If I can give zero stars I would . They literally sat on the phone and argued with me like a child because I went with a different service. Then told me “I just charged your card and I’m going to block you again” they blocked my number 6 times from 6 different numbers . They are literally the most unprofessional childish people I have ever meet . Did I mention he illegally charged my card $100 because he was MAD

Company owner matthew messed up my order. Denies it. Took my money and keeps saying im the one that cancelled orders. I kept calling he would just hang up on me to avoid giving me my money and blocking my number. This company is a scam. Ive been asking for a refund for 3 months and no one ever gets back to me. Now they have blocked my numbers everywhere… DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! I HAVE ALL KINDS OF PROOF AND VOICE CALL RECORDINGS PROVING THIS! DONT FALL FOR IT

I have being working(Professional Driver) for and with this company since April 2021 They treat me as family not as another number.

Absolute scam job. They repeatedly confirmed a driver was scheduled to pick up my car between 12-3pm on a specified date. I woke up at 5am to drive the vehicle to the pick up point, but their driver was a no show. I was told that someone would be out the next day to pick it up, and the next day and the day after that. For two weeks no one collected the car, and then I got a call saying the price is now $200 higher than quoted. I refused to accept this (obviously), and then gave them 24 hours to pick it up, which didn’t happen. Fast forward, and I have a $150 charge on my credit card despite that no services were ever rendered and they are ignoring my emails where I request, want now amounts to theft, be returned. Avoid these scammers and whatever you do don’t give them a credit card until your car is on a truck.What’s fascinating is that negative reviews on the other entity called “ANM transport” are met with the same response that “hey, you got the wrong company, we’re not those guys”. So I don’t know who to believe at this point.

A driver for the company ran my daughter and I off the road and continued to drive like an idiot after we were able to get back around them. Ive made numerous calls to the safety dept leaving voice messages and no return call.

Be careful with this company and how Matthew and Frank handle their course of business. They said that my car was dispatched on July 24th but it wasnt. Dont believe in what they tell you. Go with another broker in order to you to avoid future stress.
