I got my white comforter dry cleaned and it turned out great! When I was paying, the gal helping me informed me they were currently running a special (on comforters specifically) but I was missing the coupon. She spent about 5 minutes of her time ensuring she could find a way for me to get that discount - and she did! I super appreciated the time she took to save me some money!

They are amazing! I had a major situation for a rental tux that gave my son an allergic reaction from the chemical they laundered their suits in at the business we rented it from for the wedding. I called, Tide in Edina, they squeezed me in and I had the tux cleaned with in a few hours! My son was able to wear what the wedding party wore with out any reaction!! Thank you so much for being so kind, and helpful in a stressful situation for us. Please support this location and keep them in business especially in these times!!

I’ve been taking advantage Tide Cleaners Edina’s services since shortly after the location opened. I’ve never been disappointed!

They were unbelievably caring and responsive to my needs. I brought my laundry into Hy vee and was promised it would be by a certain day. I was leaving town and had to have it. was not there. I called Tide directly and James in Edina helpedme 8n such a professional and caring way I honestly thought he was the owner. He definately saved the day for me!!heyh

If youre going to tell a customer something will be done by a certain time, you should have it done. If not, dont make the promise.If youre not going to answer the phone number listed on the pick-up kiosk, then dont put a number on it.This is my first experience with Tide Cleaners. The fact that I am at home writing this review and have no idea what is going on with my clothes should say enough.

Tide Dry Cleaners staff have done an excellent job. I dropped off several of my high-end shirts to be dry-cleaned at their Edina location and they have done such an AMAZING JOB. Staff at this particular location in Edina are absolutely professional. They had emailed me as soon as my shirts were ready the next day. I had a wonderful experience and Tide Dry Cleaners in Edina had provided to me an excellent customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tide Dry Cleaners.

Exceptional service, at great prices! I showed up 15-20 minutes after closing last week and after entering my information in the self-service, it said “your items cannot be found”...not long after trying to figure out what was wrong, the store Manager, Mitchell, who had already closed up and walk away, saw me and came back to help. He opened up the store back up and helped resolve it when he didn’t have too. This place is great, does an awesome job, quick, and always treats you well. 5/5 stars without question!!

I have been going here since they opened. This is the best dry cleaner in the metro. They have great service every visit from Mitchell, Jackie, Sophia and the entire team. My clothes are always perfect and I use the night drop frequently which is really convenient. I highly recommend them without hesitation. They offer the best experience and quality in the area!

This place is amazing! You can pickup after hours and they have coupons! Edit: I never thought that dry cleaning could be so clean, bright, and state of the art! They can even email you when your clothes are ready for pickup. I will now drive past the 3 dry cleaners by my house just to go to the Tide Dry Cleaners. Keep up the good work!

I frequently take my uniform here to get it pressed and clean. The staffs are always helpful and my uniform is always ready on time. What I like most is the fact that I can take my uniform in and get it cleaned and ready to be picked up the next day!

Been using this cleaner often for nearly 2 years. I have a large wardrobe and I dont like to spend my time thinking about picking up dry cleaning. They get everything done in one day. Nothing goes perfect in business. If there is an issue Tide is happy to reciprocate. Ive never been dissatisfied. Tide takes great care of my large wardrobe and finish the job quickly and ethically. You can drop of or pick up anytime and they always have coupons.

I use Tides free home pick-up and delivery. It works exceptionally well.

It is a very convenient local cleaners that have out of extra premium services. The biggest is the anytime pickup. You can pick up your items at anytime once clean through a Redbox like kiosk. The owners are also very nice. The services are a little pricey though but competitive for the area.

The service is phenomenal, the staff is wonderful, and the timeliness is impeccable. They went out of their way to help me solve the problems I came in with. I highly recommend Tide

I highly recommend this Tide Dry Cleaners! They’re always professional, consistent, do a great job of cleaning and they never make mistakes. They’re suit-perb. Had a suit that needed to be cleaned last minute and they were able to accommodate me no problem and had it ready before 11:30 next day. Always great service.

Its nit a laundromat its a dry cleaner. Put that i the name tide, dont think just cause your tide you can make up a term of tide cleaners and we now what that means. Tide dry cleaners is what it is.Looks like a nice dry cleaner place though.

We needed to pick up our dry cleaning after hours at the kiosk but our account was not set up for pick up. We just do not have our credit card on file yet but had been using Tide cleaners for awhile. I called the number on the kiosk for help and the owner Todd answered and was great! He explained everything to me and offered to come to the office that night to help us get our clothes. I love Tide! I’ve had many great experiences there: shirts, pants, rugs - and especially whenever I have too tough of a stain for my self to get out - Tide comes through for me! An experience that stands out the most for me is when I happened to be there picking up my regular dry cleaning when their super nice manager, Jackie, recommenced I have my red north face down jacket cleaned. It was super dirty and I had lost hope for it. But alas! It came back all shiny and brand new looking like I had just bought it! Thanks so much to the awesome employees of Tide in Edina - YOU RULE!! I’ll be a customer for life.

Read the fine print on coupons.BOGO, and most coupons apply to ‘dry cleaning’ only, not ’laundered’ items. I’ve been thinking my work shirts were getting coupons applied. They were not.Management tried admirably to keep my business, but also revealed additional loyalty rewards that had amassed in my account but never been applied to my purchases.I won’t be back.

I thought I finally found a dry cleaner who cared about customer service... This place was AMAZING the first few months it opened, but theyve quickly become a DISAPPOINTMENT. In my past two visits, I experienced a lost shirt, unable to fulfill discounts they promote like free suite cleaning during your birthday month, and the curbside valet should simply be referred to as reserved parking because they didnt pickup or drop-off at curbside. Not sure if Im visiting when their B team is on the clock or if its an overall shift, but a real bummer because this place was really great before.

Went there for the first time to have a suit dry cleaned that I needed for an important event. Went the day before the event to pick it up and my pants are just missing. They told me they’ll try to get a hold of me in the morning if they find my pants, no apology or discount offered or anything. If you want to have your clothes lost and get awful service, this is the place for you.Edit: I have updated my rating. After the manager found out what happened I was contacted personally and had my pants dropped off at my work. I can understand an honest mistake and they did everything to fix it.

The location and hours are very convenient, the staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are comparable to other dry cleaners weve used. Weve had a number of items cleaned by them and all but one came out looking great. The one we had an issue with was because the jacket liner color bled onto the white piping and buttons of the jacket. They tried multiple times to get as much of the discoloration out and the owner contacted me when I still wasnt pleased with the outcome. They were very helpful trying to resolve the issue and gave us some store credit for all of the trips bringing the jacket back and forth. Well continue to use them for our dry cleaning needs.

Only used it once. Too expensive for me, but they had curbside for me and I didnt have to get out if the car in negative degree weather. I even got a few samples of Downy scent boosters. Overall satisfied, but wont come again.

Overpriced for the quality, and not enough attention to detail to fix broken buttons, clasps, etc. even when it’s due to their cleaning process. Good in a pinch, but would look elsewhere for regular service.

They did a great job! I was surprised when I pulled up and parked, and one of their staff came out to deliver my stuff to my car. I never had to get out! Ill be back for sure!

My order was late. This was the second time I went in to pick up my order. Its still not ready. I dont think they even know where it is. Jackie, the store manager, has refused to address this.Update: they found my order and it was damaged. Todd, the owner, has refused to accept responsibility for either the holes in my garments or for the fact that they were not ready when they were due.

Do not work for this company! Unless you dont care if the manager lies and does not do what she says shes going to do.. i had an interview and left very confident i was getting the job as she almost hired me on spot.. but i called after to clarify a couple things and then all off a sudden she had to call me back.. but never called me back!! And never called me about the job later that same day like she said she would! Bad management sadly.

I rarely write reviews so when I do it’s because I really feel like a company failed to meet my needs. I’ve been with this company for about a year and consistently pay their hi cost to do a dry cleaning because they performed well every single time except for the last two times I dropped off a ton of clothes to do a bogo special Only to be told that I had to let the desk know I wanted to use that coupon and wouldn’t except it after the fact….then this last time I was overcharged for items …. *******UPDATED******** ….. so after receiving an email and a call back from not only the owner(Todd) but the regional Supervisor(Robert) and they explained to me where I was mistaken in calculating the overcharges. Lesson learned maybe I shouldn’t post a review until I give the owners of the business and opportunity to explain to me the situation. Not only was I in the wrong but they still decided that they will credit my account what I thought I was overcharged anyways!!!!! Who does that ?????? Well They just earned themselves a lifelong customer by that simple gesture. This place is run the way a business should be run and we all hope that they are ran
