Very nice man, but mistakes were made.

Steve Marshalls office has been awesome to work with. The staff is always friendly and it is very convenient being able to call my local agency instead of having to call a 1-800 number. 10/10 recommend

I have been totally ripped off by Steve Marshall and Allstate! I have been paying for full coverage insurance on my prior salvage titled vehicles for 2 years. When I tried to add another to my policy, someone in the office finally looked it up and told me Allstate doesnt insure prior salvage titled vehicles with full coverage insurance. Ok, what have I been paying for? It was a mistake, I was told, you are due a refund. Two weeks later, the resolution specialist said Im due nothing. Steve Marshalls office says they are not supposed to talk to me. !?! How about that customer service?? I wonder whose pockets Ive been lining?

Dorian is extremely knowledgeable & the whole staff is very friendly! They are there every step of the way for any problem or question I may have!
