Older gentleman did a very good job on a walk in acrylic set.

I got dip powder for the second time and they chipped just after a week. The first time I got dip from a different salon, it lasted 3 weeks without chipping. It was more expensive here too. I will not be coming back.

I requested a particular person to do my nails, & didn’t get that person. They don’t ask you if you mind if someone else does your nails they just put you in a chair & someone else starts doing your service. The mask was under their nose the whole time.They cut both sides of toe & they were bleeding. They used the scissors that were not sanitized in a bag & had been sitting on the roll away cart & who knows how many others they had used them on that day. I hope I don’t end up with a horrible infection.The staff is rude, terrible customer service. They don’t value you as a customer. They have attitudes like they dont care if you come back or not. The paying customers are the ones that drive their business. They may want to change their attitudes in how they treat their customers.There are a lot of other nail salons in the area that are much more accommodating & more pleasant personnel that actually make your experience at their salon relaxing & inviting & appreciate having you as a customer.

I came here for the first time to get a last minute dip mani, I wanted French nails with dip and the technician said she could do it, the lines were very uneven and so she tried a different method and it still did not look right so I just had her make my nails a solid color. I was there for over 2 hours because she had to take my dip off twice (which is a process since I have to soak them!)When she was done, I asked if she could fix the shape of some of my nails since a lot of them were different shapes, she tried but did not work so I gave up, paid and left. Also, my dip is very thin and see through at the top of my nail. Paid 45 dollars for a very bad job and I didnt even get what I wanted.I am very unhappy with my nails and how much time I spent there just for me to go get my nails re-done at a different place after only having these for 3 days.If the tech wasnt able to do my nails right, it would have been appreciated if she told me that from the beginning instead of wasting time trying.On top of that: she made me bleed and used the shaving tool on one nail so much, it started to sting. Probably because of how many time I had to take the dip off.I do not plan on coming back here.

Was able to get right in without a wait however my nail tech was distracted the whole time and not paying attention to details. She kept stopping and getting up to answer the phone and schedule and what sounded like an argument with another worker in the salon... several other workers that werent doing anything that couldve/shouldve been answering the phone. My nails are misshapen; I have gel polish all over my cuticles (although she tried to get it off, it was unsuccessful); and the polish is bubbly and rough on a few nails. I will NOT be going back

I’m so disappointed. If you come here you have to request Bebe. I moved 3 times while soaking my nails. My second move the guy kept clipping my skin with the clippers. And finally ended up with an extremely rude woman. As she was filing she kept getting skin, all my nails are uneven. She only started kinda being nice when she drew blood. By far the worst job I’ve seen. I told her 4 separate times what my 2 accent nails were on and as she repeated it back, she was so wrong. She kept telling me to keep wrist straight as she was twisting my fingers. I was trying to be so polite, but I’m also not willing to pay $60 for nails that look horrid and took way too much time, much less for this experience. My past two times have been amazing thanks to bebe! You have to request her I think she is the only competent nail artist here. I’m beyond disappointed in the work. My nails are so uneven. Especially after the past 2 times I’ve been here bebe did such an amazing job

I went in got my nails and toes Done. and then he put on way too much nail polish. They were awful and smudgey. He didn’t paint half my whole toe. and some of my fingers weren’t fulley painted. When I went too the bathroom the sink water was boiling Hot and burning my hands. it was a mess in the bathroom toilet paper and freshener pearls all over. Very nice people. just awful service and they did a not so good job on nails. ILL try them again some time just not anytime soon. NO HATE at all!!! Such a nice nail/spa amazing eyebrows just not for me!!! Thank you!!!

I will not return and can’t say anything nice. It’s absolutely RUDE to converse amongst your fellow employees, in your native language, the ENTIRE TIME! I don’t care what you may be discussing, it only comes across as if you are all talking about your customers.Also, if you don’t want to do the “natural”, just take it off the menu, don’t take it out on your customers.Won’t be back!

Ive been going here for a little bit after my favorite nail place closed. The spa pedicures are pretty awesome. I dip and they have a pretty good selection but the colors dont always match up. This is my nails that were done 3 weeks ago. They still look good and my nails are growing.

Overall satisfied. My favorite is the massage on the pedicures but they have been hit or miss lately.

I had a wonderful experience today! I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and the entire staff was professional and kind! I did have to wait a minute due to the number of patrons but it was still super fast and they did a wonderful job! I will definitely be going back! Thank you!!! :)

I called in today before I went in to get my nails done because I had a long day at work and wanted me make myself feel better. They made it WORSE !!!!! I asked for one thing which was a fill with one broking nails $45 okay no problem. The polish was messy the tone her voice when I told her was as if she was yelling and when I told her I did not like it she said oh well come tomorrow. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS NAIL SHOP paid a tip after the bad service. If I could give them one star I would dont go here they just gone slap polish on your nails and make you pay..... go to a real nail shop not this one 2 nail broke off in 3 days

I took a long break on nails due to work but now I got promoted to a new position so here I am again 😂🤗😍 BB in particular has always given me what I wanted for my nails. Today.. Once again I’m leaving here feeling beautiful! I’d recommend this place to anyone!!! Thank you Allure!!!!!

Worst dip manicure of my life! None of my nails are the same shape a couple of them are even jagged and most are uneven. Made me bleed when using the drill. Only dipped twice and didn’t do the clear dip top coat. I’m sure they won’t last a week. Definitely not worth the $45 I paid!

Ladies, I would wait for the female techs.The male tech will reuse Emory boards &take offense if you ask them to use clean instruments.The middle aged man there was unskilled in using the cuticle snippers & he was rude.

The hot stone pedicure is really worth it. Id never had it before but heard good things and im glad I took the chance.The natural manicure however, done by the host/manager, was very half hearted. Pretty much looked like i did it myself at home. Disappointed that I paid 20$ for it. Id come back for a pedicure but not a manicure.

Sad who charge extra $5.00 for taken off polish when getting a pedi Never will return😶👎

The gentleman who performed pedicure service did an excellent job making me comfortable and loved to service. The young lady sat my hands in a bowl of water and started service on another customer. Another young lady moved me from this seat to another just to rush through the service with uneven air bubbles under the paint. I pointed out area where the paint was coming off and she quickly redone the nail. She asked me how I liked my nails 💅 😒 🙄 😐 Looked best at that moment, but right afterwards can really see all the imperfections. I work in paint shop so I know an excellent paint job when I see it.

The pedicure itself was a 3.5, very minimal massage and I have spots of polish on my skin. The reason for the 2 is because 2/4 of the people working wore their masks below thier noses during a pandemic. When you work this close to your customers you should be doing everything to keep them safe!!!

I always go to Bebe she does an amazing job on my nails every time ... she never leaves me disappointed.. I either go to Bo as well .. they always get me right every time .. I love their environment and they are ready friendly and care about their customers..

Always greeted with smiles and it’s so comfortable. Bebe is my favorite but of course I have no favorites (:My first time coming here I wasn’t even planning to get my nails done I was with a friend & I did not feel pressure to get my nails done. I got them done because I seen how great of a job that was done. I will continue to come back & I have no complaints!

I have been coming here for a while but the last few times have been horrible. Last time my nails were rushed, very sloppy looking. The nail tech was working on two of us at once. Back and forth. This time my appointment was set for 12:40 & my wait was about an hr. I have a certain tech I use to do my nails & they wanted me to use another women (tried convincing me that she’s good) I thought that was extremely rude. This is probably my last time using this salon

I tried a few places in the area before finally making Allure Nails my go to spot. They’re kind, clean, professional, give great pedicures and reasonably priced. I’m picky so me writing a review to say this is a big deal. If you’re thinking about trying them, you should.

Unorganized business & rude staff :(

I paid 45$ for a deluxe pedicure and didn’t receive anything out of the ordinary. I didn’t get to pick a mask, there was no massage given other than what it takes to rub sugar scrub over my legs. The hot stones were only used for maybe a minute on each leg. My salon back home offers exactly what I just got for 25$. I also go a full acrylic set done and was charged 50$. This is outrageous in my opinion. I asked for a basic almond shape and I am not impressed at all with how it turned out. They look like tacky press on nails. To make it all worse I didn’t realize until after she was half way through with my first hand that they grabbed a different color than what I asked for. It was very similar but still, come on. So after 105$ and sitting in there for 2.5 I am far from pleased.

Kevin is great and I followed him here from another place. Update 2.21- came here with my girlfriend and they wouldnt take my girlfriend back for a manicure. Some people came in a few minutes later and they helped them instead even though it was clear they didnt have an appointment. No explanation given. Very disappointing. Probably wont be back and thats too bad cause Kevin is great.

Not one to give negative reviews, but the tech used the nail file (not the dremel, the emory board nail file) so hard on the side of my finger it bled, significantly. He said, “ow paper cut” and continued to file my nails with the same file. That was 7 days ago and it’s still painful and gross... Who knows what kind of bacteria was in that. Also, the salon was not clean... items in the table looked like they hadn’t been sanitized in a very long time. The tech pulled a set of tools out of a cloth bag instead of a sanitized paper bag. My fault, I shouldn’t have stayed. I rolled the dice... and lost... yikes. Don’t go.

Just had my nails filled and cut down at this salon. They are nice people but have a way of ignoring requests. I ended up with nail tech Bonn. He cut down, filled and polished my nails in 20 minutes. I have never been serviced that fast. My nails do not look bad. I believe he became frustrated when I pointed out that my nails were not even. When asked what I wanted done, I stated that I wanted a fill, cut down and the acrylic thinned. I stated that I work with lots of paper and that its hard to pick it up. I repeated this to Bonn 3 times. The third time he said whoever did your nails made them thick. I responded thats why I want them thinner. He completely ignored that and went on to polish my nails. I was not going to repeat myself so I let it go. Reason for the 2 stars. Dont know how to add pic so you can see how thick they are. Overall disappointing experience, I had read the negative reviews and decided to give them a chance. I should have listened to what the reviews said.

Request Linda. She did a great job fixing my nails that were badly done at elite nails. She is professional. She made sure I was more than happy with my nail color and designs. Ive gone to her twice and shes the only person I want to touch my nails!

Horrible service! My nails lasted 2 days, 2 days for $45!! I am shocked at how very rude the staff was to me, not just to me, but many customers. DO NOT GO HERE. Refused to refund even though 3/ 10 had fallen off after 2 days! I was told I had to pay an additional $25- no way.

I’ve been going to Allure nails for about 1.5 years. I usually am pretty happy but their “manicures” are always very inconsistent. Today, they barely did anything with my cuticles or the dry skin around the nails. The actual gel paint job looks nice but I don’t know if I’ll go back. Another thing is that they treat you like THEY’RE doing a favor for allowing you to be there. It’s not a great feeling and I rarely feel actually welcome there.

Sometimes it was great and sometimes they’d slice your toe mid pedicure. They were super inconsistent and I thought overall quality declined. Sub par customer service

They are so rude. Especially Bebe. Requested mani pedi. They told me 30 minutes. I came back in 40. Then Bebe said another 20 minute wait...all the while she took three other random people that walked through and did NOT have appointments. She then proceeded to tell me at ANOTHER 30 minutes later that I’ll be close to being next.I waited another 20 minutes and every person that walked in the door after that 40 minute period was sitting in a chair except me.I left without ever getting my nails done and 3 hours of waiting.What a waste of my day.Bebe is the worst. This entire salon is absolutely terrible! I hate it here

Bebe is great she always does my nails exactly how I like them and Lewis does my toes and always does them so good!! I’ve been going here for 2 years now and they are like family.

Acrylic fill was $18 which was expensive. And customer service was poor, lady got mad because I accidentally hit polish on mini fan. Told me to be careful and rolled eyes.

I initially went in for a face threading. the lady insisted on waxing my face, so I trusted her ( HAD TO GET RID OF YUCK HAIRS ANYWAYS SO WHY NOT). she burned my face by using bigger amounts of wax then ripping off my skin. so yeah. NO BUENO. anyways, if that ever happens to you, use aloe vera gel. heals up faster.

I went there today to get my false nails removed and I can say after this I wont return. Upon removal the lady literally took another false nail to removed my false nail. It felt as if you was ripping my natural nails off my fingers. It was a very painful experience. I wanted to leave right then again there but I also wanted to get my nails done. Against my better judgement I got new flAse nails applied and as soon as she placed the primer on my nail beds felt as tho they were on fire. I stoped her either then and there and told her to stop. My nails were literally burning I will not return
