We decided to try this place out after a friend recommended it to us. We wanted to get our nails done with the bride before the bridal shower that we were hosting. As soon as we walked in, it was pure Madness inside. We were quickly shuffled around and sat down at a manicure station. After waiting for 20+ minutes my sisters manicure began and was finished in less than 10 minutes. It was the fastest most shotty manicure I have ever witnessed. When it was my turn, I wanted multiple colors and a fun design. Glad I asked for that because it forced them to take a little more time on the nails, though that didnt seem to help much seeing that 3 days later my nails are already starting to bubble and peel off.The card machine was surprisingly not working, so we had to pay and tip in cash. So glad we had some smaller bills in the car so we didnt have to pay everything that we withdrew from the ATM.We all felt like we were in the way and a burden and they just wanted to get the cash and shuffle us out the door as fast as possible. We were walk-ins which could have played into that rush, but if you dont have time or the employees, let us know and we can come back later or go somewhere else.Regular Gel Manicure was $37 and with special design/multiple colors was $45.

I have been here three times for a pedicure and so disappointed the last two. Nails were not cut straight, the shape of the big toenails didnt match, polish was not smooth, and the foot/leg massage was so light, no pressure at all. Most definitely not worth spending $50 and an hour of my time.

Over priced! $70 for a basic acrylic and cat eye gel! I asked for oval, I ended up leaving with triangles. My friend asked for coffin which ended up wankie and different lengths. We were both cut. I can say the lady did a great job painting our nails but not a $70 job.

Not only did the pedicure technician cut my heel open and then put 100% acetone on the open cut to clean it, but I also learned the following day that my debit card number was stolen and that was literally the only place that it could have been that I used my card in several days.

I chose this location for a mani and pedi and I asked for Gel polish. Came back the next day because I didn’t get Gel polish I got regular polish and I needed my polish fixed. I was told I won’t be able to get a Gel and that I HAVE to get regular polish. When I proceeded to ask if I could get a Gel polish they wanted to charge me for the full amount all over again. So basically I would be paying $25 which is the regular price for a pedi by the way for polish that needed to be fixed by the nail tech. They didn’t try to reason with me or make me understand why I was paying the full amount. At my visit the day before, I saw a client come in and asked for a polish and they only charged her $15 and helped her no problem or explanation needed. I don’t like being treated that way, as a person of color this was very disappointing. Hope anyone who visits this location gets a better treatment than I did.

I absolutely love this place. My mom has been coming here for 10 years. I dont come often, but when I do, they always treat me like family!

Had scheduled appointment for 2 pedicures at 1:30. Was early to appt by 5 min and was shown back to our chairs. Waited 30 min as the water got cold and no explanation of why we had to wait. As soon as we got up to leave all of a sudden people were ready to help. No thank you won’t be back.

This was the best pedicure Ive ever had, and I paid less here than a lot of other places Ive been to. The atmosphere was wonderful. I went for a girls day out, and we were able to still converse even during our pedicures. We have gone to places where we werent even sat together before, but we called ahead for an appointment, and they had us all together. I left feeling pampered, and a week later the nail polish still looks beautiful. Really the best value for your money.

Great experience today. I had the deluxe spa pedicure. The technician did a great with my feet. The atmosphere was pleasant. For the pricepoint. I would suggest offering water, wine, or soft drinks.

Very basic work on acrylics. If you want really professional looking nails, don’t waste your time. They rush you in and out. Nails bumpy and misshapen, different lengths and sloppy. Lots of old polish that is lumpy and dull in appearance.

I have been to this salon a couple of time now and had a great experience both times. They keep everything very clean, have great customer service and do a quality job. They even have some extras that I havent seen at other places. Not the place to go if youre in a rush because they really take their time and do a nice job.

If you tell them what you want they most likely won’t do and will do whatever they want. i asked for a thicker, shorter, coffin shape with around edges. the lady asked me when she was trimming my nails how long i wanted them and i showed her and she told me “no longer” when they were already plenty long. she then proceeds to make the edges pointy, not rounded. i’ve been going here for like a year and every time i go i have never had a great manicure. there is always something VERY wrong. this time i have literal hole like dents like CRATERS in my nail polish?? i believe it’s the top coat but what???? the lady doing my nails never said anything to me about it and i didn’t realize until i’d already gotten in the car. pretty disappointed.

Went there for the first time and it was awful. I had an appointment, and it still took 20 minutes to get seated. It was all very rushed. While cutting down my cuticles, they went to far and cut me to the point of bleeding. I said you cut me, they said youre okay and kept on going. I got a fill, and before the polish was put on I said that I didnt like the shape of one. They said its okay and kept working. They were completely rude. Would leave me and go work on someone else and then come back. I was there for 2 hours. Dont go, this place is the worst.

Nail tech was arguing with me about a picture that I showed him of what I wanted... and proceed to put 8+ layers of gel on them to cover up his work. They weren’t understanding and made me pay additional for whatever reason?! don’t recommend!!

My wife always comes here to get her fancy nails done. The ladies here are wonderful! They always offer me a hot tea while I wait, and never make me feel uncomfortable or bad for taking up space. I plan to get a gentlemans pedicure, one of these days.

No! One bad apple soils the bunch. The attitude I got from one particular gal (that I believe is an owner) was ridiculous and inexcusable! Kindly pointed out some glaring flaws, reasonable request. The attitude was ridiculous!! Then my teen daughter clearly said NO to a gel top, bc it wasn’t exact as toes... then the lady asked me I said it’s her choice, my daughter said NO again... they did it anyway! My daughter asked for a more narrow shape and didn’t get that either. I was to far away to hear ...we felt like we were being confrontational when simply asking for what we want! NEVER AGAIN!! Nails look bad! You never want to leave the nail salon agitated. I feel bad because the other workers were nice ....

I had the best pedicure today! She made me feel pampered! So glad my cousin referred me here! I will be back soon for another pedicure😀😀

Have been going to the folks at Natural Nails off of Stateline for 10+ years. Long is my favorite for pink & white and Mi for dip & pedi. They do a great job!!

My daughters and I had the BEST experience here. Ill be back every 2 weeks for my dip, and the girls and I will be returning for our monthly Mommy Daughter spa day! Thank you Natural Nails & Spa!

I went in for a brow waxing for the first time. She did okay, it was cheap and fast. Thats the good. The ugly was after she was done, she told me she was on her day off. I was like okay where do I pay and she asked for $10 cash. I told her I only have credit or debit. She was like okay you bring cash next time. I was like o-k-a-y is this a policy for cash only at a salon and spa? She didnt respond. We left the waxing room and she immediately started speaking in her language to another coworker only. Well it doesnt take a genius to know she was talking about me and our encounter. So I asked her about the policy again and she pretended like she didnt understand. I will never return here again and will tell everyone I know not to visit here either. If she wants to work off the books and demand cash she can do it with someone else. Also if she would have told me in advance this was the situation I just would have went somewhere else. This was some really weird customer service. I will stick to Ulta!

This place is so nice my husband and I came in about 15mins before they closed, on a Saturday and they got us in with no problem! It was my husbands first pedi and he loved it. Not a rush job at all they took their time and did a great job! I dont live in the area but if Im ever on this side of town, this is my spot!!!

This is the second time I have tried this place for a pedicure and it has been horrible both times. No concern for quality, just trying to get you out the door as fast as possible. Don’t waste your time or money

I have come here three times thinking that maybe the next experience would be better than the last. The owner/manager is rude. I am currently here to get a pedicure and explained to her that something was in the water all she did was look in the pedicure bowl and say Please put feet in ma,am. And walked away. They do somewhat of a quality job but the overall service needs improvement. I dont think Ill be returning.

Well they certainly have strong hands which I normally love, but I left here limping and when I got home the bottom of my foot was bruised. I winced several times, you would think that would be an indication of needing to check in with the client but no.

I come here all the time to get my nails done when I came in Friday it did not look like they had all there normal staff. Friday I was treated both rudely when I called and then in person while I was waiting to have my nails done. They told me to go away and that they could not help me until Monday. I felt this was really not the treatment I was expecting getting your nails done is supposed to be fun. I walked out Friday with out getting anything done. Now I have broken one of my nails down so low I am in pain and feel this all could have been avoided if she would have just shorted and filled them while I was there. I am going to go back this week and talk with the manager.

These people that work here dont seem to all be licensed. They use razor blade which is illegal and their customer service is some of the worst I have experienced. They have cut me and drew blood with the razor blade like tools that look like cheese graders. Dont go here if u want good service or a good mani/pedi.

They do good work just rude staff. Why do you have an attitude because Im paying with a card for a mani, pedi and eyebrow wax. Bill came to almost $100 and no I dont carry that much cash on me.

This was my first time going to Natural Nails & Spa. Excellent pedicure and professional service. I didnt feel rushed, was very relaxing and I highly recommend.

I liked my nails but it was so expensive and the girl who did my nails was rude about everything when I asked her stuff she would just say I know and I wanted my nails matted and they kept saying gel then when I called my mom to take me somewhere else they made excuses and lowerd the price on my nails I think thats messed up they treated me badly because Im 13 and they were even ruder to my sister
