I recently decided to start getting my nails done every two weeks to try and curb my habit of picking at my cuticles.Unfortunately I have had some AWFUL experiences since deciding to do that. My sister in law recommended Bella nails and I decided to give it a try.This place is amazing. They are super helpful, they remember your name, they are gentle with your hands which is important to me because I have carpel tunnel and just generally am sensitive with twisting maneuvering of the hands and nicking sides of nails.My nail person was Steven. More than five stars for him.I know where I will be making my appointments from now on.

I got a full set of acrylics! the first picture is when they were finished. the second is what they look like a week later. they were spendy for the quality that i received. all other sets that i had previously gotten from different places lasted 1 month+ but these barely even made it one week. i wasn’t being rough on them either. three of them snapped while i was doing normal everyday things such as opening doors and typing on my laptop. i waited quite a while too, my appointment was at 4 but my nails didn’t get started until around 4:35

I’ve been to Bella Nails 3 times now for pedicures. I’ve always had an appointment and my time there averages about 2 hours for a gel pedicure, great service, but I know when block out 2 1/2 hours just for a pedicure.

I had an amazing pedicure, the lady doing it was very efficient. My legs felt great, and my toes were pretty.My full set of nails was no where near as impressive. I asked for squared ends, the sides were filed so that they sloped. cuticles looked bad, leftover acrylic and paint on them and under my nails. I dont know if he was having a bad day or was just in a hurry but I dont recommend Steven for nails.

I went here by recommendation of a friend who is a regular there. Got a gel manicure. It was great! Theyre clean, detailed and have many colours to choose from! I love how theyre quick to greet you at the door, prompt to ask you the COVID questions, ensure youre also wearing your mask and ask you to wash your hands before looking at the colors. It shows me theyre putting my safety first! My gel manicure turned out so well! Will definitely come back!

LOVE Bella!! Consistent with their service!!!! No matter if theyre crowded...usually always is....or slow....never. You know the service you are getting is great and not rushed!!! Environment is relaxing and welcoming.

Everyones nice and I had a great experience with the exception of the ventilation of the building. I kept feeling like I was going to pass out from the fumes, its a very small building.

Beautifully decorated, reasonably priced. I went in ( male) with a ( female) partnered and they did not do a good job. The male that was working on my partners pedicure, was actually rude . He even made jokes about covid. The female( wish she would have said her name) was very nice and worked diligently. She was very professional. The male however, ( was not management), was just sloppy.

I always get great service, but today took the cake! I got my car stuck in the parking lot and without being asked, every available employee came to my rescue!! They are amazing and had me on my way in no time!

Great service and always a pleasant experience. Whenever I request a particular style they have never failed to create exactly what I envisioned. I get tips and breaking a nail is rare which speaks volumes about the quality of their work because my job requires heavy lifting and working with chemicals. They are busy but always worth the wait.

First time I got my nails done in years. They were very professional and knowledgeable as well as helpful. Only down side is I would suggest a TV or something for entertainment

I went in with a few ideas. I showed a picture and he told me to go to artificial nail colors over there. I said I have gel nails and showed him a different design. He then directed me to have a seat in Annies chair I do believe. Then just tried to get a design that would work. ( see below) Then she messed up, but I told her it was ok didnt have to look the same. I was getting ready to leave for Vegas so I wanted you to know.Lol so all this hype about Bella nails I wasnt all that impressed. For me they didnt talk to me and it seemed like I was being a pain in the ass and bothering them. As I was just trying to get Great Nails. My nails when I went in looking a Hot Mess will add a photo of what I wanted or what she was going off on. So do they look better after I left for sure plus, I lost out the diamonds a few days after they were done though. Bringing me to have to file them down because everytime I run my fingers thru my hair its pulled out.

The BEST pedicure of my life. Mary did amazing. she took her time and put effort in to give a good pedicure and i am so impressed with it. Amy did my manicure and i am SO happy with it. 10/10 best experience at a nail salon. i’ll never go anywhere else

Fast and they do a wonderful job...

The pedicure itself was decent. But even with an appointment they took a walk in right before us and I got stuck waiting then finally after being in chair for 28 mins with cold water at that point did someone finally start on me. But felt so rushed. Would not recommend.

I’m from the city, where there are a lot of competition between nail salons. But there also very great at paying attention to detail as well as pricing. I’ve been getting my nails done for a decade now so I know the process pretty well when getting a full set. The first time I came here the man was gentle and taking his time which I love. The next time there was a heavy set man that did my full set. I wish I knew his name but this man was so rough with my hands. He was also rushing thru my nails as well. I felt like I personally did something to him the way he was buffing my nails I felt like they were gonna pop off. The next time a lady did my nails and she was really great! Gentle, thorough and wasn’t rushing. Also even though some of them do well, they could do better honestly. Especially since they are so expensive! I can see if this place was expensive and was just overall excellent, there wouldn’t be a complaint in my body. But it’s not. It’s like playing roulette with the nail techs if you just get a random person. Either they’ll do a good job or a mediocre one. I’m definitely gonna start doing my own acrylics from now on.

Was my first nail appointment in Minot since moving from Minneapolis so didnt know what to expect or where to go. So happy I made the right choice! Everyone was super nice, helpful and very hospitable. They had snacks, water, iPads for entertainment and they made sure I was happy before I left my seat. I definitely felt like o was being pampered!

I came with an instagram design in mind and I absolutely love them! They are not the exact same design but I’m satisfied with the service. The person did the best to make me feel comfortable. Will be back soon!

I got my nails done there last weekend. They have already fallen off. For as much as it cost to get your nails done they should last longer than a week. I also didn’t know what to do when I got there (I am a newbie) and no one greeted me or said anything. I was extremely disappointed overall

I just moved here and this is by far the best salon I’ve been to in the area! I highly recommend it. They have a relaxing atmosphere, great customer service and fair prices. I’ll definitely be back for more gel manicures and pedicures :)

Came in town to visit family for the holiday and needed some pampering. I live in the metro Detroit area where there are many salon options. This place is beautiful and clean and the staff is friendly. I was welcomed and served well above my expectations! Amy is a very friendly and talented nail tech. I will go back everytime I visit!

This was one of the best manicures I ever had. I didn’t catch his name but the person who helped me went above and beyond with taking the best possible care of my nails. If I lived anywhere near here I would definitely be a regular customer! Loved how clean the store was and how nice all of the employees were. Plus, I didn’t get that awkward “I don’t know what I’m doing” vibe right when I walked in. Loved loved loved!

Great place

It was my second visit to this salon. I was not impressed during my first visit, however I’ve decided to give them second chance.This time I had pedicure. The master was not talking, they were chatting between each other. I had to point out what I would like to be done. Master was not paying attention to the job, and just wanted it to be done. He applied acetone(more like poured from the bottle on top of my nails), knowing that after use of chemical like that, nails should be flushed with water! The result was very sloppy. The nails were not colored completely. My soles were not cleaned properly (it was the main reason for me to come for this pedicure).I’m not talking about service, the receptionist is nice and they offer drinks. The place is clean and tidy. I’m talking about quality of the nail work, I believe people come here to have pretty nails which can last 3-4 weeks.

Best nail salon in Minot! Paul is amazing, always friendly & personable. All the nail techs are sociable & talented. My nails have always come out amazing. One time I got jewels all over both ring fingernails, the set took 3 hours to complete. I was there past closing time & everyone was still so nice. I’m always offered a drink upon starting my service. Prices are a little high but I’m willing to pay for such great service & quality. I love Bella Nails!

Amazing service from the moment I called and got an appt the same day and walked in the door.The guy greeting at the door and arranging the appts was super friendly and even remembered my name 20minutes later when he checked with if I wanted a water again.Phil did my nails, and Ill be back because of the whole atmosphere and him! Such attention to detail and was a fun chat too!Pedi is on my list next, that wine was calling me....Update: took a friend here for her first time at this salon. Her nails are stunning! Got my gel taken off and a new color on. Love the color. They look great, however my fingers were quite beaten. My nailbeds were bleeding-more than I’ve ever seen before and the guy doing my nails actually asked me how that happened.. then asked if I bite my nails. I’m not even sure it’s possible to chew your nails ABOVE your nails, but okay..I’ll still go back-this place has great service-I will not see the same guy again though. I’ve bandaged 5/10 fingers for the night just to make sure they don’t get infected. I’m pretty sure it was when he was scraping off the previous gel he just kept scraping up past my nail even. I’ve attached another picture.Again-gorgeous color and the gel still looks good! Just not my favorite visit.

The absolute best place in town for manicures and pedicures. I’ve tried other places, and they just don’t measure up. The employees are so attentive and really do make sure you’re comfortable and happy. Paul is always around making sure there isn’t anything you need, and does it with a smile. Im very pleased with my pedicures every time I come. Ive gotten my finger nails dipped here too but they seemed really thick compared to what Im used to. Upon entry, the chemical smell can be overwhelming if theyre doing a lot of manicures, but you get used to it quickly. Good service, and nice atmosphere.

I usually go to Belle Nails but my nail guy has been out of town for a few months and he recommended that I go to Alex at Bella nails. The first two times he did wonderful, but every time I had an appointment he would be helping somebody else and make me wait 30 minutes. This last time I went I was waiting about 35 minutes and he finally helped me. When he did he had an attitude the whole time. Was tossing my arms around and huffing and puffing. He messed up and put matte over my nails so he just went back over it with the original top coat. My nails looked like a glob of nail polish and the shape was awful. I had to go somewhere else and pay extra just to get my nails looking good again. Won’t be back to Bella nails ever again after that.

If you care about details, Bella Nails is not the place for you. As the picture shows, there are air bubbles, the cuticles are not cleaned thoroughly, the polish is on my skin, and two of my toenails GEL polish looks like it would come off within a few days. I paid $50 for the service alone. Also, the Nail techs were talking about me which did not make me feel comfortable at all. However, the place had a good atmosphere overall. One thing to note, many nail salons would ask you to have a seat first and bring the colors for you to choose but here, I had to go to the color station and choose the color before I was seated.

Best place Ive ever been to! Ive been in nail salons all over the state and down south, this place by far is the cleanest and most professional Ive been to. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff. Ill definitely be coming back!

Packed, fast service, everyone is so nice. New to the area and Im glad we found this spot. Wish there was more sitting while you wait but there is a caribou coffee shop next door lol.

The staff is friendly the atmosphere is amazing. Your offered drinks and snacks and are tended to from the time you walk in till the time you leave. The only thing better would be an actual spa day.

My friend goes here to get her nails done and almost everytime she goes they dont give her what she wants. They tell her that they cant do it or that it wont look good. Yet she always has a picture that she shows them...🤦

Best place in town to get your eyebrows done! Its cheaper than everywhere else but still good. I’ve also had a pedicure here which I enjoyed. But they need a wider nail polish range with OPI nail polish ASAP. They give snacks,so that’s a bonus! Sometimes, however, it’s too packed and you may spend sometime here.

I had never gotten my nails done before moving to Minot, and I know once we move, nowhere will ever compare to Bella Nails. The staff is amazing, the atmosphere is relaxing, it’s all around amazing. I’ve had Paul all but once since I started going there, and he always does an absolutely amazing job. I never leave there unhappy with my nails. Plus they offer wine, snacks for those getting a pedi, and a military discount. As long as I’m in Minot, Bella Nails will have my business.

I loved my nails, I got a French tip and they turned out beautifully and there were no mistakes. I had a cut on my finger, but they were so careful and didn’t hurt me.

Okay for real, I LOVE this salon. You never feel like you are being rushed in and out of a chair, the staff is so polite and they do amazing work. It’s a clean salon, with a calm environment. I’ve been getting my nails done every two weeks for the last 7 years ( a mix of salons from south Florida and Minot) and I can honestly say this is the BEST nail salon I have ever been to.

The worst nail salon ive ever been to. Nails broke off after a week and I paid $50! They were too thick and the edges weren’t sharp like they were supposed to be. The people who own this place are not very nice either and the nails were crooked

The gentle man that did my pedicure was GREAT. The problem was when I went to pay, I received a gift card from a coworker with $40.00 on it. The gentleman checking me out (owner) said their was only $30.00. I told him there if $40.00 and he goes nope only $30.00. What a crook. My friend has the exact same card with $40.00 so when the time comes to use hers it will be interesting to see what scam they pull. BEWARE of the SHADE.

The guy who did my nails was too rough and mean. He was way too rough with filing my nails and made both my pinkies bleed. The nails he did arent even good. They are not filled in all the way and are uneven. They are kind of loose and rough. I felt as if he was rushing and not caring about my nails at all.

Good job on nails

I asked for my nails to be kept long and rounded instead they were cut very short and left so square they edges are actually sharp. When he removed the old polish it was all over my fingers and he made no attempt to get it off before or after my nails were painted. I asked for a simple ombré paint job on my nails and instead got black nails with a few flecks of red glitter on top even after showing him the picture again of what I wanted

Always awesome service! The owner is retired military and offers military discount, plus he great about helping you pick out appropriate colors for the uniform! Every base needs a nail shop like this.

A very pretty lady, that says she has 15 years experience, did my nails. When she ripped my old nails off, it was painful & not a fun experience. She was not at all gentle while filing my nails. When she did the top coat she did not do the edge of the nail so they are rough. Not exactly sure why but my fingers were still sore 3 days later. The nails turned out pretty but rather thick. Two & a half weeks later they dont look so good & appear to be working loose on the edges.

Awful!!! Original set was ok went in for my FIRST fill was told I need a new set next time (mind you I have been getting my nails done for 20+ years coast to coast and at some very nice places.) 1 no I don’t need a new set you can do an overlay. Secondly after my first fill my nails look worse than when I went in for the fill with black lines as he rushed it. (No I was not a walk in) Every color I wanted I was told no. (I knew what I was getting into with my own color choices) They also up charge for every little thing. Someone had mentioned they also didn’t pass there recent health inspection after I complained about my nails. Better off going elsewhere. I have never been treated so poorly and rudely in my life. Unfortunate because they are convenient....

My wife got her nails done here today. The man who did them was extremely rude and impatient and rough, he really didn’t seem to enjoy his job. Not only were her nails uneven but the gel work was pretty ugly. I don’t believe this guy has any actual experience with nails. Will not be taking her here again.
