Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid for their services to get my plates and car registration renewal to avoid the long line and the lady gave me the number and name of the person instead. Did not want to give me a refund that I asked because I ended up having to get my license plate on my own.

They were very nice people and help you through the process of starting new insurance.
