Etta was such an amazing agent!

I have to post this experience, but I want to say overall my experience with Etta and her associates have been very good, so they are getting four stars. I called yesterday and requested an adjustment to my motorcycle policy. The rep only wanted to provide me a quote and sent to my email I was busy, so that was ok. I called back this morning and the office was closed. My call was transferred to a call center. I spoke with a Man named Wymen, who told me he could not help me. When I refused to accept his response of not being able to help me and insisted on speaking to a sup, he tried to get me with a specialist. I asked if they were a sup and he said no, he did not have a sup. This surprised me, but then he told me sups do not get on the phone. I informed him I had time today and I would hold until I could talk to a supervisor or management. Wymen then proceeded to speak with someone and found the ability to help with my request. This experience is not what I normally get from Ettas office, but this is the company she sells insurance for. Expect this kind of treatment when making changes to your policy that will save you money.
