Our service technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a great job. He deserves 5 stars.However when booking my appointment for service I was told that I would NOT be under a contract for service of any sort and could cancel upcoming services a month in advance. I asked this question specifically. This was incorrect. I had to sign a one year service contract before treatment could begin. I already had the technician in front of me and had made arrangements to be here for the service. Seems like a bait and switch on the part of Orkin.I was also told by the appointment center that the detached garage would be part of my price quote and serviced with the home. This information was NOT correct. I also asked this question specifically. Detached buildings were not part of my service.Great service from the technician, 2 stars for the company because inaccurate information is given by the appointment center.

Been paying for 4 months now still have mice just as bad as day one the come put live bait in 5 traps and leave once a month for over 40 bucks and It don’t make no difference so what am I paying for. Got a new service guy today on my fourth month and he tells me they don’t even have me down for the right services so they charge me for a service I didn’t even need this whole time. And when I say I’m canceling they say well we’ll send someone out for free to try and make it right but still charge my card again like wow.

Took care of my carpenter ants, but left me with holes in the wall in our garage. The monthly service is lack-luster at best. Never went in my crawlspace, never inspected or sealed gaps and access points. I can walk my perimeter and spray for bugs, that is all any of the technicians did. All were very nice and cordial, just not much value over what you could do yourself.

Service is always performed on the same day every month, rain or shine. Service tech, Jason, is always friendly and courteous. He does a very thorough job every time and never cuts corners or is in a hurry to get done. I’ve been a satisfied customer for 30+ years and highly recommend their service.

One of the workers, John, does a phenomenal job!! He listens to what you have to say and is rather helpful. Now the people who work in the office Im not a fan of because they never contact you about your appointments and when you need to switch time and days they lack in that department as well.

Considered employment here recently. The site manager spent a reasonable amount of time bashing his current employees to a job seeker. Even those he complimented would receive a swift back hand for some personality trait. It should be noted that someone who treats their employees in this such way is not who Id recommend doing business with. Their prices are higher than all of the competition anyways according to the site manager. It doesnt seem very believable that a man would discuss all of his shady dealings with a potential applicant, but here we are.

I used Orkin today for general pesticide service and found that they did a fine job. The gentleman before he left asked if I had any questions to ask him and was very courteous.

First of all thank you orkin... It was affordable affective and very appreciated since the first spray not one flea bite not one roach or mouse highly recommend these people.. And to my exterminator the guy was nice he listened to me gave me his feed back was so knowledgeable worked quick 35 mins tops ya need more people like him

I called and was given an appt. that was very close to the contact date. They explained the services and fees thoroughly. The technician sprayed everywhere and said he would return if we see any issues before the next scheduled date. He also scheduled an inspection for another time to see if there were any areas we could fix or repair to further seal our recently purchased house thats been empty for awhile. He noticed crawl space vents that need to be replaced and gave us a price for totally replacing all of those. I know its hard to keep mice out, but Im going to give it my best shot! This was all very comforting. I think weve got it covered with Orkin.

We had a good experience with Travis. He was very polite and courteous and went out of his way to check everything closely. He was able to spot some problems that need to be fixed and was very knowledgeable about how to best fix them. I was very pleased with his service.

Pretty good. Our serves guy is nice and helpful. They set us up on a every other month visit. If you have bugs my advice is tell them you need every month. The months they come we see very little bugs but om the months they dont come the bugs start coming back. Our serves guy said to call on the off months and say to send him out its free. But I dont feel I should have to do that.other then that pretty good.

The tech that came out today, I believe his name was Travis, had great customer service and was very knowledgeable. The work he did was great and did not leave a mess.Also I was very appreciated that Travis even tried to get a snake away from my garage and garden so nothing would happen to me, my family, or my pets. That meant a lot to me that he took the extra step like that. I will highly recommend using Orkin to anyone. Also hope they get Bobby and Travis to help them with their service. The worker did a thorough inspection of my home, assessed the situation, and determined the best method to mitigate the problem. He offered peace of mind and had excellent customer service skills. Doesn’t appear my sister-in-law was contacted prior to treatment to let technician inside, so only the outside was treated. Sister-in-law is contacted so she can let technician IN the house. Also, I sent an email to the office stating my husband found signs of mice in the house (poop); no one from Orkin contacted me about this. Husband put down a lot more glue boards. Don’t like paying full price for only 1/2 of the service.

My first technician was extremely insulting about my teenagers bed room being a mess, my second technician came in and never introduced himself just asked if he could go in all of the rooms. It would be nice if he would had at least asked if we were having problems with anything. For the amount of money Orkin is charging me, I expect just a bit more. So dissatisfied I plan on just canceling before my contract is even over. We have local exterminators who charge a lot less and I’ve been told are actually friendly.

The service woman that comes to my home is very respectful, on time and an all around stand up person.

Ladybugs are a huge problem in this area. We just built this house and want to PREVENT problems from starting in the first place - just general insects, and to stay on top of it.

I had an amazing experience I had to deal with a problem that only brought me anger. I called orkin had an amazing lady talk me through the process then the technician came out he was a very cool guy he took care of everything showed me everything honestly calling orkin was the best move I made. Worth every penny and the price was way better than I anticipated.

Orkin out of Marion, Illinois helped to save my home located in Herrin, Illinois. I put my trust in SI Management Company to manage the property as a rental for one year from Labor Day 2018 to Labor Day 2019. The renters the company placed in my home destroyed the house. Thousands of dollars in damage that included a very large bug infestation. Orkin had the problem under control in no time and gave great advice on how to keep the problem from coming back. The service people were on time and professional. If I needed to reschedule the appointment the receptionist was very helpful. I do recommend the bug service of Orkin for what maybe bugging you. 😊

Orkin Rep Does a great job. Answers all questions for my home and work need, however the office scheduling person does not listen to customer schedules & availability. Have a problem everytime Appointment is scheduled. On my record for my home & work I set up time available and every time I need to call to fix schedule.

So far its been 5 months since the initial spraying and no bugs in sight.

If I could give them zero stars. I would because, they make very rude comments about you apartment. I had a basket of laundry in my bedroom and the boy said aint washed clothes yet. Have ya? Its not your damn house. Dont worry about it. Someone needs to call me or get ahold of me.
