I found Katie in November amidst a hair crisis. She was patient, kind, and worked magic on my baby fine hair! Ive been twice to her and always leave satisfied with my results. This is the 3rd Beauty Brands Ive been to and I always find the sweetest talented ladles.I also love the variety of beauty products in the store

We had a rough experience with hair extensions bought at another store with this chain. They were incredibly damaged when opened and we were visiting multiple Beauty Brands around the area because no one had the correct color. We came to this one and unfortunately they did not have it either, but the manager was so helpful, kind and apologetic that my aggravation completely disappeared. We were able to do a return and I plan to go back at a later day to see what new brands they will be carrying so I can still find what I was looking for, but I fully plan to wait just so I can purchase again from this store because of my experience with Mandy. Thank you so much!

Most unprofessional experience I’ve had at a salon. I have got my hair cut here before and they did wonderful. I scheduled with a new lady who is a master stylist and I would not recommend her to my friends. Got their 10 minutes early to sit there 25 minutes after my scheduled time for the stylist to finally come and get me. As a new client, I showed her what I wanted and said she couldn’t do it within 45 min. After asking what she could do today, she instead said I’ll just schedule you with someone else and while awaiting to see what the prices will be for that someone else. Kept continuously complimenting me and touching me and invading my personal safe way to much. After I sat down waiting for her to get me numbers and a time to come back that same day, another customer came up and she joked with her about how my appointment got canceled and how now she had so much time now to chill.

Nicole totally saved my daughters hair! Amazingly talented woman. She was super nice and patient with her. Highly recommend.

I wish I could attach a picture. Worst nails ever. Not smooth and completely scuffed. I was there so long I just left and fixed them myself at home. Don’t go here for nails.

I walked in, I was cheerfully greeted. I was asked what I was looking for. The gal took me to 3 different options in 3 different places within the store. I selected one, I thanked her and went to the ckout. Very happy.

Received a dry TRIM and they charged me $41 plus tax! They didn’t shampoo/condition or style my hair and I did not receive layers or anything other than a basic trim. I still tipped Patricia 20% but I am never going back.

Cassye completely butchered my hair. The underneath was a complete different color than the top. She ran me so over my appointment time that she didn’t blow dry me. There was color all over my face and she didn’t have any remover. While driving home, I found patches of dye and conditioner left in my hair. The excess dye left in ruined my shirt. Unbelievably livid

I was visiting Kansas City from New Jersey to attend my cousins wedding this past weekend and decided to make a hair appointment to have my hair blown out and styled for the wedding. I booked my appointment online for the Legends Beauty Brand location through the website without any issue. They called the day before to confirm my appointment and to remind me of my stylists name. I was staying at a local hotel literally about 3 mins away from the Salon and knew that it was easy to get to, however I didnt know exactly exactly where the Salon was located in the area. I called and spoke to a very nice girl who patiently and sweetly instructed me exactly where to go as I was driving around the mall. Nikki the stylist was awesome! She met me immediately as I walked up to the counter and was completely professional friendly, and made me feel like I was one of her regular clients. She NAILED the look I wanted for the wedding-and I couldnt have been happier. Not to mention that she also offered me a coupon I was able to use that very day. Nikki if you get to read this-sending you lots of love from Jersey!

I took my 5 year old daughter here for a pedicure. I was told they could get is right in, but ended up waiting 15 minutes. I was told that my daughters pedicure would be $10.00, but it was $15.00. They refused to make the correction and said that because her nails required perp it was extra. The chairs and tub were dirty. The jets on my chair did not work. The woman who took care of us was very nice, but did not rub our feet at all. I mentioned that the jets didnt work and they took off 10%, but that really didnt seem to be enough. I wont go back.

Usually when you go to places like this, the staff check on you and ask if you need anything..... Well not the case here... Not one, out of three, non busy cashiers even took the time to greet me. I know not a lot of people of color frequent beauty brands but when one does they can atleast attempt to provide the same bubbly fake customer service they gave the clueless white patron in front of me.

I wish they had trial sizes for shampoo/ conditioners. People here are friendly and would help you get the best products suited for your needs.

Overall I was happy each time my stylist Tiffany B. did my hair however I am not pleased with the poor service I received. My son became sick and I had to take him to urgent care because his primary Dr.s office was closed I called to cancel my appointment because I was afraid I wouldnt make my scheduled time, after getting in and out within 45 min I called BB back to see if I could still get my roots touched up if I came 30 min after my appointment time. I figured it was a long shot but I was excited to find out she agreed to do it (especially because I had a big family wedding the next weekend and was going to be taking family pictures)... 5 minutes later she called me back saying the girls in the salon are freaking out due to my son being sick, she didnt want me to spread it. I explained to her that I was dropping him and my husband back off at my house but she still didnt want me to come. I got the feeling that it didnt have anything to do with my son being sick but it was the fact that I was her last appointment of the day and she wanted to go home early. Frankly, its just unprofessional for a stylist to call a client back and tell them not to come after saying that it was okay.

I went in to get my hair fixed the day after i got a haircut somewhere else because it wasnt how I wanted it. Anyway, Patricia was my stylist and she did an amazing job. I will be going back again and get a color/highlights this week. I am quite picky who touches my hair and I find Patricia to be my soulmate in that area. Lol.

Called to see if Brenna could work my son in at the same time my daughter had an appt with her, his hair would only take about 10 minutes.....she said she would but I had to make sure my kids heads were CLEAN and completely DRY, this was said a couple of times.......I informed them that my kids hair was always clean!!!! I will NEVER go back to this unprofessional, insulting Beauty Brands!

Joke. Fried my hair, color was TERRIBLE. Should of known when I saw the stylists rainbow colored hair. I’ll never go back.

Not good at waxing. The hairs that broke off were not all plucked and she gave me brows so arched I looked like permanently surprised. And there was wax residue left on my brows. Also the selection of products is sad. I hope they close and Ulta takes their spot.
