I decided to try this salon because I heard good things. Both times ive been here the pedicure is really sloppy, I’ve had to ask them to fix the gel polish each time. The second time I decided to try a full set …. It ended up being sloppy as well. Overall very disappointed in the quality of the service for how much they charged. I wouldn’t have mind paying $120 for a gel pedicure and full set if the quality was better.

I have been here twice and both times absolutely amazing!!! I did not have an appt either time and was seated fairly quickly but I do suggest making an appt. The work they do is flawless and they are polite, detailed, perfectionists. They show they want you happy. Definitely my now go to place.

I was so excited to try this new nail salon but was very disappointed. I found the salon to be very dirty. The sinks were gross, dusty ledge, no paper towels, even when multiple customers asked for more. To add, the tools my nail tech pulled out from her drawer were dirty. Those are things I could look past but my nails don’t look great either.

I got a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed by Vivian! I would highly recommend. She did amazing, she was very nice, and didnt try to add more on and upcharge, which Ive experienced in the past elsewhere. I will be going back to her 😊

Being new to the area, I was hoping to find a great place to get my nails done, and I was able to do just that here. I got acrylics done with a design I found online and the lady did amazing. She took her time and made them perfect. Will definitely be going back!

It is a clean and wonderful place, to get any service done. Very professional, and they do a great job on your nails. I will continue to get my nails done here, even if it is 30 minutes from my home.

I used to live in the landing at briar cliff right across the street and recently moved away. This was my nail place. I miss the techs so much. I’ve had 2 pedicures at different places since moving and both other places gave me ingrown toenails. This was the only place that did not give me ingrowns. Safe to say I’m traumatized to go anywhere now. I might have to fly back to kc just to get my toes done. You don’t know what you got till it’s gone ): miss my place

Got the luxury deluxe pedicure. It came with a nice calf massage. When I got home, the bottom of my foot was still rough and flaky. So I used my ped egg and smoothed it right out. Probably wont go back there again.

Me and my family went here a few weeks ago and they were nice but felt kinda judged. I got the deluxe pedicure, it was nice but not worth the price, they didnt ask for my sent either. I got hot pink gel with tips they look good but kim didnt put the base all the way to the top of my nail and didnt prep my nail at all and barely rubbed the cubical oil in. Kim also cut me multiple times on my fingers so much that it even scabed on one.

Love this place. Nice, friendly, great service. When I get a manicure I do the dipping powder. They were fast and did an awesome job!

Really enjoyed getting my nails done here. The lady did a really good job and even as they got busy, she still took the time to make sure my nails came out good and that I liked them. Took very good care of my nails and was very professional. Would highly recommend coming here. :)

The nail artist called these coffin and charged extra at the end. I asked for coffin, was not told I would be charged extra and to me - they are square.

I was frustrated with my experience today. I had an appointment and when I arrived the technician was not aware of my appointment. Therefore my appointment started 25 minutes late. It would be nice if having an appointment actually meant you could rely on that for timeliness and scheduling.

Stunning. Beautiful salon. Well-appointed. Tracey is amazing with lashes and ombré dipped nails. You cannot go wrong.She has the lightest touch when doing lashes and works quickly. My lashes always look stunning and last longer than any other salon I’ve tried. I insist on coming here when I’m in town and having Tracy do my lashes. They last several weeks and she is done in less time than others with twice the performance.Pride of ownership really stands out here. The attention to detail and hygiene is amazing. Don’t bother anywhere else.

Just traveling through the state. Stop in to get a quick pedicure and they lady was so nice, sweet and gentle I end up getting a medicure as well. My feet are soft and my polish is beautiful. I highly recommend this place. You will get your money worth!

The owner was rushing her staff to finish fast not caring to provide quality work only bout the money. Got my nails done with two colors on every finger in less than 30 minutes. One lady was filing my nails an 2 came off. 4 days later I only have 2 nails left. I don’t recommend at all.

I have been looking for a place close to home for awhile and a friend told me about this place about a week ago. I walked in without an appointment on a sunday and they were so welcoming! Even offered me something to drink :) Best part is the salon has tons of space and very fancy vibes. Its super clean and they take their time without rushing to get to the next person. They had plenty of staff and the selling factor for this place is that they have all the nude dipping colors in ONE place. A dream come true. Im so happy I have finally found a place. They have been open for about 4 months so not many people know about the location but I would 10/10 recommend.

Nail tech was really nice/friendly. Everything was really sanitary. Didn’t feel rushed. Quality of tools and environment felt high.

I was pressed for time so I was only going to get gel nails. But Manager said they would have time for a pedicure. And they did! They were finished an hour before the time I needed! And I love the new fall color and they matched the color for nails and feet. Great foot and leg massage. The vibrating chair was better than any salon I have been to. Great hands and arms massage. And they let me use both coupons I had received from them!!! I definitely will be going back!!!

Rachel is so good! She does gel nail fills and pedicures for me. I am definitely a satisfied customer! The salon is lovely and the staff is friendly and supportive of one another.

My aunt and I decided to get mani/pedi services done and randomly chose this place. When we first walked in not one of the employees greeted us. I signed my aunt and I in and we sat and waited about 10 minutes before someone came over to us to ask what services we desired. We told her and she directed us to the pedicure chairs. We waited 30 mins with our feet soaking in now cool water before I asked a worker that was walking around did she know how much longer it would be. She left and came back stating 5-7 mins. 15 minutes later no one had come over, so we left. Terrible Terrible service!

I always get a dip ombre and the women that couldnt do it end up messing up my nails and when I went back. I got it soaked off and there was fungus on my nails. I am in process of finding another nail spot. No manager or the owner said anything about the fungus on my nails. The fungus was not woth $55 that I paid!

I got the Detox pedicure. This place was super clean and they put liners in the tubs for extra sanitation. I really enjoyed it. I gave 4 stars because I would have liked a longer massage and foot scrub. I felt a little rushed out of there for getting one of the higher priced pedis. Overall a good experience!

Got an mani and pedi done. Pedi was excellent. The mani didnt last more than 3 days though, and the skin around my cuticles is chipping now.

I had a pedi and mani. My experience was the worst service Ive ever had at a nail shop, I was a new customer. To begin with my pedi water was cold. I asked for her to sand the bottom of my feet really good, she spend 2 mins on them. Didnt clean under my nails, no massage. My manicure was just as bad. She spent no time on me at all. I went with a friend and we started at the same time, I was done and waited 30 mins for hers to be done because hers was done right. NEVER will I refer this place to friends and family! Hopefully the management is better than the service and contacts me.

Sincerely, since I arrived in Kansas City, my nails had never been done so well. I have no complaints about it, but unfortunately my eyebrows did not run with the same fate, she left them very apart and then tried to explain to me how the eyebrows should be, which is irrelevant because I know my eyebrows and I know they are not that way. She simply removed much more than she should and now I have to fill that with makeup until they grow. My recommendation is that you can go with your eyes closed to get your nails done, because they are super good. But, don’t go to have your eyebrows waxed, at least not with the person who did that to me.

Tracy N. has done microblading on my eyebrows on two different occasion. I will always come back to her! She makes my eyebrows so natural and simply stunning!!!! I was lucky to find her. I would recommend her if you desire perfect eyebrows that get never ending compliments!

Went in right when they opened, was a quieter, relaxing atmosphere. Got seated with Vin and he did a wonderful job. Chatty and personable but not in an annoying way, in a pleasant, welcoming way. A full set of acrylics with gel polish; I left with exactly what I had in mind. I will definitely be going back.

Wow! This is hands down the best nail place around:) first off, you walk in and it’s so pretty and fancy inside like you already know you’re about to get pampered. They have a large selection of nail dipping colors and are super welcoming! To top it they offer free wine!! I highly recommend requesting Vinh as your technician for your nails. He’s professional and takes his time to make sure your nails are perfect and exactly how you want them. Ask for the ombré dipped nails, they look amazing!

It’s the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! They’ve only been open for two months. The place looks nice and clean, and the staffs are friendly and professional. I’ve been there a couple of times now and there isn’t any single thing I can complain about. I brought my friend for her wedding nails today and she wanted special nail art, the technician was absolutely fantastic. She was skilled and patient. My friend’s nails looked like exactly the same as the Pinterest picture! Definitely will recommend it to all my friends.
