best one since I arrived in Kansas City. Im from New York And Im huge on customer service and this place is excellent! Not only are they good to the customers they do an AMAZING job. The best nails I have had in KC goes to this place. The guy that does them made me bleed a little when he was replacing a nail and he didnt charge me for it and my nails came out FABULOUS. I value customer service over any and everything first then the work. And both have high stars for me. I plan to stick with them!

My gal even catered to my ticklish feet while most places roll their eyes because I squeam, I cant help it! Prices are reasonable and they do a great job. Will go again!

Today was my second visit at Posh. The location is affordable, clean, and quiet. I enjoy a quiet experience when getting my nails done without the pressure of upgrading services. The technicians definitely understand their strengths and place the appropriate technician with the service. I will only go to Posh in the future.

Ive only been to posh nail once before my visit today. Its a lot cleaner, the design is more open and customer friendly. I noticed a few things that could have changed my first visit and all were improved by the new manager! She was open and honest about the new changes. She has made it a better place for customers. She gave feedback on the products and new things to improve cleanliness. Overall a great experience will be coming here for now on!

Went somewhere else near work on a whim with a friend, wont make that mistake again. I prefer a French manicure with dip powder. Posh Nails fixed my mistake. I couldnt even go 24 hours before going back to Posh. Now my nails are their usual perfect color, even white tips, shiny and Im so HAPPY! I learned my lesson, high standards at Posh Nails.

Ive been a faithful customer(always tipped well), at Posh Nails(Wornall location) for quite a while. I walked in to Posh Nails at 5:00 PM today, was hardly greeted by anyone, and only to be turned away. Their business hours are displayed on their window as: Fridays they close at 7:30pm. . . Walk-ins accepted. ... Clearly, they do not provide accurate service... A female nail tech asked what I needed, I stated a fill(clear polish only), She then told me that they were booked for fills today, but could do a pedicure... ????What sense does that make???I politely declined and drove to another nail salon. . .My thoughts are: Doesnt a pedicure require the same time duration as a fill??? If not more time??? However, a pedicure is more *costly than a fill.... Whats more is, at the moment of my visit --their were several nail techs, TWO of which, I did not see working.Posh Nails has lost a faithful customer. I hope the next customer receives better service than I had.I would give ZERO stars, if that were an option.

Angela does a great job of both running the business and customer service and she employs people who share her commitment to outstanding customer service. She clearly knows that you have to take good care of the customer in order to have a healthy business; she does an excellent job of balancing these two key components! I will go there for all my future nail services and will recommend them to my friends and family.

I happened to pop into Posh Nails because I was short on time, preventing me from going to my normal salon. BEST DECISION EVER!! Angela, the owner, recognized I was in a hurry and powered through my Gel Polish as quickly as possible, even tossing in a mini manicure. She not only got me out in time for my event, but the polish was exceptionally done! There was even time for a quick toenail polish. All this for only $30! Posh Nails has just earned a client for life!!

My nails are gorgeous and the staff were nice! I am getting tons of compliments. The owner, Angela, did an amazing job on my nail designs. She put the letter T on my 4th nail and diamonds on my thumb. Exactly the look I had in my head. Great Service!

I just wanted a fast reasonable manicure to kill some time while I was out of town. For $15, I got a great manicure in a super warm and welcoming environment. Everyone was happily chatting like it was a pub, my cuticles look great, and it was super clean.
