I would recommend them to anyone who will listen. Unfortunately, Ive had to file a couple of claims over my 20+ years with them but, fortunately, the agents have been attentive and empathetic. In addition, they made sure I was given professional service when I interacted with reps at the national claims office.I have never had to worry about them turning into the insurance companies you hear about who try to work you for every dime, try to push every corner coverage, etc. They patiently work up a plan that is tailored to your needs and truly appear to be as happy as you are when youre able to save some dollars.Ill close with this: you never have to look for Robert or his staff. Gosh, we’ve been with Robert, John, their team, and American Family for about 25 years. We’ve ALWAYS had excellent service, excellent help, through two uninsured motorist hitting our cars at intersections, one car was stolen from in front of our house, teenager’s cars, hail damage that knocked out a car window, chipped windshields, 3 homes, a rental property, life insurance, etc. They seem to remember our voices on the phone, who is in our family, what’s going in, and follow up periodically, as they know that we all go through different life stages. They’ve been with us, through all that life threw our way. They’ve always been fair and honest and calm and helpful, when we’re stressed from an accident and don’t know even what comes next. I’d give 10 stars to the Robert Redmond Team and American Family Insurance.

Robert Is the best! I have had nothing but a great experience with him!I purposely drive the extra few miles out of my way to have my insurance with this agency. A few years back I had to have surgery and was in the hospital, fund got a little tight and I couldnt make my insurance payment. I contacted Robert and he was able to cancel my policy ASAP so it didnt submit to the bank and cause other issues!Now a couple years later after trying some of the internet agencies, I am happy to say I am back with the Robert Redmond Agency. They took me back with no problems and welcomed me as if I never left! They have the best rates and dont take away your discounts after you renew your policy!I would and will recommend this agency to everyone I know and everyone I dont!Thank you Robert, for making buying car insurance so very easy!

ROBERT REDMOND is the most UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE insurance agent I have ever dealt with! I work with many insurance agents as a part of my work on a daily basis. We are supposed to be kind to one another. Any person should be kind to another person regardless. Especially considering the line of work I do brings business to insurance agents by requiring renters insurance. I asked to have something sent to me that supposedly was already sent. If I had received the document, I would not be calling for it.. so rather than snapping at someone and arguing with them, maybe next time consider being polite and professional as everyone should do while at their place of work. Im sorry you were having such a bad day ROBERT REDMOND. In the future, try having better customer service.
